Abstract

In the Ponorogo area, Sendang Bulus is one of the most well-known water attractions. As part of conservation efforts, Sendang Bulus was first applied to turtle cattle (Amyda cartilaginea). The existence of Sendang Bulus water tourism can be a contribution to the preservation of turtles as well as a tourist attraction that can be used for various activities, such as turtle observation, fishing, ecotourism education, cultural tourism, and photography. By using supply and demand strategies, this study aims to determine the attractiveness of Sendang Bulus water tourism in Pager Village, Bungkal, Ponorogo Regency. Supply analysis is based on the results of questionnaires and observations of resources that have the potential to become tourist attractions, while demand analysis is carried out by examining the results of literature studies and visitor perceptions through social media. The results of the study revealed that there was a discrepancy between supply and demand for several tourist attractions and supporting facilities/infrastructure at Sendang Bulus, caused by the relatively small number of turtles, the poor condition of the roads leading to tourist attractions, and poorly maintained game rides.

Abstract

The Key Performance method is used to measure employee performance and is implemented for receptionists at Amadea Resort & Villas Seminyak. The overall results of receptionist performance measurements at Amadea Resort & Villas Seminyak are based on assessment criteria with a method called key performance indicators to measure overall performance, carried out according to predetermined standards. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, including observation, interviews and document review at the receptionist at Amadea Resort & Villas Seminyak. Determination of respondents using total sampling method. The KPI (Key Performance Indicator) assessment criteria at Amadea Resort & Villas Seminyak are excellent Service, Upselling Revenue, Guest Recommendation, Training, Perfect Grooming and Perfect Attendant. Abstract

This article examines the role of digital marketing in the development of tourist villages. This research uses qualitative data. Collecting data using in-depth interviews with community leaders. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the role of digital marketing in tourist villages makes big contribution to influences the sustainability of tourist villages. The development of digital marketing is able to have positive impact in introducing and promoting tourism villages. The application of digital marketing carried out by each tourism can be an opportunity for the number of tourist visits. It is recommended that the tourism stakeholders must synergize to the development of the tourism village remains sustainable.

Abstract

Cultural potential as a tourist attraction is considered one of the biggest factors in attracting tourists. Pioneered tourism destinations that carry local wisdom are potential superior tourist attractions. Various tourism potentials are interesting to develop but are also expected to become sustainable as a form of sustainability of tourism activities currently being developed. The suitability of the goals of developing cultural tourism with the implementation of tourism development management is an important aspect to analyze, so that the development of tourism potential can also become a vessel for preserving local culture. The importance of this paper as a form of analysis of local culture-based tourism potential which can become a tourist attraction that can provide tourism competitiveness value but also pays attention to the value of authenticity found in the Segunung Traditional Village. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of direct observation and in-depth interviews. The tourism potential which is an opportunity for the development of Segunung Traditional Village Tourism, most aspects of tourism products contained in tourism destinations are tourist attractions with a cultural concept. The aim of cultural tourism is to promote understanding, appreciation preservation of various cultures so that existing local wisdom can be maintained and useful in increasing the welfare of local communities through tourism.

Abstract

Mutis Nature Reserve in the Middle South of Timor Regency is one of the prospective areas that can be explored for ecotourism. Ecotourism means that the visitors can enjoy the tourist attractions in a tourist destination while making positive contributions to the local people, economically, without ruining the resources or at least being able to minimize the negative impact on the environment of the tourist destination area. Generally, the aim of this research was to discover the potential resources of Mutis Nature Reserve that could be explored for ecotourism. The method that’s been used for this research was by using the qualitative method to discover the potential ecotourism in Fatumnasi and also by using Carrying Capacity Calculation to measure the Carrying Capacity of Mutis Nature Reserve. Data were collected by observation method and using in-depth interviews with the key informant. Some of the research results indicated that the resources of Mutis Nature Reserve can be explored for ecotourism. It also indicated that the exploration and development must be based on effective carrying capacity to maintain the resources of the tourist attractions on a certain level of management. The Carrying Capacity that’s been measured in this research is 1). Physical Carrying Capacity, 2). Real Carrying Capacity,3). Effective Carrying Capacity Suggestions were given for the improvement of the public infrastructures, tour packages should be available and so are the trained local guides, the planning and development of the ecotourism should involve the local community.
