Abstract

Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) is one of the spine in national development. There is still have credit problem being an dilemmatic things for bank, in one side want to help the weak society who need modal for their business, in the other side the bank expects a profit from the credit activity for to finance the sustainably BPR Nusamba in Tegal District. Therefore, do the factors analysis which influence credit development levels. The aims of this research are 1) to know about the influence of business characteristic to credit repayment level; 2) to know the influence of credit characteristic to credit repayment level; 4) to know the influence of guarantee required to credit repayment level; 5) to know the influence personal characteristic, business characteristic, credit characteristic, and guarantee simultaneously to credit repayment level. Respondent of this research are from 100 people. The respondent are the customer of BPR NusambaAdiwernaTegal District in 2016 and sample take by using accidental random sampling technique. Result of this research prove that the age is doesn’t influence the fluencyof repayment, education level influential in significant to repayment level, the number of dependents doesn’t influence to credit repayment level. The other result prove that the business profit significantly influence to credit repayment level, the period of business doesn’t influence to credit repayment level, business asset doesn’t significantly influence to credit repayment level. From this research can be find that the loan frequency doesn’t significantly influence to credit repayment level, the other credit doesn’t significantly influence to credit repayment level , obligation per month significantly influence to credit repayment level, and guarantee level is significantly influence to credit repayment level. Therefore, this research also prove that personal characteristic, business characteristic, credit characteristic, and guarantee simultaneously are significantly influence to credit repayment level. Abstract

The aims of this research are 1) describe the competition, communication, organization culture, satisfaction, and employee performance; 2) analyze the influence of competition, communication, and organization culture to employee satisfaction; 3) analyze the influence of competition, communication, and organization culture to employee performance; 4) analyze the influence of satisfaction to employee performance; 5) analyze the influence of competition, communication, and organization culture to performance through employee satisfaction. This research develop the research model and four hypothesis to answer the problem of research. Respondent on this research consist of 102 people. The respondent are from all of employees in the revenue office and financial management of Brebes District. This research using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which doing through AMOS 190 as the instrument for analysis. Result of the research show that the employee have high competition, high communication, high satisfaction level, high performance level. It can be show from index average of employee performance variable that is in the level 75,98%. Competition, communication, and organization culture significantly influence to employee satisfaction on the revenue office and financial management of Brebes District. Competition, communication, and organization culture significantly influence to employee performance. Employee satisfaction significantly influence to employee performance on the revenue office and financial management of Brebes District. Competition, communication, and organization culture significantly influence to performance through employee satisfaction on the revenue office and financial management of Brebes District. Abstract

The aims of this research is to know the influence of independent variables (leadership, organization culture, and income out of salary) to dependent variables (job satisfaction and motivation). This research is doing using quantitative approach. Data of this research are response from 5 Likert Scale. On the income out of salary provide the opened questioners. Population on this research are employees on Meteorological Agency of Central Java consist of 6 Meteorological Agency that are Semarang area, Pati area, Tegal area, Banyumas area, Surakarta area, and Magelang area. Population consist of 160 employees on Meteorological Agency of Central Java take 114 sample by random technique and the proportion of 6 Meteorological Agency in Central Java area with refer to sampling technique of Slavin formula. This way done so that employees in Meteorological Agency in each territory can have the same chance to be a respondent. Therefore, all of proportional samples based on the number of employees in Meteorological Agency of each territory. Data analysis using regression technique to know the beta coefficient of regression as the method of calculating the analysis. Result of the research, 1) leadership doesn’t significantly influence to motivation, and have indirect influence to motivation through job satisfaction; 2) organization culture doesn’t significantly influence to motivation; and have significant to motivation indirectly through satisfaction work; 3) income out of salary significantly influence to motivation either directly or indirectly; 4) job satisfaction significantly influence to the motivation; 5) leadership significantly influence to job satisfaction; 6) organization culture significantly influence to the job satisfaction; and 7) income out of salary significantly influence to job satisfaction. Suggestion for this research are: 1) to headmaster of meteorological agency of Central Java must implemented the leadership style and forming the organization culture which oriented on job motivation; not only oriented on job satisfaction; and 2) to the next researcher must doing the research using qualitative about the leadership, organization culture, job satisfaction factors, and motivation factors of employees in Meteorological Agency of Central Java. Abstract

The purpose of this research to 1 ) analyze the influence of motivation of the performance of officers from Tegal city 2 ) analyze the influence of discipline work on performance officers from Tegal city 3 ) analyze the influence of motivation and discipline work on performance officers from Tegal .Respondents in this research as many as 84 people .These respondents is officers from tegal city .The necessary data collected to technique the questionnaire , literature study , observation and interview .Data analysis used in this research was descriptive analysis , test the assumption classical , regression analysis multiple , the testing of hypotheses and analysis the coefficients determination .The research can be concluded that is the positive and significant motivation to the performance of officers from tegal city . This is evidenced from the test hypothesis in partial obtained value significance of 0,011 which is smaller than 0.05 .The results of research suggests that is the positive and significant discipline work of the performance of the officers from tegal city .This is evidenced from the test hypothesis in partial obtained value significance of 0,000 which is smaller than 0.05 .The results of research suggests that is the positive and significant of the incentives and discipline work together to the performance of officers from tegal city .This is evidenced from the test hypothesis simultaneously obtained value significance ( test anova f ) of 0,000 which is smaller than 0.05 . Abstract

To realize vision and mission of Dishubkominfo Banyumas District one of them are to increase public services in traffic and public transportation. So, Dishubkominfo Banyumas District continues to work to improve the quality of to empower all of the employee so that it will have strong performance and can work with optimally, effective, and efficient. The aims of the research are 1) to describe skills, knowledge, concept of self and values, personal characteristic, organization, commitment, and performance; 2) to describe the influence of skill, knowledge, concept of self and values, and personal characteristic to organization commitment; 3) describe the influence of skills, knowledge, concept of self and values, and personal characteristic to performance; 4) describe the influence of organization commitment to employees performance; 5) describe the influence of skill, knowledge, concept of self and values, and personal characteristic to employees performance through organization commitment. Respondent of this research are 100 people. The respondent are the employees of Dishubkominfo Banyumas District. This research using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which do by AMOS 4.00 as the instrument of analysis. The result of this research prove that fourth coefficient can be conclude that variable concept of self and values more influence to variable organization commitment, compared with skill variable, knowledge variable, and personal characteristic variable. It can be prove with significantly value of p-value is very small (0,001), so the hypothesis which said there is an influence between variable of skill, knowledge, concept of self and values, personal to variable of organization commitment is attested. From that coefficient it can be conclude that concept of self and values variables is more influence to performance variable compared with the other variable.it can be prove with significantly value of p-value on table column O on output program Amos Ver 19, so the p-values is very small (0,001). Therefore, the hypothesis which said there is an influence between variable of skill, knowledge, concept of self and values, and personal characteristic to performance variable on DishubkominfoBanyumas District is attested. Significantly values of p-value on table column P and the output of Amos Program Ver 19, so the p-value is very small (<0,001), so the hypothesis which said there is an influence between organization commitment to performance of Dishubkominfo Banyumas District is attested. Significantly values of p-value on table column O on output program of Amos Ver 19 which means the value of p-value is very small (<0,001), so the hypothesis which said there is an influence between skill, knowledge, concept of self and values, and personal characteristic to performance through organization commitment on Dishubkominfo Banyumas District is attested.  Keywords: skill, knowledge, concept of self and values, personal characteristic, performance, organization commitment.

Abstract

Employee Performance is one of factors as the determiner to improve the quality of students. Thus, employee performance should get the attention and support seriously from any sides, especially from component of human resources institution. The expectation is it will improve the motivation of employee that impact on the result of the students’ achievement. The goals of the research are (1) to desrcibe the leadership, job satisfaction, motivation and employee performance, (2) to know the influnces of leadership and job satisfaction toward employee motivation, (3) to know the influences of leadership and job satisfaction toward employee performance, (4) to know the influences of motivation toward employee performance, (5) to know the influnces of leadership and job satisfaction toward performance through employee motivation. The participants in this research are 37 people. These participants are the employee of LKP Lestari Komputer Slawi. The data is analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 18.00 as analysis tool. The results of Standardized Regression Coefficient were shown that the leadership and job satisfaction has influenced significantly on the employee motivation (0,27), job satisfaction toward employee satisfaction (0,55), leadership toward employee performance (0,41), job satisfaction toward employee performance (1,00). The results of p-value were also shown that motivation has influenced toward employee performance (<0,001). Keywords : leadership, satisfactory, motivation, and performance

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of variable Non Performing Financing (NPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and ROA to profitability PT. Bank Victoria Syariah as measured by Return on Assets (ROA). Data used in the study was obtained from the Quarterly Financial Report 2011-2016 period issued by PT. Bank Victoria Syariah. The total sample of 21 with the technique of multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t-test and F test with a significance level of 5%, which preceded the classical assumption. The results showed the dependent variable profitability (ROA) of 94.7% can be explained by variations in four independent variables (NPF, CAR, FDR and ROA) .In partial NPF and ROA significant negative effect on ROA, CAR significant positive effect on ROA, and FDR was not significant positive effect on ROA. Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1) to describe leadership, personality, age, education, motivation and the employee performance 2) to know the influence of leadership, personality, age, and education motivation employees to 3) to know the influence of leadership, personality, age, and education against the employee performance 4) to know the motivation to performance employees and 5) to know the influence of leadership, personality, age, and education on performance through motivation. Respondents in this study by the 107. These respondents are civil of technical execution Bina Marga Region Tegal. The methods of this research use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) who run through AMOS as a means of the analysis. Is the between leadership, personality, age and education for employees at the motivation bina marga the tegal. This is evidenced of the value of the terstandar regression (beta) leadership motivation to obtain value of 0,11, to obtain personality motivation value of 0,32, my motivation to obtain value of -0,19 and education motivation to obtain value of 0,23 and more tender testing obtained value p-value very small (< 0,001). There are relations between leadership, personality, age and education of the performance of employees in city bina marga areas tegal. This is evidenced of the value of the regression coefficient terstandar (beta) leadership of the performance of have value of 0,06, personality of the performance of have value of 0,48, age of the performance of get value 0.01 and education on performance have value of 0.09 and from the testing obtained value pvalue very small (< 0,001). the incentives on performance in city bina marga areas tegal. This is evidenced of the value of the regression coefficient terstandar (beta) motivation on performance have value of 0,36 and from the testing obtained value pvalue very small (& lt; 0,001). Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyse the factor that will influence the selection of accounting student in a public accounting career and non a public accounting career. Factor that’s influence the career choice become public accounting variabels financial rewards, professional training, social value, work environment, labor market considerations and personality. The primary data in this study were obtained by performing the university Mercu Buana Yogyakarta Campus 2 accounting student discourse with a total sample of 69 students. Analysis tools used in this study in logistic regression. The resuld showed that simultaneous variable financial rewards, professional training, social value and personality significantly influence career choice public accountants. While work environment and labor market consideration not significan influence career choice public accountants.
