Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business sectors that have a very significant role in the Indonesian economy. Femwyz Grocery Store is one of the MSMEs that must be developed. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the operational process. The focus of this research is the analysis of the queuing system and the distribution of goods. The queuing model is used to determine how effective the service system at the Femwyz Grocery Store is. The research also uses the Networking method, namely the Minimum Spanning Tree or the network graph model with the smallest number of weights. This study aims to find the optimal solution in the case under study. The results of the Queue Method in this study are the average waiting time for customers in the system at the Femwyz Grocery Store is 1 hour or 60 minutes. While the results using the Networking (Spanning Tree) method are Grocery Store Femwyz – Jatiragas, Grocery Store Femwyz – Jatisari, Grocery Store Femwyz – Cirejag, Jatisari – Mekarsari, Jatiragas – Cicinde, Cirejag – Cibanggala, Mekarsari – Pacing, Cicinde – Gempol, Gempol – Suka haji with a total distance of 30.9 Km or 30900 Meters

Abstract

A work accident is an event that cannot be predicted when it occurs so that a person's activities can be disrupted in completing a job. In daily activities, potential sources of danger can be found that are easily found in the work environment, in the Production, Packing, and Maintenance section of PT. XYZ. So the purpose of this study is to analyze a potential work hazard and the level of work accidents that occur with the method used, namely the HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control) method. carry out a work risk assessment or risk assessment and carry out risk control or risk control to prevent and reduce the occurrence of an accident or potential work hazard. After being analyzed according to a low risk assessment of 37%, moderate risk of 25%, high risk of 25%, and extreme risk of 13%. Furthermore, efforts to prevent work accidents using the control hierarchy are methods for eliminating, substitution, administration, engineering, and personal protective equipment (PPE) for risk control.

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of the productivity of the buffing machine at PT. XYZ Cikarang, West Java. PT. XYZ is an industry that stands in the field of car body parts for four or more wheeled motor vehicles and industrial services for various special works of metal and metal goods. The method used in this research is Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). The purpose of this study is to evaluate the condition of the buffing machine, which often occurs in damage which causes a decrease in machine productivity and production. As a result of these problems, it is necessary to repair machines which incur costs and the production process becomes constrained. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is a method for measuring engine performance by taking into account the three important ratios, namely, Avaibility Rate, Performance Rate and Quality Rate. The results obtained from this study are the Avaibility Rate and Performance Rate values ​​are still below the standard they should be, namely the Avaibility Rate value of 61.36% and the Performance Rate value of 54.09%.

Abstract

Often times we encounter motorcycles that break down quickly, power is not optimal and their service life is not long, for example, frequently changing spare parts or spare parts, one of which is the wheel axle. The wheel axle is one of the most important components of a motorcycle because the shaft serves to support the body, the load of the vehicle itself and the external load on the vehicle in this case such as humans or cargo on a motorcycle, so a good axle is needed to achieve this function. from the shaft above. This designed axle is used to accommodate a motorcycle load and a passenger load placed on the front wheels on a 150cc Honda Supra GTR motorcycle. Based on the results of the calculations, it can be concluded that the results of the above calculations show that the diameter of the calculation above is 9.9. mm, safe to use and 0.1 mm less than the actual size diameter of 10 mm. And the deflection received by the shaft is 5.16854 x10-5 m or 0.0516854 mm

Abstract

The increasing number of positive Covid-19 in Indonesia is still there. West Java Province itself is still in the category of contributing the most Covid-19 patients in Indonesia, one of the areas that contributes the most patients is Karawang Regency. The government's effort to reduce the positive number of Covid-19 is to provide immediate vaccination to all Indonesian people. To accelerate the distribution of vaccinations to the community, the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) created a family-based vaccination program. The pilot area for this program is Karawang Regency, BKKBN is working with the Karawang Regency Population Control and Family Planning Agency (DPPKB) to help realize the family vaccination program. The PPKB Office itself involved midwives in each sub-district for this program. With the family vaccination program, the participation of people who want to be vaccinated is increasing rapidly, and this is very helpful for the Karawang Regency Government to accelerate the distribution of vaccinations evenly in Karawang Regency

Abstract

Ergonomics is an important thing that must be considered in the world of work, because it can affect the health and productivity of a worker. Work physiology is a branch of ergonomics that focuses on measuring the energy expended or energy consumed by humans. UKM Makaroni dan Kerupuk DO'A IBU is a business that was established in 2003 by producing various kinds of macaroni and crackers. Production activities in this business start from the frying section to the packaging, which is done manually and continuously. Research conducted at the UKM Makaroni dan Kerupuk DO'A IBU aims to reduce the physical workload by classifying the categories of physical workload, and calculating energy consumption. The method used is 10 beats, energy consumption, and CVL. The measurement of energy consumption is 7.08 kcal/minute (moderate work), while in the packaging section it is 4.14 kcal/minute (light work). The CVL measurement yields a value of 43.6% (needs improvement), while in the packaging section it is 17.5% (no fatigue) so there is no need for improvement

Abstract

Project implementation often occurs delays from the initial plan when the project plan is completed due to several factors. This problem also occurs in the construction of an apartment building and a mall which is being implemented by PT. Duta Bangun Sentosa which went slower than planned. To return the project's progress to the original plan, an effort to accelerate the duration of the project using the Critical Path Methode, this method is needed to find out the optimal critical path, time, and cost in the Lampung City Apartment Bay semi-basement project. This research uses direct observation to the project site to obtain data on work duration and costs. The results of the critical path in the Bay Mall and Lampung City Apartment semibasement project obtained the critical path for work A(1)→B(1)→C(2)→F(5)→I(5)→L(5)→ P(5)→Q(1)→R(1) with a total of 26 weeks of work at a cost of Rp. 3,732,000,000 (three billion seven hundred and thirty-two million rupiah). This result is an acceleration of the project from the initial plan of 32 weeks. Although it costs quite a lot, this project can reduce the duration of work to achieve the project target

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the type of dominant defect that occurs in one of the Cover 655B products, knowing the factors that cause the product to occur in the product, and provide proposed improvements on how to improve the quality of Cover 655B products that currently still occur frequently in the span of three months, namely in November 2021 to January 2022. The problem approach contained in this study is to use the Pareto Diagram tool, as well as data processing and proposed improvements using the Failure Mode and Analysis (FMEA) method. Priority improvement based on the largest Risk Priority Number (RPN) value is in the engine parameter setting activity is not in accordance with the standard setting, and the mold cooling system does not work properly with an RPN value of 27, the proposed improvement is that the operator must often check the engine setting parameters with actual parameter setting conditions, and the operator must also ssering Check flow in-out cooling system, and check the part or mold in the production process

Abstract

The existence of Usaha Mikro dan Kecil Menengah (UMKM) is very important in the economy of a country. UMKM in Indonesia contributed to the formation of GDP by 61.1%. Tim’s Kuliner is a micro-enterprise located in Sigentong village, Kedungbanteng district, Tegal regency. UMKM engaged in the culinary field have been running for many years. By using financial feasibility analysis, this study aims to determine whether or not the business of Tim’s Kuliner is feasible to run. In addition, the business model canvas is used to model the concepts and operational activities of the MSMEs. The NPV value > 0, the IRR > MARR, the Payback Period value is 1 year 1 month and the Profitability Index value is 3.35. So the business activities of Tim’s Kuliner are feasible to run.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the inventory of raw materials at PT Otscon Safety Indonesia (OSIN). This research is a quantitative descriptive using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Re Order Point (ROP) methods. The data in this study are in the form of historical raw material needs and costs related to raw materials in 2021. The data is obtained from company reports. The results obtained are known that the EOQ method has more optimal and economical results compared to current company policies. Economical raw material order size for PT. Otscon Safety Indonesia using the EOQ method, which is a total of 205,059 items with an order frequency of 6 times in one year, the total inventory cost to be issued is Rp. 6,499,671, compared to implementing the company's current policy which requires a total inventory cost of Rp. IDR 6,499,671.
