Abstract

Markov chain method produces probabilistic information that can be used to assist decision making. In Markov analysis, an equilibrium state is a condition in which a variable in the system ultimately carries a transition probability in a stable or unchanged state. This study aims to determine the opportunities for consumers to move from GSM cellular card brands to other GSM cellular card brands and to predict the opportunities for consumers to move GSM cellular card brands among students in the future. The data used in this study is primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires to students of the Mathematics and Natural Sciences Faculty, Tribuana Kalabahi University. The total sample in this study was 82 students. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Simpati card brand was the card brand that was most widely used by FMIPA students in the future with a total of 94.6% of respondents. while the XL card brand has a 5.4% chance of moving in the future. and the US card brand has a 0% chance of moving in the future. The situation will be balanced for each card brand will remain in the 6th period.

Abstract

On the Stamping machine, it is not only the cessation of the machine which results in the cessation of the production process, there are other factors that cause the cessation of production, namely damage to the parts in the die, (Total Productive Maintenance) TPM is a system used to maintain and improve quality. production through maintenance of work equipment and equipment such as Machinery, Equipment and work tools. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a metric that focuses on how effective a production operation is. Results are expressed in a generalized form that allows comparisons between manufacturing units in different industries. From the results of the analysis and calculations carried out in this study using the OEE method, the data obtained that the OEE value of the Stamping machine has a standard value above the average of 98.8%, which means the machine has very good performance. This does not mean that the engine performance is as good as it is now, if it is not carried out properly and regularly, the engine can experience poor performance so that it can disrupt production activities

Abstract

Analysis of the Implementation of the Integrity Zone at the Ternate Police for the Realization of a Corruption-Free Area". With the supervisory commission of Abdulrahman Jannang and Rahmat Sabuhari. This study aims to analyze the Implementation of the Integrity Zone at the Ternate Police Resort in terms of 6 (six) areas of change which include Change Management, Management Arrangement, HR Management Arrangement, Strengthening Supervision, Strengthening Performance Accountability, and Improved Service Quality . This study uses a qualitative descriptive method involving 8 informants as well as a study of study documentation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Integrity Zone at the Ternate Police from the aspect of change management is visible there is a commitment from the leadership and all service implementing units in building an Integrity Zone, this is shown by the performance of service officers who prioritize community satisfaction. The management arrangement shows that it is quite good, but there are still E-Office indicators that need to be encouraged to use so that the control system is more optimal. Structuring the HR management system still needs to increase the competence of HR in charge of public services, not all of the personnel on duty have the qualifications to take part in function training in service units . Strengthening performance accountability, from the administrative side, it has been very good in supporting the implementation of activities, but there are still visible deficiencies in the readiness of supporting infrastructure that is still lacking, especially the Traffic function service , Strengthening supervision, the supervision system is carried out in stages by involving several related functions to encourage the creation of transparent and free public services. from practices that lead to abuse of authority. Improving the quality of public services, there are still shortcomings in infrastructure facilities that are not adequate in supporting services to the community, especially the Traffic function, the unsupported facility is indicated by the absence of intensive coordination of the service function with the planning function for the provision of the required service facilities

Abstract

Brakes are components that are used to slow down or stop the rate of engine movement by converting motion into heat and regulating the speed of decreasing the load. (Sonawan, 2015:). The design of brake components is carried out in order to get the appropriate design results. Abstract

Developments in the industrial world have given rise to better tools and technology. However, the production equipment results in potential hazards that will cause losses if not controlled. CV. Sarana Sejahtera Teknik is a company engaged in the fabrication of dice racks, special fallets, fallet boxes, push trolleys, conveyors, shutter conveyors, stainless boxes, stainless steel piping, loading doc containers, and steel meanings. During the work process, many of the workers did not apply K3 properly such as not using gloves, shoes, and other personal protective equipment. The purpose of this study was to measure the performance of occupational safety and health, especially in the discipline of using work safety equipment. The method used is the OHS Management System (SMK3) approach. The results obtained show that there are still many workers who do not use PPE when doing work. Controls that can be carried out are in the form of establishing HSE policies to be more assertive, such as the existence of SOPs, socialization and education, to supervision related to the implementation of HSE that has been planned.

Abstract

In line with the company's management policies, which requires to implement a Built In Quality (BIQ) system in the production line, make production operators required to check their products alone. So a checking tool is needed to make it easier and speed up product checking time, namely Checking Fixture (CF). With the presence of tools, operator skills needed to check not too high. Job Training Process which has been completed by the author on September 28 to October 28 at PT. Fadira Teknik includes case studies in the field aimed at knowing the stages of the process of one of the products produced by the PT, namely Checking Fixture (CF) as well as looking for several factors that affect the magnitude of failure in the product, one of which is failure in the calibration process

Abstract

The machine always operates every day so it must be carried out maintenance and maintenance regularly. In this case, one method that can be used is the OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) method which serves to determine the effectiveness of the use and utilization of machines, equipment, time and materials in an operating system. So that it can reduce defects caused by the machine. This research is devoted to the J 280 AD Injection engine which has the highest level of damage. OEE is a metric that focuses on how effectively a production operation is being executed. Results are expressed in a generalized form that allows comparisons between manufacturing units in different industries. From this research, data obtained from the value of availability is 96.85%, the value of performance efficiency is 96.80%, and the rate of product quality is 99.49%. Therefore, in the October 2020 period, it was concluded that the OEE value of the Injection Molding machine had an OEE standard above the average of 93.43%, which means the machine has very good performance in this period. This Injection Molding Machine is still in a productive state and is very feasible to use.

Abstract

Alor weaving is one of the handicrafts from Alor community whose existence is recognized by hereditary, has different motifs and patterns that are different from woven products from other regions, have a certain philosophy in every motif, and is a Regional Icon that is often promoted in various activities either local, national and international levels. Unfortunately, the products already known to this market have not received legal protection by the State. With the enactment of the Local Government Law, legal protection against geographical indications is part of the responsibilities of the Autonomous Region, therefore the Regional Government should seek guarantees of protection against the potential of regional superior products with geographical indication. This study aimed Knowing the extent of public legal awareness on the importance of legal protection of Intellectual Property Rights. This research was an emperical normative research. Using primary and secondary data, data collection techniques through documentation studies, interviews and qestionnaires using qualitative analysis the Local Government discussed. Based on the discussion then conclusions drawn inductively in response to the problems studied. The results of research indicate that Public awareness of the importance of legal protection of geographical indications of Alor Weaving is very low due to the lack of information they obtain related to the importance of protection of intellectual property law on Alor Weaving.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the knowledge of students in the big ball game, which was measured based on five factors, understanding the big ball game, basic techniques, big ball game rules, big ball organization, field size. The sample used in this study were students of SMKN 1 Leuwiliang with a total of 85 people. The data collection technique used in this study is a quantitative descriptive technique. The method used is a survey, data collection techniques using a questionnaire in the form of a guttman scale. The results showed that the analysis of student knowledge in the big ball game stated that it was in the "very high" category with a percentage of 8%, "high" 6%, "medium" 54%, "low" 28%, "very low" 4%. Based on these results, it can be said that students' knowledge of big ball games is in the good category.

Abstract

A disaster is an event or series of events that threatens and disrupts people's lives and livelihoods caused by both natural and non-natural factors as well as human factors, resulting in human casualties, environmental damage, property losses, and psychological impacts. The most frequent disasters in Indonesia with high rainfall intensity can cause floods. A flood is a disaster caused by the inundation of water in an area with a long period span. Wanajaya Village is an area that often experiences flooding every year due to its low topography and narrow river flow. The Regional Disaster Management Agency of Bekasi Regency became the topic of research to conduct a study on strategic management in tackling flood disasters in Wanajaya Village, Cibitung District. Strategic management is carried out by referring to the concept of Fred R. David in the method of formulating a strategy. Strategic analysis conducted by BPBD Bekasi Regency from strategy formulation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation. The results of this study indicate that strategic management in implementation must be realized immediately and the evaluation of BPBD Bekasi Regency must be carried out periodically and continuously. With the identification and in-depth analysis of the management of flood disaster management strategies in Wanajaya Village. Can mitigate and prevent flood disasters and reduce the impact of the flood disaster.
