Abstract

The waste problem is a major problem faced by almost all big cities in Indonesia. This is inseparable from the problem of urban development related to population, social, and economical aspects which has a very broad impact on human health. Whereas Islam teaches mankind to always preserve the environment and invites humans to live side by side in harmony with the natural surroundings. There are many arguments from the Qur'an and hadith that explain the preservation of the environment and the prohibition of damaging the existence of the surrounding environment. The current study is a library research. The research process was carried out by employing literature studies to collect relevant data from literature, books, and the Internet. Afterwards, the results of the study is presented in description. The way the household waste was handled in the society was in accordance with the waste management system which begins with waste collecting, followed with waste storing and waste transporting. By emphasizing how Islam teaches all Muslim to show compassion in everything including fellow humans, nature, animals and their surrounding, as well as to remind them that damage can occur from the hands of humans themselves, therefore, it is proper for a pious Muslim to always hold fast to his faith by preventing such damage by caring for the surrounding environment.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of organizational culture on teacher innovation capability in Indonesia mediated by tacit and explicit knowledge sharing. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic to a population of teachers in Jabodetabek. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 583 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through mediating tacit knowledge sharing. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on explicit knowledge sharing. While explicit knowledge sharing has not significant effect on teacher innovation capability. This novel research is proposing a model to build teacher innovation capability among teachers through organizational culture with tacit & explicit knowledge sharing as mediation. This research can pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of organizational learning on the improvement of hard skills, soft skills and teacher innovation capability in Indonesia.Hard skills and soft skills as mediated variables. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic to a population of teachers in Jawa Barat. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 663 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through mediating hard skills and soft skills. This novel research is proposing a model to build teacher innovation capability among teachers through organizational learning with hard skills and soft skills as mediation. This research can open the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (transformational atautransactional)terhadap kepuasan kerja guru sekolah swasta di Jabodetabek yang dimediasi oleh persepsi kerja guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel acak sederhana melalui elektronik ke populasi guru di Jabodetabek. Hasil kuesioner yang dikembalikan dan valid adalah 277 sampel.Pemrosesan data menggunakan metode SEM dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan guru, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi persepsi kerja guru. Sedangkan kepemimpinan transaksional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan guru, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi persepsi kerja guru. Penelitian baru ini mengusulkan sebuah model untuk membangun kepuasan kerja guru sekolah di Jabodetabek melalui peningkatan kemampuan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dengan persepsi kerja guru sebagai mediator. Implikasi penelitian dibahas dalam kaitannya dengan pengawas dan kepala sekolah,serta pembuat kebijakan di tingkat pemerintah.Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan guru dalam menghadapi era pendidikan 4.0.

Abstract

The information age, which opens up the competition space freely and widely, has challenged every business organization, including the manufacturing industry, to hone its competitive advantage. The main icon of competitive advantage is the innovative behavior of every employee. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Islamic leadership and ethical climate on employee innovative behavior by taking 126 employees in the manufacturing industry in Tangerang Banten Regency using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The analysis of this study uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS software version 3.0 as a statistical tool. The results of this study indicate that Islamic leadership has a positive and significant effect on the ethical climate, Islamic leadership has a positive and significant effect on the innovative behavior of employees, either directly or indirectly through the mediation of the ethical climate.
