Abstract

The object of research is PO. Pisang Suseno Bandar Lampung Chips located at Jalan Ikan kakap No. 78 Teluk Betung. PO. The problem studied was to find out the influence of financial and marketing factors on business feasibility of PO. Suseno Banana Chips in Bandar Lampung because of the business feasibility of PO. Suseno Banana Chips in Bandar Lampung business feasibility PO. Suseno Banana Chips in Bandar Lampung are declining. The research method used in this study is library research carried out by reading and studying books, scientific works and other library support related to this research and field research conducted by examining directly on PO. Suseno chips in Bandar Lampung through interview methods and questionnaires related to financial and marketing factors to the business feasibility of Suseno Keripik in Bandar Lampung. The results showed that the influence of financial and marketing factors on business feasibility of PO. Suseno Chips in Bandar Lampung, Based on calculations and research results from several financial feasibility criteria, it can be seen that the Net Present Value (NPV) is 226,745,626 and the Profitability Index (PI) is 1.87, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 40.47% and Payback period (PP) for 2 years 23 days. This business should be developed in the direction of a larger processing industry given the products of PO chips. Suseno is a product that is quite popular with the community and this business can be used as an example by various parties who want to pursue similar businesses.

Abstract

In conducting activities, many found workers who did not use personal protective equipment, do not pay attention to safety in work and work done like without procedure. PT. Budi Dwiyasa Perkasais a plantation company palm oil. Based on accident data obtained work, there are 14 case of accident in April until June 2016 in PT. Budi Dwiyasa Perkasa. A major factor cause of the accident is unsafe actions and unsafe conditions. Hazard analysis needs to be done in order to prevent the accident of work. Hazard identification done with using the risk assessment method. This analysis of the technique used to determine the level of the risk of a job is a combination of between the possibility of the harms caused by the severity of the caused. The result of hazard identification with this method is used in a kind of work to have a high risk level and need to address special in order to prevent the accident. Abstract

Planning until controlling process during construction work are important activity of a project. Success or failing of the project caused by not maximal planning and insufficiently effective controlling, so that the project activity is inefficient. As the consequences of these impacts suffered project delay, decreasing of quality, and increasing performing cost. Project management working time drew the line by given schedule, so the manager of project shall get to anticipate condition changing. CPM and PERT methods can be used to manage the time of project completion more efficiently and effectively. To be able to reduce the impact of delays and swelling of project costs, a crashing process can be proposed with additional working hours. Duration acceleration is carried out on the work that is on the critical path because the work on the critical path does not have a delay time. With the addition of working hours besides being able to shorten the completion time, it also results in additional operational costs. Keywords : Project management, CPM and PERT method.

Abstract

Hanakau Village, Sukau District, West Lampung Regency is a village where most people depend on agriculture for their livelihoods. The main commodities grown in Hanakau Village are carrots, cabbage, sweet potatoes, and other types of vegetables such as mustard greens, tomatoes, peanuts, beans and chillies. Farmers there need chemical fertilizers, manure or animal dung in large quantities to fertilize the growth of vegetable crops. The use of chemical fertilizers in the village of Hanakau on agricultural land has continuously had a negative impact on the soil and the environment. Animals that are kept and used for manure in Hanakau Village are goats and rabbits. Rabbit urine has the highest nitrogen content compared to manure and urine of other livestock such as horses, buffaloes, cows, and sheep, because it is customary to never drink water and only consume green leaves and carrots. This study aims to see how far the difference between carrots and what are the economic benefits of using organic fertilizer (rabbit urine) and inorganic fertilizer (NPK Mutiara). The parameters observed in this study were plant height, number of leaf segments, measuring the diameter of the base of carrot tubers ready for harvest at 3 months. And the analysis used is to see an overview of the components of costs incurred and the benefits to be gained. The conclusion obtained is the growth of carrot plants using rabbit urine organic fertilizer and non-organic NPK Mutiara is not too significant difference. But there is a significant difference in net income for rabbit urine. The use of rabbit urine organic fertilizer is more profitable in terms of lower production costs (IDR 70,000) and higher income (IDR 130,000) compared to inorganic fertilizers (NPK Mutiara) Keywords: Organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, rabbit urine, NPK Mutiara, carrot

Abstract

Along with the development of technology in this case increasingly rapid information technology, then motivated PT. Batik Danarhadi Surakarta to organize good management of the course of company activities, by applying computer applications. Due to this time the system used is still manual, especially in the financial section so in making reports on payroll reports in the financial section is very slow. On the other hand the leadership also had difficulty in checking and accessing the payroll report. So this study discusses issues in particular regarding the employee payroll system at PT. Batik Danarhadi Surakarta. The purpose of the preparation of this final project can be expected to produce systems and applications that can be used to assist the finance department in handling employee payroll issues, so as to produce up to date information, while also making it easier for leaders to conduct checks and audits. The new system that will be made at PT. Batik Danarhadi Surakarta is a computerized employee payroll system, where this new system of database models used in the employee payroll application program is Database Access (*. Mdb) and the programming language used is Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. In making this system using system design tools, namely: Document Flow Chart, Data Flow Diagrams (DAD), Input-Output Design, Database Design, Technology Design, Database Table Relations. The employee payroll application model that will be made consists of several processes including process data input, employee data input, attendance and overtime transactions, employee loan transactions, employee payroll transactions, job data reports, employee data reports, attendance and overtime reports, reports employee loans and employee payroll reports. Abstract

This study aims to determine and identify the causes of defects in the production process of PT. Triteguh Manunggal Sejati and know the level of sigma level. This research uses the six sigma method with the DMAIC approach as a quality control tool, which includes the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control stages. Based on this study the results obtained are the level of sigma level at PT.Triteguh Manunggal Sejati is 4.96, which means that in the stage of sigma level the company has not reached the level of six sigma levels because in the production process at PT.Triteguh Manunggal Sejati still has product defects in the production process not yet achieved zero defect. The causes of product defects are based on cause and effect diagrams namely lid / seal defects are leaky lid, broken lid, and tilted lid. Abstract

In each project activity management are usually applied that focus on aspects of planning, implementation, and supervision. So that project activities can run smoothly and finish well, there needs to be a plan and control, not only in managerial aspects but also in the engineering structure. Companies engaged in project contracting services can be said to be successful if they can use their time and project costs efficiently and effectively, so that every project confronted can be completed in a timely manner and in accordance with what was planned. In the dock construction project in this study requires a workforce of 24608 hours. And by using Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for material procurement, a schedule or order plan can be produced from the material that arrives on time that has been determined so that project implementation can proceed smoothly according to plan. Abstract

To overcome the problem of the limited supply of process water because of its dependence on groundwater due to reducing its discharge, stricting provision of government permits in the depthening of bore wells and increasing the cost of retribution for extracting groundwater, an experimental investigation was conducted to explore the possibility of recycling waste water from the preparation textile process namely Relaxing-Desizing-Scouring (simultaneous), in order to be reused as water for similar process and moreover for dyeing process possibility. The method was coagulation-floculation with Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) with concentration variation of PAC 0.5; 0.7; 0.9; 1.1; 1.3; 1.5 (g/l) analyzed, in condition pH 8 where larger floc size is produced at pH 7-9 (Taki Chemical Co.LTD, 1992), and continuing with testing COD, BOD, pH, total hardness, total suspended solid (TSS), chloride levels, and turbidity. In this study, the optimum PAC concentration was obtained, which was 1.3 g / l to meet the requirement. The further process was conducted both Relaxing-Desizing-Scouring (simultaneous) and dyeing by using water after treatment, before treatment and waterground from factory to be compared their results. And to determine the success of the water treatment, tests for weight reduction, white degrees and color differences were carried out. Abstract

The JBMS Food is one of the micro, small and medium enterprises engaged in the processing of various snacks. Behavior of workers or employees at UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) still lacks support in progress. Where the work culture of employees who cannot return and rearrange the equipment that has been used in accordance with their original existence makes one of the inhibiting factors in the smooth work. The method used is to use the basic approach of the 5S concept (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke). This research aims to improve a better work environment as an effort to increase productivity through the implementation of the 5S program. The evaluation value of the 5S program in the production area at the JBMS FOOD before the application of the 5S program has attainment of 42.5%, while the evaluation value of the 5S program after improvement is 82.5%. Before implementing 5S, the workforce was able to produce 10 kg / 120 minutes of chips, while 5S was implemented and the work method was improved, it proved that the workforce was able to produce 12 kg / 120 minutes of chips. So that there is an increase in productivity of 20% from before 5S implementation. Keywords: Implementation, 5S, Productivity, UMKM

Abstract

The object of this research is PT. Axa Life Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch. The new slogan used by PT. Axa Life Indonesia "redifining / standards" reflects the desire to be the brand chosen by the public. To understand that people's choices are closely related to their trust in the insurance and financial services industry. The problem under study is wanting to know the effect of market segmentation on the sales volume of PT. Axa Life Indonesia Lampung Branch due to declining sales volume. The research method used in this study is library research and field research conducted by directly examining PT. Axa Life Indonesia Lampung Branch. The results showed that the effect of market segmentation on the sales volume of PT. Axa Life Indonesia Lampung Branch there is a high closeness relationship between the implementation of behavior segmentation with the sales volume of PT. Axa Life Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch. This is based on the results of calculations through the Kendall Concordation test (W), it is known that there is a high closeness relationship between the implementation of behavior segmentation with the sales volume of PT. Axa Life Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch. Significant test obtained by calculating X2 value of 162.8 by using critical prices of X2 as a reference, at various levels of alpha can be seen X2 count> X2 table. This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so it is proven that there is a high closeness relationship between the implementation of behavior segmentation with the sales volume of PT. Axa Life Indonesia Bandar Lampung Branch. In behavior segmentation, it can be seen a qualitative analysis of grouping of buyers based on the expected variables of benefits, price sensitivity, loyalty, and knowledge.
