Abstract

Self Disclosure is an intentional or voluntary act of disclosing or telling information, opinions, beliefs, feelings, experiences or even issues that are guarded or kept secret to be disclosed to others as is so that other parties understand them. The researcher uses a qualitative approach with a type of phenomenological research, because the researcher wants to see the behavior that appears from the responden regarding the openness of this child to this parents, and wants to describe the experiences that the individual has, as well as explore the structures of consciousnessin the respondents experiences, so that researchers can describe, understand and interpret the meaning of the experiences of respondents. Based on the research results, it is known that with the interpersonal community, children will be more open to their parents. Good interpersonal relationships greatly affect self disclosure, so if parents want to understand and understand their children, parents must build good interpersonal communication with their children.

Abstract

Emotional maturity is a state or condition to reach the maturity level of emotional development. Emotional maturity is very important for every individual. Because through emotional maturity, a person will be able to understand and live his life well, moreover, humans are social beings who always interact with other people and also with various kinds of conditions. Therefore, emotional maturity can help someone in interacting and responding well to all the conditions they face. The researcher used a qualitative research approach with a phenomenological type of research because the researcher wanted to see the visible behavior of the students (respondents) which described their emotional maturity. Based on the results of the study it is known that with a good religiosity value, the level of emotional maturity will also be better. Thus, if you want students to have good emotional maturity, the teacher must also instill religious values ??well.

Abstract

This study has two objectives, namely to describe the implementation of learning leadership by principals in improving student learning outcomes. This is a qualitative research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and observable behavior. This research applied interview, observation and documentation in collecting the data. For analyzing the data, this research used a nonstatistic method, namely descriptive data analysis. It means that the data obtained through research on the implementation of learning leadership by principals and is reported as it is. Then, the data were analyzed descriptively to get an overview of the facts. Based on the results of research conducted in MAN 2 Langkat, it can be concluded that the principal is the most important element in improving the quality of education. To be able to improve the quality of education, principals must conduct good learning leadership. The implementation of learning leadership in MAN 2 Langkat in terms of the learning leadership model expressed by Hallinger and Murphy is divided into three dimensions, namely through the formulation of school missions, management of good learning and creating a conducive school climate. These three dimensions are then specified into eleven descriptors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di kalangan guru-guru Madrasah Tsanawiyah Kota Pematangsiantar dan merupakan penelitian korelasional kuantitatif yang mencari hubungan antara penguasaan materi tentang evaluasi dan kemampuan menganalisis butir soal (variabel bebas) dengan keterampilan menulis soal (variabel terikat). Jumlah responden sebanyak 32 orang guru yang berasal dari 8 MTs dan setiap MTs di ambil 4 orang guru (Fiqh, Alquran Hadits, Aqidah Akhlak dan SKI). Sebelum dilakukan perhitungan terhadap data penelitian, diuji terlebih dahulu normalitas dan homogenitasnya. Keseluruhan data dihitung dengan menggunakan program SPSS 23. Dari perhitungan di peroleh hasil penelitian bahwa 1) ada korelasi positip yang signifikan antara penguasaan materi tentang evaluasi dengan keterampilan menulis soal, 2) ada korelasi positip yang siginifikan antara kemampuan menganalisis butir soal dengan keterampilan menulis soal, dan 3) ada korelasi positip yang signifikan antara penguasaan materi tentang evaluasi secara bersama-sama dengan kemampuan menganalisis butir soal terhadap keterampilan menulis soal.

Abstract

Membaca adalah langkah awal anak usia dini dalam menambah kosa kata atau perbendaharaan katanya. Sehinggan anak dapat dengan mudah untuk membaca, mengerti apa yang dia baca, memutuskan keinginannya dan lainsebagainya. Dalam proses belajar membaca sebaiknya didukung oleh semua kalangan sehingga anak antusias dalam belajar. Dalam prosesnya belajar membaca tidaklah mudah, sehingga memerlukan cara penyampaian serta cara bagaimana seorang guru dan lingkungan dapat memberikan motivasi yang tinggi dalam minat membaca, sebaiknya kita benar – benar memikirkan suatu terobosan baru untuk mengembangkan potensi membaca pada anak. Mengingat anak usia dini adalah usia masa aktif mereka dalam bergerak dan mengembangkan imajinasi yang ada pada diri mereka. Mengembangkan minat baca berarti kita memperkenalkan berjuta – juta ilmu kepada generasi penerus bangsa, karena semua ilmu didapat dari bagai mana seseorang mencintai buku sebagai teman bacaanya. Dari penelitian yang saya lakukan dengan medode PTK dapat dilihat hasil dari sebelum dilakukannya tindakan kemampuan membaca kata anak 54,84%,setelah dilakukan tindakan pertama mengalami peningkatan sebesar 64,51%,dan setelah tindakan ke dua meningkat menjadi 93,54%.Dengan memberikan media yang tepat serta pembiasaan yang rutin pada anak AUD maka logika anak akan bermain hal tersebut yang membuat mereka menjadi generasi yang kritis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Peningkatan kemampuan membaca anak usia dini melalui media roda pintar kelas B TK Raden Ajeng Kartini Sei Rotan Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas atau Classroom Action Reserch yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif dengan guru kelas yang dilakuakan dalam dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kelompok B yang terdiri dari 13 anak, 7 anak perempuan dan 6 anak laki-laki. Tindakan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif . berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh rata rata persentase kemampuan membaca anak usia dini melalui media roda pintar pada pra siklus sebesar 41 % yang termasuk dalam kriteria belum berkembang pada siklus I dengan rata-rata persentase 72, 4 % yang termasuk dalam kriteria berkembang sesuai harapan dan pada siklus II rata-rata presentase menunjukan peningkatan yaitu 89, 74 % yang termasuk dalam kriteria berkembang sangat baik. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan membaca anak usia dini melalui media roda pintar pada kelompok B di TK Raden Ajeng Kartini Sei Rotan T.A 2021-2022 dapat ditingkatkan.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the effect of using U-Dictionary application on students’ pronunciation mastery at the eleventh grade of SMK Negeri 1 Perbaungan. This research used quantitative method with quasi-experimental design. The population of this research was class XI sudents of SMK Negeri 1 Perbaungan. The researcher selected class XI TKJ 1 with 21 students as experimental group dan class XI TKJ 3 with 21 students as control group, randomly. In collecting data, the researcher used tests to determine students’ pronunciation mastery and were carried out twice, namely pre-test and post-test. Then, the data was analyzed by using a t-test. The results showed that ttest = 8.095 and ttable with df = 40 using a two-tailed test (2-tailed) with a significance of 5% = 2.021. It shows that ttest value was higher than ttable (8.095>2.021). In oher words, Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. On the other hand, the result of the evaluation of students’ pronunciation mastery showed that more students get predicate 4 (good) on vowel, diphthong and consonant sounds in experimental group. While in control group, more students get predicate 3 (average) and pedicate 2 (poor) on vowel, diphthong and consonant sounds. It can be concluded that using U-Dictionary application significantly affected on students’ pronunciation mastery at the eleventh grade of SMK Negeri 1 Perbaungan.

Abstract

Ships are water vehicles of a certain type and shape that transport passengers and goods through waters to certain areas. Say, for example, like crossing islands, delivering goods by sea, or being used as a component in a floating market. Ships are included in the learning category for the Belawan Maritime Academy campus in Medan for cadets, therefore the author applies this material to learning media bases of flash for better delivery of material. For better learning implementation results and in accordance with ship specifications, references are used by tracing data from journals and the internet, the system uses a waterfall for data collection techniques so that later the learning media is validated for its truth with clear data references. This system can be implemented in a learning system with PC or laptop devices as the medium and used as learning material for cadets. With this application, it is hoped that cadets will find it easier to study ships in more depth and can be re-developed into a better system.

Abstract

This research discussed the effect of using YouTube animation videos on students' English vocabulary mastery at SMA Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi. The formulation of the problem is: for the first time, students usually misinterpret the word, then have difficulty pronouncing it. The objective of this research was: to determine whether or not there was a significant effect and difference on students’ achievement in vocabulary mastery before and after being taught using animated videos. The population were students of grade X SMA Negeri 2 Tebing Tinggi which consisted of two classes. So the sample was grade X MIA 4 consisted of 29 students as the experimental group (using animated youtube videos) and X MIA 1 consisted of 29 students as control groups (without using animated youtube videos). The results in the experimental group showed that the mean value of the pre-test was 69.89 while the average value of the post-test was 78.96. The results in the control group showed that the average value of the pre-test was 55.37 while the post-test was the average test score was 58.51. The results of data analysis, the value of t-test > t-table, where the t-table is 1.674 and the result of the t-test is 7.55 so that the t-test is higher than the t-table. It was concluded that the effect of using youtube animated videos was more significant than the effect without using youtube animated videos on students' vocabulary learning achievement.

Abstract

Strategi pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran di mana siswa-siswa dikelompokkan menjadi kelompok-kelompok yang beranggotakan 4 sampai 5 orang siswa yang terdiri dari siswa dengan kemampuan akademik tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Kreatifitas belajar merupakan upaya menumbuhkan dan merangsang potensi yang ada dalam diri siswa dengan memberikan peluang supaya kemampuan yang dimiliki dapat tersalurkan secara baik sehingga siswa dapat melahirkan kreatifitas yang dapat menunjang kecerdasan yang dimilikinya. Fikih merupakan mata pelajaran yang diajarkan untuk mengarahkan dan mengantarkan peserta didik agar dapat memahami pokok-pokok hukum Islam dan tata cara pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada MTsN Siantar Kabupaten Simalungun dengan hasil : 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara strategi pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar, siswa yang di ajar dengan strategi pembelajaran koperatif learning tipe STAD, lebih tinggi hasil belajarnya dari pada siswa yang di ajar dengan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori, 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kreatifitas belajar dengan hasil belajar, dan 3) Tidak terdapat interaksi antara strategi pembelajaran dengan kreatifitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar.
