Abstract

Performance is the result of work achieved by an employee or employees in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to them. Factors that influence performance in this study include work planning, work coordination, and participatory leadership. This study aims to determine the effect of Work Planning, Work Coordination and Participatory Leadership on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation studies. This study used population primary data and samples were employees at the South Alor District Office, Alor Regency, totaling 21 people. And the sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample. The statistical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1). partially the Work Planning variable has a significance value of 0.001 or 0.1% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H1 which states that the Work Planning variable has a partial positive effect on employee performance in Alor Selatan District Office, Alor Regency. (2). partially the Work Coordination variable has a significant value of 0.007 or 2.3% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H2 which states that the Work Coordination variable has a partial positive effect on employee performance at South Alor District Office Alor Regency (3). partially the Participatory Leadership variable has a significant value of 0.033 or 0.5% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.01 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H3 which states that the Participatory Leadership variable partially has a positive effect on employee performance at Alor Selatan District Office, Alor Regency. (4). simultaneously the variables Work Planning, Work Coordination and Participatory Leadership have a significant value of 0.000 or 0.00% where this value is smaller than the alpha value which is equal to 0.05 which is 5% so that the results of this study simultaneously receive H4 which states that the Work Planning variable , Work Coordination and Participatory Leadership have a positive effect on employee performance at the Alor Selatan District Office, Alor Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine: the effect of motivation, work discipline, work environment, and organizational culture on the performance of employees at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Alor Regency, either partially or simultaneously. The respondents of this study were 35 employees at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Alor Regency. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data were then analyzed using the -t test to determine the partial effect and the -F test to determine the simultaneous effect on performance with the results of the study being: 1) The variables of motivation, work discipline, work environment and organizational culture on employee performance have a Pearson product moment correlation value that is above the limit of 0.3 for the validity test. 2) The variables of motivation, work discipline, work environment and organizational culture on employee performance have a Cronbach alpha value above the limit of 0.6 for the reliability test. 3) The variables of motivation, work discipline, work environment and organizational culture on employee performance have a test value for each classic assumption test that is above alpha and passes the classic assumption test. 4) There is an effect of motivation on employee performance as evidenced by the sig t test value of 0.002, which is smaller than the research alpha value of 5% (0.05). 5) There is an influence of work discipline on employee performance as evidenced by the sig t test value of 0.012, which is smaller than the research alpha value of 5% (0.05). 6) There is an influence of the work environment on employee performance as evidenced by the sig t test value of 0.032, which is smaller than the research alpha value of 5% (0.05). 7) There is an influence of organizational culture on employee performance as evidenced by the sig t test value of 0.028 which is smaller than the research alpha value of 5% (0.05). 8) There is an influence of Motivation, Discipline, Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance as evidenced by the sig value of the F test which is 0.000 which is smaller than the research alpha value which is 5% (0.05). From the results of the research and the conclusions of the research, the research team suggested to the Respondents (employees of the Alor Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office) that employees are expected to be able to maintain the performance of employees who have been well organized to date, while continuing to improve themselves given the various changes in work situations as happening right now. Suggestions are also given to the Head of the Alor Regency Manpower and Transmigration Service, so that leaders who have nurtured and built the values ​​of work discipline and organizational culture that are well ingrained in this scope of work can be maintained and continue to provide enthusiasm, motivation and innovation for the sake of performance development much better employees and overall job performance. Meanwhile, to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis was used, using the t test to determine the effect partially and the F test to determine the effect simultaneously. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to employees at the Alor Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office. Data analysis was performed with SPSS tools. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the variables of motivation, work discipline, work environment, and organizational culture partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the significance value of the t test or partial test on the motivation variable of 0.002 or 0.2%, the significance value of the t test on the work discipline variable is 0.012 or 1.2%, the significance value of the t test on the work environment variable is 0.032 or 3 .2%, the significance value of the t test on organizational culture variables is 0.028 or 2.8% and simultaneously the variables of motivation, work discipline, work environment, and organizational culture together have a significant effect on employee performance at the District Manpower and Transmigration Office Alor. This is indicated by the significance value of the F test of 0.000 or 0.0%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development organizational commitment and transformational leadership on the performance of employee F, which makes up this population of 37 people. namely saturated samples of data collection using techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data is then analyzed using the t test to find out partially and the f test to determine the effect simultaneously. This research uses population primary data and the sample is employees at the District Marine and Fisheries Service Office Alor which amounted to 37 people. And the sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample. The statistical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1). partially the career development variable has a significance value of 0.001 or 0.1% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H1 which states that the career development variable partially has a positive effect on employee performance at Alor Regency Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service Office. (2). partially the organizational commitment variable has a significant value of 0.023 or 2.3% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H2 which states that the organizational commitment variable partially has a positive effect on employee performance at Alor Regency Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service Office (3). partially the transformational leadership variable has a significant value of 0.001 or 0.5% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.01 or 5% so the results of this study accept H3 which states that the transformational leadership variable partially has a positive effect on employee performance at the Maritime Service Office And Fisheries of Alor Regency. (4). simultaneously the career development variable organizational commitment and transformational leadership has a significant value of 0.000 or 0.00% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 which is 5% so that the results of this study simultaneously accept H4 which states that the variable career development organizational commitment and transformational leadership has an effect positively on the performance of employees at the Alor Regency Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Service Office. (5). The magnitude of the influence of organizational commitment and transformational leadership career development variables on employee performance at the Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Office of Alor Regency is 82.6%, this study simultaneously received H5.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work achieved by employees based on job requirements. A job has certain requirements so that it can be carried out to achieve goals which are also known as work standards. The results of work are things that are obtained by an employee in carrying out the work according to the requirements or performance standards. An employee is said to be successful in carrying out his work or having good performance, if the work results obtained are higher than the performance standards. To know this, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of each employee in an agency. Performance problems certainly can not be separated from the process results and usability. Performance itself means a work result that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization, according to their respective authorities and responsibilities, in order to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of work ethic, participatory leadership and work environment on employee performance at the Alor Barat Laut District Office, Alor Regency, both partially and simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation studies. This study uses population primary data and samples are employees at the Alor Barat Laut District Office, Alor Regency, totaling 22 people. And the sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample. The statistical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1). the work ethic variable affects the performance of employees at the Alor Barat Laut District Office, Alor Regency. This is evidenced by the significance value of the t test of 0.001 or 0.1% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5%. (2). variable Participatory Leadership has a positive effect on employee performance at the Alor Barat Laut District Office, Alor Regency. This is evidenced by the significance value of the t test of 0.004 or 0.4% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5%. (3). Work Environment variables have a positive effect on employee performance at the Alor Barat Laut District Office, Alor Regency. This is evidenced by the significance value of the t test of 0.024 or 2.4% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5%. (4). simultaneously variable work ethic. Participatory leadership and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance at the Alor Barat Laut District Office, Alor Regency. This is evidenced by the significant value of the F test of 0.000 or 0.00% where this value is smaller than the alpha value which is equal to 0.05 which is 5%. (5) variable work ethic. Participatory leadership and work environment have an effect on employee performance by 76.6%. while the remaining 23.4% is influenced by other factors that have not been examined in this study.

Abstract

Performance is the result or level of success of a person as a whole during a certain period in carrying out tasks compared to work standards, targets or goals or criteria that have been determined in advance and have been mutually agreed upon. However, in carrying out their duties, employees of the Alor Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency still need to pay attention to optimal performance so that it has an impact on achieving the goals of the Alor Regency Kabola willage office Kabola sub-district. For this reason, it is necessary to pay attention to work environment factors, organization culture and organization commitmen. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, organization culture and organizational commitment on the performance of employees of the Kabola Village office, Kabola district Alor Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency, either partially or simultaneously. Respondents of this study were 15 employees. Data collection using questionnaires, observation, interview and literature review. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, workload and work environment on the performance of employees of PT Timor Otsuki Mutiara, Wolwal Barat Village, Alor Barat Daya District, Alor Regency. The samples taken in this study were using a saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 40 people. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect analysis of cash turnover and accounts receivable turnover on business profitability at the Citra Living Credit Coomperative, Tribuana Kalabahi , Alor Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviewis , and documentation. This study uses population secondary data and the sample is the financial resports of the Citra Living Credit Coomperative, Tribuana Kalabahi, Alor Regency in the 2018-2022 period. The statistical method used in this study is multiple linear regression by looking at the significant value of the t test and the significal value of the F test as a benchmark in returning the hypothesis and the results of data processing using the help of the IBM SPSS 25 for windows. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Partially the cash turnover variable has a significant value of 0,000 or 0,0% where this value is smaller thant the alpha value of 0,05 or 5% that the results of this research are Enetima H1 which states thant the cash turnover variable partially has a positive effect on business profitability in the Citra Living Credit Coomperative, Tribuana Kalabahi, Alor Regency. 2) Partially the receivables turnover variabel has a significant value of 0,000 or 0, 0% where this volue is smaller that the alpha value of 0,05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H2 which states that the receivables turnover variable partially has a positive effect on profitability business at the image of life Credit Coomperative Tribuana Kalabahi Alor Regency. 3)Simultaneously the variables of cash turnover and account receivable turnover have a significant value of 0,000 or 0,0% where this volue is smaller than the alpha value 0,05 or 5% so that the results of this study simultaneously accept H3 which states that the variable cash turnover and receivable turnover simultaneously has a positive effect on business profitability in the Citra Living Credit Coomperative, Tribuana Kalabahi, Alor Regency.

Abstract

Application of Doulingo to Improving Student Learning Outcomes in English Subject in Class VII A of SMP Negeri 4 Awangpone, Thesis for the Education Technology Study Program, Faculty of Teaching and Education, University of Muhammadiyah Bone. Supervised by Advisor I Hj. Andi Kasmawati and Supervisor II Jusman. This research aims to determine the application of Doulingo to improving student learning outcomes in English subjects in class VII A of SMP Negeri 4 Awangpone. The type of research used is classroom action research. The data processed is the result of interviews with 1 (one) English teacher and 22 (twenty two) class VII A students. The data collection methods used in this research were observation, interviews and documents, where the author saw directly in the field. The results of the research obtained by the author are the application of Doulingo to improve student learning outcomes in English subjects in class VII A of SMP Negeri 4 Awangpone, which was obtained based on what was carried out in cycle I and cycle II. Data on the percentage increase in grades achieved by students when implementing the Duolingo application is quite important and can be said to be going well. Student input regarding the use of media is quite good. Students also become more active when practicing English through Duolingo. The application of the Duolingo application can improve student learning outcomes from the first cycle percentage data of 64.55 which is in the category below the completeness value of the KKM success criteria to increase from the second cycle percentage data which gets a percentage value of 80 which has achieved completeness of the success criteria exceeding the completeness of the KKM. This is because the results of action research have been achieved in cycle II and the implementation of the research has increased significantly, so this research does not need to be continued to the next cycle. Based on these results, the search stopped in Cycle II

This research aims to determine the performance of the Internal Combustion Engine Type T113D on carbon monoxide (CO) and hydrocarbon (HC) exhaust emissions, engine efficiency and rotation, to obtain efficient CO and HC. The research process was carried out by: testing rotation variations of motor power, torque, thermal efficiency, average effective direct fuel consumption, carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons. The research results showed that at 1000 rpm the highest CO was 10.00% and the lowest CO at 3000 rpm was 8.59%. What then influences the increase and decrease in CO is the reduction in fuel and air which is less homogeneous or does not burn completely in the combustion chamber. So it makes CO become high. High carbon monoxide is influenced by a poor mixture of air and fuel so that it can affect combustion in the combustion chamber, causing low engine speed. The lower the rotation, the higher the hydrocarbons (HC), this is because the mixture of air and fuel is less homogeneous which can affect the level of hydrocarbons.
