Abstract

In Islamic business, business people do not only think about how all their business activities get abundant profits but also how to reap God's blessings from the business. This is what makes business people continue to strive to make their business in accordance with the Sharia. For instance, CV Bun Prink which sells its small micro medium enterprises (UMKM) products, namely Luwak (palm civet) coffee. CV. Bun Prink is a provider of wild Luwak Coffee in the form of powder, roasted seeds, (cleaned) dry beans and dirty beans obtained from rural areas in Jember, East Java, Indonesia. Meanwhile the general requirements for halal certification are: First, the products must be of quality and hygienic products as the halal guarantee standard is a form of claim that the products fall into certain categorizations. Second, to provide protection for local industry from imported goods. After obtaining a halal certification, the community will feel safer and more comfortable in buying luwak coffee products, especially when there is a statement that luwak coffee is the most expensive coffee in the world, increasing the consumers' trust from the promotion. Therefore, the current study will discuss about the effect of promotion on consumer's loyalty for halal-certified UMKM products by quantitative research methods. The research finding, generated from the questionnaire result of students of UIN Achmad Siddiq who are all Muslims as the respondents, shows that the promotion for halal-certified UMKM products have a significant and positive influence on consumer's loyalty. These results indicate that the existence of promotions on UMKM Products Kopi Luwak CV Bun Prink has a great opportunity in influencing the customer's loyalty.

Abstract

Indonesian's people interest in entrepreneurship is still relatively low compared to other countries. This is due to the various perceptions that people have before starting a business. Entrepreneurship nowadays is no longer just about talent, but it can also be trained and learned. When starting a business, it is crucial to have a strategy to start a business. In order to have a structured business, understanding the kinds of business model to use can help design the most important aspects of the business. The current research aims to describe the use of Canvas business model as a tool in developing business models and determining the value given to customers and the value of the obtained benefits in a simple way so that it fosters interest in entrepreneurship. One of the factors that can help interest in entrepreneurship grow is having knowledge about entrepreneurship. Several relevant studies show that there are benefits from using the Canvas business model, namely making clear, simple, and non-financially capable plans that will provide time effectiveness and will be more financially efficient in terms of operating costs.

Abstract

Village is one of culture drivers as well as a pioneer in maintaining and preserving the culture in a region. However, technological advances and globalization as it is today are able to accelerate the rate of transformation of a region's arts, especially music. Therefore, it is necessary to have various strategies to educate the society, especially the younger generation, to better understand, appreciate and preserve various traditional musical arts as part of the existing cultural diversity. The current research is a descriptive qualitative research which primary and secondary data were obtained from observation or documentation. The subject of the current study is 'Bumi Sholawat' or 'Banjari' of Muslim Rebana entrepreneur group in Manyar, Gresik. The influence of Rebana art on Islamic society with the existence of a Rebana production house from the Muslim Group is that there are many Islamic activities and associations to learn together from and to spread the love of sholawat in Manyar, Gresik. In addition to that, the youth can get benefits from the sale of Rebana. They also hold a prayer routine using Rebana on Friday nights. Many events are held in Manyar subdistrict and several institutions come to collaborate on major Islamic events. Lastly, besides strengthening the friendship between fellow Muslims, people need art for the necessities of life, while art requires people as its supporters. As supporters, it is hoped that people can preserve and develop art through new works that are adaptive to the current situation and conditions. Whether we realize it or not, developing an art form cannot be separated, and it always intersects with other aspects, such as social, economic, beliefs, customs, and so on.

Abstract

The tourism industry is one of the fields that is able to accelerate economic movement in a region, so that it may accelerate regional growth and development. One of the benefits of the tourism industry is at least able to improve the economic level of the tourism region community. The current study discusses how Soekasada Park becomes a tourist attraction that can improve the economy of the people of Karangasem, Bali. The current study is a qualitative research which research method is used to examine the condition of a natural object, namely Soekasada Park, in Karangasem, Bali. In order to increase the community's income and to empower the community, the park owner has allowed the community to sell stuff outside the park area, although, since the arrival of the COVID-19 outbreak, people's income has begun to decline due to the lack of visitors. The amount of income the community could reach before Covid was around 11,000,000-66,000,000 per year while the results from the park itself could reach 1-3 billion. From the discussion above, it can be perceived that the Soekasada Park in Karangasem, Bali is a historical tourist attraction that can provide an increase in the community's economy and reduce poverty.

Abstract

Some of today's Muslims often limit their perception of their religion as a physical identity. However the so-called identity itself has already deteriorated, only leaving their Islamic identity shown in the form of a single sheet of identity card. Such phenomenon is what causes the term "Islam KTP" (Islam ID card) to emerge. The way to strengthen and unify the Islamic society, as a basis of strength to fight the propagandas of the infidels that can poison the creed of the Muslims, is through the da'wah movement. The Tablighi Jamaat attempts to carry out a da'wah method that is in accordance with the da'wah method of Rasulullah SAW, which is called the nubuwah da'wah method. The current study has two focuses: First, how the Da'wah strategy of the Tablighi Jamaat in Masjid Sumber Bungur was carried out; Second, the contents of the da'wah message conveyed by the Tablighi Jamaat in Masjid Sumber Bungur. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach. The data were obtained through interviews, observations and documentation. Meanwhile, the informants were the Jamaat Leader (Expert in Suro), Ustad Khafifi, Mr. Ahmad, and Mr. Wahab as the members of the Jamaat, and Mr. Pudin, Mr. Abdul Hasan, and Mr. Saleh (from the community who have been visited by the Jamaat). The data validation was done through the extension of participation, persistence of observation, and triangulation. The results of the study related to the da'wah strategy are namely: a) Tablighi Jamaat's da'wah strategy in terms of planning, they had a consensus on the programs to be implemented. b) Tablighi Jamaat's strategy in terms of implementation is to have further actions towards a program that has been given a prior consensus c) Tablighi Jamaat's da'wah strategy in terms of evaluation is divided into two forms: the external and internal evaluations. The results of the study related to the contents of da'wah are namely: a) an unstructured organization b) a rather conservative type of preaching, which means it does not adapt to the current conditions. c) Da'wah is delivered in translation without mentioning the matan of the hadith.

Abstract

The waste problem is a major problem faced by almost all big cities in Indonesia. This is inseparable from the problem of urban development related to population, social, and economical aspects which has a very broad impact on human health. Whereas Islam teaches mankind to always preserve the environment and invites humans to live side by side in harmony with the natural surroundings. There are many arguments from the Qur'an and hadith that explain the preservation of the environment and the prohibition of damaging the existence of the surrounding environment. The current study is a library research. The research process was carried out by employing literature studies to collect relevant data from literature, books, and the Internet. Afterwards, the results of the study is presented in description. The way the household waste was handled in the society was in accordance with the waste management system which begins with waste collecting, followed with waste storing and waste transporting. By emphasizing how Islam teaches all Muslim to show compassion in everything including fellow humans, nature, animals and their surrounding, as well as to remind them that damage can occur from the hands of humans themselves, therefore, it is proper for a pious Muslim to always hold fast to his faith by preventing such damage by caring for the surrounding environment.

Abstract

The advancement of the world of information technology or what is called IT (Information Technology) is currently growing rapidly along with the development of human needs. Reliable information technology will make it easier for humans to get all kinds of information they want and need quickly, easily and efficiently. Web-based Zakat Payment Service is an Internet application that provides information services regarding online Zakat payments and calculations as well as other information related to Zakat by utilizing Internet technology. This research is a quantitative observational study with a cross sectional approach. So in this study will discuss whether there is a significant influence on the knowledge variable on the participation of the Jember community in paying zakat online. And whether there is a significant effect on the motivation variable on the participation of the people of Bandung Regency in paying zakat online. And whether there is a significant influence between the variables of knowledge, motivation on public participation in paying zakat online in Bandung Regency. The conclusions from the results of this study can be stated as follows: 1) The test results show that Knowledge has a significant and positive effect on Community Participation 2) The test results show that Motivation has a significant and positive effect on Community Participation. 3) The test results show that knowledge and motivation together have a positive effect on online zakat participation in the people of Bandung Regency.

Abstract

Work as a fisherman is dependent on marine resources. However, coastal communities still live in poverty and the increasingly sharp inequality is very prominent in fishing communities, where a group of people really enjoy the results of fish resources. This group is those who have modern fishing gear such as trawlers and the like that are supported by a mountain of protection and permits. On the other hand, most of them, namely traditional fishermen, still live in poverty. Efforts to build and improve the quality of life of all citizens of the nation, including fishermen, both socially, economically and are our common goals. This study will discuss how the strategy of increasing the income of coastal communities in meeting the needs of life. These strategies 1) Build and strengthen social institutions that are owned or existing in the community and develop the quality of human resources. 2) Assistance from the government for coastal communities Until now, the government has actually disbursed programs to overcome fishermen's poverty, such as aid package programs such as Small Investment Credit (KIK), Permanent Working Capital Credit (KMKP) and Bimas credit as mentioned above. . 3) Role of Extension Institutions Community empowerment efforts are expected to be able to play a role in improving the quality of human resources, especially in the form and change people's behavior to achieve a better standard of living. Poverty that occurs in traditional fishermen is caused by 3 (three) very influential factors, namely: 1) the quality of human resources 2) Economic factors; and 3) institutional factors. Poverty in coastal communities is natural and cultural poverty, consumptive lifestyles and the existence of the influence of prevailing customs and cultures. Lazy attitude is characterized by low utilization of free time when not going to sea. Fishermen prefer to use their free time with activities that are less economically productive.

Abstract

The chaotic life of Muslims in various parts of the world. This is important when Muslims are in a tough test. the problem of terrorism and radicalism in the name of religion. The challenges of globalization and modernization which are very aggressively spreading the "virus" throughout the social order inevitably bring about extraordinary changes in the order of human life. The sophistication of technology and the achievement of sophisticated inventions from the Western world are also challenges that must be answered by Muslim communities around the world. the decline in the quality of Muslim belief in Indonesia, due to a misunderstanding between religious and cultural education which seems to be contrary to the Shari'ah. Islam came to Indonesia directly from Arabia, to be precise Hadhramaut. To answer these accusations, as well as an effort to reaffirm Islam as a friendly and gracious religion (rahmatan lil alamin), requires deep socialization. With an exclusive approach to the community. Where the Istiqlal festival can be a da'wah land. Because at an event that is embellished with art, it will invite and build public awareness to return to having an Islamic understanding of the archipelago. So this research will discuss how the Istiqlal Festival can be a means for public awareness in building Islam Nusantara. The festival was attended by millions of people. No less than 7 million people attended the first Istiqlal Festival, as an exhibition that shows the spirit of Islam in various forms of Indonesian traditions, Fostering the same understanding on one commodity. 2. The Istiqlal Festival event was held for the first time at the Mamba'ul Ma'arif Islamic Boarding School (PP) Denanyar, Jombang. Abstract

Teacher performance can be interpreted as the results achieved by a teacher after the teacher carries out obligations based on skills, experience, duration with the output obtained looks good in terms of quantity or quality. Based on the results of interviews with several teachers, researchers. The work motivation shown by the teachers is still not optimal, it is proven that some teachers come late, at lessons 1,2 and lessons 6,7, 8 there are often no teachers teaching, sometimes they are filled with assignments that are not corrected, Some teachers have low motivation due to lack of financial rewards to meet their daily needs. From the results of interviews with the Bengkalis District Elementary School supervisors, information was obtained that the supervision carried out by the principal as a leader, the impact of the low frequency of supervision carried out by the principal and not being sustainable was the presence of teachers who carried out the learning process in a less professional manner. The research approach used in this research is to use ex post facto research, namely after the fact, by taking data by survey. 1) There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on teacher performance. The higher the work motivation given, the higher the teacher's performance. 2) There is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Academic Supervision on Teacher Performance at SDN Rupat District. The higher the level of leadership that the principal has, the higher the level of performance that the teacher has. 3) There is a jointly significant influence between the variables of Work Motivation and Academic Supervision on Performance at SDN Rupat District. The higher the work motivation and academic supervision owned by the principal, the higher the level of performance possessed by the teacher assuming permanent work motivation.
