The research in this article examines the Dynamics of Social Identity, Felt Needs and Orientation of Cultural Values of the Local Community of Teremaal Village as a social group in North Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province. This study shows that the villagers historically come from a community background that has rich cultural and natural resources, potential and local wisdom, which then by interaction and influence from outside communities have an open attitude to social change and community development. Thus, this study will contribute and stimulate a critical, creative and dynamic dialogue for the efforts of a complete development approach, both physically, emotionally and spiritually as well as contextually for the local community of Teremaal village. This is one of the elements in constructing a contextual theology, namely the theology of local wisdom (or theology from below) which leads to a holistic ministry

Online learning is a solution to carry out learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. To support the implementation of online learning methods, learning enthusiasm and learning media on the "Digital School SMKN 3 Salatiga" website are needed to be able to maintain and improve students' digital simulation learning achievement. The purpose of this study was to see how the influence of learning enthusiasm and learning media on the website "Digital School of SMKN 3 Salatiga" on digital simulation learning achievement at SMKN 3 Salatiga simultaneously or partially. This research is quantitative in nature using a descriptive survey method through regression analysis involving 100 samples of students. The results showed that learning enthusiasm and learning media on the website "Digital School SMKN 3 Salatiga" had a level of influence of 0.107 or 10.7%, although it only had a small effect but had a positive and significant effect on digital simulation learning achievement.

In the year 2007 from 25 puskesmas [of] exist in Bengkulu North only 30 % what timely LPLPO, in the year 2008 from 25 puskesmas [of] exist in Bengkulu North only 35 % what timely LPLPO ( Source ; Rekapan of Report of LPLPO Monthly Mount the Puskesmas year 2007 - 2008). this Delay LPLPO [is] very influencing from [at] record-keeping and reporting of exist in shares of Pharmacy and Perbekes of Public Health Service of Bengkulu North, among other things the forwarding of supply report medicinize from regency to province will be lost time, making of rekapan of monthly report require the time old ones and more important again for puskesmas at the (time) of intake schedule medicinize for the report of overdue, drug required [by] its amount sometimes disagree with request raised. In this research, sampel taken to be [done/conducted] Totally is Sampling that is where researcher [do/conduct] the survey to entire/all source population ( Murti, 2006:85 , hence in this research [is] sampel taken by all organizer worker medicinize at 19 puskesmas of Regency of Bengkulu North as much 38 people. All result of research data is beforehand presented through tables of distribution frekuensi.Kemudian analyse the data conducted step by step from analysis of univariat and bivariate, that is test the Chi-Square constructively software program. Result of research indicate that there [is] [relation/link] having a meaning between storey;level of responder knowledge with the accuracy of time of delivery of LPLPO mount puskesmas [in] Regency of Bengkulu North.

Industrial engineering as a science emerges and develops to meet the need for skilled experts in managing production systems or industrial systems, which involve human components, materials, and machines or production facilities. Industrial engineering discipline also concerns the management of production factors by prioritizing the right location and social. The purpose of this study was to determine the flow of the production process, to find out the problem points of the product, and to provide suggestions for the work process to minimize the product using the Basic Seven Tools method. The results obtained indicate that the level of quality control at CV Sarana Sejahtera Tehnik is still minimal. Control that can be done is in the form of a more in-depth analysis of the source of the problem, by using the analysis of seven basic tools, it will be seen the shortcomings that lead to the achievement of the Dies Rack product.

This study discusses the service quality of the Manpower Office of Purbalingga Regency in making job seeker ID cards. This study uses Zaithml's theory of service quality (Jayanti, 2016) which has five variable dimensions, namely Reliablility, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibles. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations and documentation studies which were then analyzed in three stages, reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the service quality of the Manpower Office of Purbalingga Regency in making job seeker ID cards is still not optimal from all dimensions where the reliability of employees in implementing the service quality of making job seeker ID cards is not in accordance with applicable SOPs. Responsiveness of many employees who are not placed according to their expertise and graduates. Assurance does not have a guarantee and the 5S principle does not apply at the Manpower Office of Purbalingga Regency. Empathy, there are still many employees who are apathetic to public complaints. Tangibles still found inadequate or damaged infrastructure.

As time goes by, the number of coffee enthusiasts in Purwakarta City has increased, thus creating many coffee shops that have been established in Purwakarta City. This of course creates competition between these coffee shop service providers to provide the most comfortable place possible and provide attractive coffee menus to attract consumers. To attract consumers to visit, coffee shop service providers must offer coffee or food menus with the characteristics of the coffee shop, these characteristics will be remembered by consumers who have visited, and do not rule out visiting again. To be able to provide the best service to consumers, coffee shop service providers must have facilities such as good physical facilities, a good work environment and aspects of occupational health and safety (K3). This must be done so that consumers feel comfortable when visiting and employees who work can be comfortable while working and will feel safe so as to avoid all diseases and accidents in the workplace. This research is about the application of occupational health and safety in coffee shop 62 and this research is descriptive. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of K3 in the coffee shop. The technique of collecting data from this research is by direct observation and conducting direct interviews with the owner and the employees who work.

PT ABC is one of the companies engaged in logistics with a high potential for work accidents as a result of the many types of raw materials stored, such as chemical raw materials, as well as the use of heavy equipment such as forklifts and storage of goods on high shelves. Several work-related accidents have occurred in the warehouse area which resulted in injury to workers or damage to equipment, such as collisions with tools or goods and fires due to electrical short circuits. In addition, several other risks also occur, such as low back pain caused by manual lifting of goods, damage to walls or buildings due to being bumped or hit by a forklift. This study aims to determine how high the level of work accidents at PT ABC is and how prevention needs to be done to avoid these accidents. The method used in this research is Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) to find out how high the level of work hazard or accident is. The results of this study indicate that there are 10 potential work accidents at PT ABC, where the process of moving goods and stuffing is a job that has the highest rate of work accidents.

PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company that produces gaskets and rockwool in it. Departments at PT. XYZ is one of them is the assembly section, where the assembly is still done manually. Examples include hammering, cutting, and even pulling which can pose a work risk if done continuously. The work in this section is done sitting for 8 hours every day. Every day workers are required to be able to work to achieve the targets given by the company. Researchers used the NASA-TLX (National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index) method. This method is carried out by distributing questionnaires to workers to be able to find out the mental workload that workers feel while doing work. This method is based on six dimensions namely Mental, Physical, Time, Performance, Effort and Frustration. There were 5 respondents who were asked to fill out this questionnaire. The results of this study were 41% of workers with "High" mental workload levels and the remaining 59% of workers with "Very High" workload levels. The lowest NASA-TLX score was 63.33 and the highest was 91.93.

Along with increasing development in all fields, especially in the economic field, transportation facilities as one of the economic links are also experiencing rapid progress. Transportation services are one form of service that is needed by the community, both from the general public, government and industrial companies. PT. Sustainable fruit is a company that was initially engaged in the export and import of various kinds of fruit, but over time the company began to develop into the transportation sector. Engaged in transportation services PT. Buah Lestari rents out various types of vehicles such as trucks and buses. Companies engaged in transportation must pay attention to the cost of maintenance and what spare-pats are used in maintenance and the benefits of regular maintenance. At PT Buah Lestari Putra there are 123 types of spare-pats that must be replaced within the last 3 months and the cost is Rp. 52,212,000. Periodic maintenance also has many benefits such as, reducing the cost of a larger exit, more secure security, reducing downtime, etc.
