Abstract

The study is done to test the influence of style leadership, culture organiasasi and motivation work to work performance employees in an institution pemasyarakatan (lapas) a class IIB tegal. Population in research are always 50 people employees lapas kelas iib tegal. Research sample areas in a slovin, then set the sample as many as 44 were employees lapas class IIB tegal. The approach that was used in pene; litian this is the quantitative approach, data is collected through chief the questionnaire research that have been filled by respondents.A method of data analysis used is the method linear regression multiple, with data processing using sofware spss 20.0. The result of this research with this f simultaneous shows that style leadership, culture organization and motivation work together have had a positive impact and significantly to work performance employees. While with this t partial shows that style leadership, culture organization and motivation work haphazardly (partial) have had a positive impact and significantly to work performance employees. Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1) for described leadership, motivation, competence, satisfaction and performance of teachers 2) to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and competence to satisfaction teachers 3) to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and competence of the performance of teachers 4) to analyze the influence of satisfaction with performance of teachers 5) to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and competence of the performance of through satisfaction teachers. Respondents in this research as many as 38 people. These respondents teachers are smk muhammadiyah bulakamba brebes. This research using structural equation modeling (shem) run through amos 19 as a means of the analysis. The results of the analysis data prove that leadership, motivation, and competence influential in significant impact on satisfaction teachers as evidenced of the value of the regression coefficient terstandar (beta) as much as 0,56, motivation work against satisfaction work teachers have value of 0.24 and competence to satisfaction work teachers get value 0.19. Leadership, motivation, and competence influential in significant impact on performance of teachers who evidenced of the value of the regression coefficient terstandar (beta) leadership of the performance of teachers get value 0.12, motivation work of the performance of teachers get value by 0.39 and competence of the performance of teachers have value of 0,46. Satisfaction influential significantly of the performance of teachers. This is evidenced from the p-value very small (<0,001). Leadership, motivation, and competence influential significantly on performance through satisfaction teachers as evidenced from the p-value sanggat small ( <0,00 ). Abstract

The study is done to analyze influence in partial and simultaneous between variables health services and penyenggaraan food to the level of consciousness healthy life residents under the jurisdiction of corrective services in a correctional institution class IIB slawi. Methods used is the method quantitative descriptive, by using 162 respondents. An instrument used is the questionnaire covered with a scale likert that has been tested validity and reliability, test results show the questionnaire valid and reliable/reliabel. The testing of hypotheses carried out using of linear equations multiple. The research results show that: and in partial: (1) health services berperngaruh positive on awareness healthy life; (2) the convention food have had a positive impact on awareness healthy life, (3) simultaneously shows that health services and the implementation of food have had a positive impact on awareness healthy life for prisoners in lapas class IIB slawi Password: health services, the food, awareness healthy life.

Abstract

This study attempts to mendiskripsikan management character education at the university of pancasakti tegal. This research adopting descriptive-qualitative namely research that only describes the phenomena of subject research in they are, by exposure to the results of the study qualitatively. Informants as a source of data were chosen purposively, that is set in the a person who is regarded know a lot about problems the treatment. This informant covering officials, lecturers teaching MPK, and students in a limited number of. The result of research give a description, that in oops tegal character education carried out by of several units of institutions, among others. (1) management unit matakuliah develop the character of (MPK), (2) units for student activities, (3) a unit spirituality. Concluded that third implementation unit character education has yet to walk by satisfactory. The findings from the field indicated distortion, deficiency, obstacles and overlapping management in character education. MPK can’t run optimal, both in terms of management, lecturers, management learning, and evaluation. Activities kemahasiswaan had a role good for participants , honey do not all students come in it , unit spirituality is not widely known and interested in. The implications of the result of this research is character education in oops will participate and function optimally, when university pancasakti tegal could compatibly combine three implementation unit character education so the all parties concerned can optimize the role of each others. Abstract

RSUD Kardinah Kota Tegal in December, 2008 has been designated as Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD), then since January 2009 has done changes management finances, with the financial management apply system that is called “Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah” (PPK – BLUD). This study aimed to analyze the diffrerences in financial performance RSUD Kardinah based on (1) the ratio of the vulnerability, the aspects of return of assets, return on equity, gross profit margin and net profit margin. (2) liquidity ratios include aspects of current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio (3) solvency ratios include aspects of debt ratios, debt to equity ratio and times interest earned ratio, and (4) the ratio of activity includes aspects of accounts receivable turn over, inventory turn over, fixed assets and total assets turn over before and after implementing PPK-BLUD. This study classified quantative descriptive research the type of data used is secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of RSUD Kardinah, the period before implementing ppk – blud (2002 – 2008) and after implementing ppk – blud (2009 – 2015). The analytical method used is a diferrent test to test the hypothesis using wilcoxon test with an error rate (alpha) of 5%. The result of this study conclude, there are no significant differences in financial performance based suspectible ratio, liquidity ratio and activity ratio on RSUD Kardinah before and after implementing of PPK-BLUD. There are significant differences in the aspect ratio of the activity inventory turn over snd fixed assets turn over before and after implementing of PPK – BLUD. The implementation of the PPK – BLUD in hospitals Kardinah not give any significant changes to be seen from the ratio financial ratio, but there is an increase in the trend sharp against the income operations hospital after the implementation of PPK – BLUD. Abstract

The success of an organization in achieving its objectives, cannot be separated from the human resources factor. This is because human resources is a key factor to mobilize other resources that exist within an institution. To realize these goals can be achieved by improving the performance of human resources with the many factors that influence it. The purpose of this research is; 1) to analyze empirically significant influence Work Environment, Supervision, Competency, Motivation, Employee Compensation Dishubkominfo to Tegal. 2) To analyze empirically significant influence Work Environment, supervision, competence, motivation, the employee's performance Dishubkominfo Tegal. 3) To determine empirically significant influence as an intervening variable compensation to employee performance Dishubkominfo Tegal. This type of research is explanatory research (explanation) using a quantitative approach. The location of this research is Dishubkominfo Office of Tegal. With the object of study include: 1) Work Environment, 2) Supervision, 3) Competence,               4) Motivation, 5) Performance and Compensation office clerk Dishubkominfo Tegal. Office workers Dishubkominfo population numbered 204 people with various strata covering court clerks, staff and leaders in the ranks Dishubkominfo Office Tegal as the sample is equal to 135 Employees who are civil servants and non-civil servants. The results showed that: 1) Work Environment, competence significantly influence employee compensation Dishubkominfo Tegal is proven. 2) Monitoring Motivation significantly influence employee compensation Dishubkominfo Tegal is not proven. 3) Working Environment Monitoring significant effect on employee performance Dishubkominfo Tegal is proven. 4) Competence Motivation significant effect on employee performance Dishubkominfo Tegal is proven. 5) Compensation as an intervening variable is a significant positive influence between work environment, supervision, competence and motivation to employee performance Dishubkominfo Tegal is proven. Abstract

This research is called the influence of the quality of services and performance employees to of community satisfaction his people residents under the jurisdiction of correctional in a correctional institution class IIB slawi. Based on a title in on the research aims to understand: 1. Know the influence of the quality of service for of community satisfaction his people residents under the jurisdiction of correctional in a correctional institution class iib slawi. 2. Know the influence of the quality of services and performance employees to of community satisfaction his people residents under the jurisdiction of correctional in a correctional institution class IIB slawi. Research methodology used in this research is the method observation, interview, the questionnaire, and study literature, technique the sample non probability of sampling by using scale likert and methods the determination of sample used is convenience / accidental sampling as many as 171 sample.The method of analysis the data used is the method linear regression multiple ( multi linear regression ).The results of the study in partial shows that 1). Abstract

The purpose of this reseach is the influence supervision and sertification to the work of motivation and to teacher’s performance of vocational high school in adiwerna subdistrict Tegal regency. This research uses descriptive method. The supervition effect (X1), sertification (X2) as independent variable and work motivation (Y1), teacher’s performance (Y2) as dependent variable. The technique of sampling uses proportional random sampling with number of population 211 people and for sample 68 people. Abstract

The purpose of this study were 1) to describe the motivation, discipline, work environment, satisfaction and performance 2) to analyze the influence of motivation, discipline, work environment to the satisfaction 3) to analyze the influence of motivation, discipline, work environment on employee performance 4) for analyze the influence of satisfaction on the performance of employee 5) to analyze the influence of motivation, discipline, work environment to performance through employee satisfaction. Respondents in this study as many as 99 people. The respondents are the employees of clinic balapulang. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was run through AMOS 4.00 as a tool of analysis. The results of data analysis proves motivation, discipline, work environment, significantly influence satisfaction as evidenced from the value of standardized regression coefficients (beta) of 0.01, discipline on job satisfaction to get a value of 0.81 and work environment to job satisfaction of obtained a value of 0.29. motivation, discipline and work environment significantly influence the performance of employees as evidenced from the value of standardized regression coefficients (beta) leadership on teacher performance gain value of 0.20, discipline on employees performance gain value of 1,32 and work environment on employees performance gain value of 0.62. Satisfaction significantly influence the performance of employees. This is evidenced from the p-value is very small (<0.001). Motivation, discipline, and work environment significantly influence performance through employees satisfaction as evidenced from the results sanggat pvalue small (<0.001). Abstract

This research has objective to described political development in indonesia and the process of the  funding for. Renewing and innovation is part of identity the nation to escape from dependence and interfering the hands of the people alien to independence .Human development completely, good born and inner, performed with balanced , so that the state of having strength in face the challenges , obstacles, and disorders coming from outside. By a mood of safe, the government can do development by baik.namun, still there is a shortage of and the advantage, during which time, development is centered in java, so that the economic growth also centralized in Java Island. A prosperity and welfare will be fulfilled when every citizen indonesia participated in development, so that changes the pattern and lifestyle that so far disadvantaged and can see positive change from the development.
