Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine the development of Pai's curriculum in Indonesia in relation to 21st century competency needs. The method used in this study is a library study in which authors seek, collate, and analyze a variety of information from a variety of relevant sources. The beginning of the 21st century marked the rapid development of information and communication technology and the beginning of free competition between nations in all fields. As a result, student life today is different and much more complicated than it used to be. Indications for the results of this study include: Development of a PAI-based curriculum. In the era of Industry 4.0 revolution, Islamic religious education faces the challenge of destruction. Advances in digital technology have enabled everyone to access and quickly connect to all kinds of information through the Internet and it's innovations (the Internet of Things). This study uses a library survey method to collect and analyze library data. The research results show the adjustment of the Islamic education curriculum in the 4.0 era. The traditional blending and technology defense method is blended learning, and the content of things must adapt to the state and needs of skills in the 4.0 era, comprehensive assessment and shared responsibility (educational ecosystem). Educators had to convince her 4.0. Century needed compatibility. And infrastructure tools that adapt as technology evolves.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the application of quantitative research methods in the context of Islamic education management. In order to achieve this goal, the study identifies the most relevant and effective quantitative research methods in understanding various aspects of Islamic education management. It also identifies the challenges faced in the application of quantitative research methods in the context of Islamic education and provides prospects for future development in this field. The results show that there are several quantitative research methods that are relevant in the context of Islamic education management. Some commonly used methods include surveys, experiments, secondary data analysis and regression analysis. In addition, the study also identified some challenges faced in applying quantitative research methods in Islamic education, such as difficulties in measuring qualitative variables, constraints

Abstract

Franchising basically implies a settlement on techniques for deploying labor and products to customers. for this situation the franchisor licenses the franchisee to complete the exercise of conveying labor and products under the franchisor's name and attributes in selective territories, where the business is conducted simultaneously using the methodologies and strategies set by the franchisor and the franchisor provides assistance to the franchisee. This research was conducted using a statute approach. The regulation is based on the efforts of public authorities to energize the increase of establishment organizations throughout Indonesia with the aim of empowering public business people, especially small and medium business visionaries to develop as public franchisors in order to market domestic products. The agreement made by PT Kopi Kenangan with PT Sahara Group gave birth to an Agreement containing the agreement of the parties to bind themselves in the franchise agreement which is based on Government Regulation No. 42 of 2007 concerning Franchising.

Abstract

This research focuses on the use of learning media to improve student learning achievement in curved geometric shapes. The research subjects taken were 11 students at one of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Mts) schools. There are two learning media designed in this research, namely ICT and non-ICT media. ICT media is in the form of Android-based mobile learning, while non-ICT media contains information about determining the volume of a ball using a cone approach. The results of this research show that Android-based mobile learning can improve student learning achievement in curved geometric shapes.

Advisor I : Ferdinand R. Anigomang, SE., MM and Supervisor II : Junius M. Sau Sabu, SE., MAkt. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at Taman Mataru Health Center, Mataru District, Alor Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation studies. This study uses primary data, population and sample is patient satisfaction at Taman Mataru Health Center, Mataru District, Alor Regency. There were 35 patients and the sampling technique in this study was random sampling or saturated samples because the population was under one hundred N = n. Then the entire population is used as a sample in this study. The statistical method used in this research is multiple linear regression by looking at the significant value of the t test and the significant value of the F test as a benchmark in taking the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that, partially the reliability variable has a significance value of 0.016 or 1.6% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H1 which says that the reliability variable partially has a positive effect on Patient Satisfaction at Taman Mataru Health Center, Mataru District, Alor Regency. Partially the responsiveness variable has a significant value of 0.036 or 3.6 where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H2 which states that the responsiveness variable partially has a positive effect on patient satisfaction at the Puskesmas Mataru Park, Mataru District, Alor Regency. Partially the guarantee variable has a significant value of 0.026 or 2.6 where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H3 which states that the guarantee variable partially has a positive effect on patient satisfaction at Taman Mataru Health Center Mataru District, Alor Regency. Partially the direct evidence variable has a significant value of 0.028 or 2.8 where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H4 which states that the direct evidence variable partially has a positive effect on patient satisfaction at the health center Mataru Park, Mataru District, Alor Regency. Partially the empathy variable has a significant value of 0.000 or 0.0 where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H5 which states that the empathy variable partially has a positive effect on patient satisfaction at Taman Mataru Health Center Mataru District, Alor Regency.

Abstract

The independent curriculum is implemented in class IV with learning methods that adapt to students' cognitive conditions in order to achieve learning outcomes. Some students do not understand the lesson material given by the teacher. An independent curriculum tends to focus more on the cognitive performance of students. Students' cognitive problems, delays in literacy such as not being able to read are often complained about by teachers. Apart from this, it tends to be difficult for students to concentrate on learning and it takes a long time to understand the subject matter and many students experience learning difficulties. Based on the description of the results of initial observations carried out by the researcher, in this research the researcher took the title "Analysis of Student Cognitive Development Problems in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum".

Abstract

Residence is the presence of students or the presence of student houses. So the residence referred to in this study is the house occupied by students every day. Student learning outcomes can be influenced by internal factors and external factors of students. Internal factors of students include the level of intelligence, emotion, interest, psychology and talent. External factors include the educational level of parents, economic class, distance from home, teachers, teaching materials, learning environment and association. In accordance with the title of the journal, to find out about the absence of an effect of distance between residence and student learning outcomes, it is necessary to conduct research with the aim of providing input for publishers, especially junior high school level teachers. This study aims to determine the effect of the distance traveled by students to school on student achievement at school and to determine the relationship between the distance traveled by students to school on student achievement. This research is qualitative, the research instrument used is in the form of interview text in the form of fields, and also distributes essay tests to see student learning outcomes. In the research that has been done, there are locations where the house to school is too far away, 5 km away, and there is a short distance of 1 km. In accordance with the student data that has been contained in the table, it can be seen that the distance between the student's house and the school is one of the factors that influence student academic achievement.

Abstract

Welfare is a condition in which a person or community is in a safe, prosperous, secure state, safe from all kinds of disturbances, problems or difficulties and so on and in this study the aim is to determine the effect of village fund allocation and village development programs on the welfare of village communities, this type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation studies. This study used population primary data and the sample was the people of Lakatuli Village, Mataru District, Alor Regency, totaling 73 people. The statistical method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: Partially the village fund allocation variable has a significant value of 0.00 Partially the village development program variable has a significant value of 0.002 where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 so the results of this study accept H2 which states that the village development program partially has a positive effect on the welfare of village communities in Lakatuli Village, Mataru District, Alor Regency. Simultaneously the variable allocation of village funds and village development programs on the welfare of village communities has a significant value of 0.00 where this value is smaller than the alpha value, namely H3 which states that the variable allocation of village funds and village development programs on the welfare of village communities simultaneously has a positive effect on the welfare of the village community in Lakatuli Village, Mataru District, Alor Regency.

Abstract

Performance is a result of work produced by an employee in achieving the expected goals. In addition, the performance of an employee is an individual thing, because each employee has a different level of ability - different in carrying out their duties. Performance itself means the result of work or work performance. An employee is said to be successful if the results of the work reach even more than the standards set. Performance problems are inseparable from work performance, but it needs to be understood that performance is not just the result of work or work performance, but also includes how the work process takes place in order to achieve the goals of the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on the work environment, job satisfaction and employee commitment. The population and sample in this study were employees in the Administrative Sub-Division of Expert Staff and Personnel Management - General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Alor Regency, totaling 30 people. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample. The statistical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Partially the Transformational Leadership variable has a significant value of 0.000 or 0% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H1 which states that Transformational Leadership is partially has a positive effect on employee performance in the Administrative Subdivision of Expert Staff and Personnel Management - General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Alor Regency. (2) Partially the work environment variable has a significant value of 0.026 or 1% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H2 which states that the work environment partially has a positive effect on employee performance in the Administrative Sub-Division of Expert Staff and Personnel Leadership - General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Alor Regency. (3) Partially the variable Job Satisfaction has a significant value of 0.021 or 1% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H3 which states that Job Satisfaction partially has a positive effect on employee performance in Sub Administrative Section of Expert Staff and Personnel Leadership - General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Alor Regency. (4) Partially the variable Employee Commitment has a significant value of 0.002 or 1% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H4 which states that Employee Commitment partially has a positive effect on Employee Performance in Sub Administrative Section of Expert Staff and Personnel Leadership - General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Alor Regency. (5) Partially the variable Transformational Leadership Work Environment Job Satisfaction and Employee Commitment has a significant value of 0.000 or 0% where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 or 5% so that the results of this study accept H5 which states that Transformational Leadership in the Work Environment Job Satisfaction and Employee Commitment partially have a positive effect on employee performance in the Administrative Subdivision of Expert Staff and Personnel Leadership - General Section of the Regional Secretariat of Alor Regency. (6) The magnitude of the influence of the variable Transformational Leadership Work Environment Job Satisfaction and Employee Commitment is 91.0% this study simultaneously received H5.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the improvement in drawing ability using the syringe technique in class VIII students at SLB Dorkas Kakas. This research is experimental research with a Single Subject Research (SSR) experimental approach with an A1-B-A2 design. The research subjects were class III mildly deaf students aged 14 years, namely TR subjects. Data collection uses performance tests, observation and documentation during the implementation of baseline-1, intervention and baseline-2. The data obtained was analyzed through descriptive statistics and displayed in graphical form. The components analyzed are analysis within conditions and analysis between conditions. Data collection is through measuring drawing ability using performance tests. Based on the research results, during the implementation of the Spuit technique and during the intervention session progress was shown in the form of activeness, namely students actively responded during the lesson and were enthusiastic in participating in the learning process and were able to concentrate well if there were no internal or external distractions. In addition, there is an increase in the subject's ability to draw. The mean level of TR subjects increased from 7.18 at baseline-1 (A-1) to 11.1 at intervention (B) and 12.23 at baseline-2 (A-2). The results of this research indicate that through implementing the Spuit technique the drawing ability of class VIII mildly deaf students can be improved. Thus, it can be concluded that the Spuit Technique can improve drawing abilities.
