Abstract

This study using the object research is breeder chicken egg layer Surajiman, Tanjung Bintang. The effort farms chicken egg layer Surajiman, Tanjung Bintang. Was founded by Mr. Surajiman in 2016 in the Village Serdang IIIA, Tanjung Bintang. This is built on a farm land with a land area of 200 m2, with the number of cattle chicken as much as 600 tail. In this study data taken still 600 tail. In doing this business Mr. Surajiman still managed myself because the number of chicken in pet still relative a little. If a farm knowing stages where at first chicken only number 600 tail. On the life-cycle of certain before the production of the egg declined, then it can be added to the become more, in addition should also divide the chicken in some period of the age of chicken in order to maintain the cycle of the age of chicken so can improve the quality of the egg results his production. With knowing the cycle of chicken, it will make a farm become more advanced in the production of peck at her eggs and increased profits that in the future. Abstract

Along with the emergence of competitors, shoe industry companies continue to strive to produce the best products for consumers. One effort that can be made by the company is to reduce the number of product failures by choosing the quality of raw material for shoe leather. Manufacturing companies are accustomed to improving the quality and reliability of products, and the process through preventing failure of quality shoes production is a priority of a company engaged in the leather shoes industry. The main priority for shoe industry companies is to pay attention to the raw material of shoes from snake skin, the size of snake skin, the physicality of snake skin and the color of snake skin used in the production process. In this determination the method of Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), which method is one method that can be used for the problem of Fu zzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (Fuzzy MADM). The Fuzyy SAW method is applied to maximize the decisions that will be taken, several supporting criteria, the weight for each criterion is also given after it is determined the normalization value from the calculation of the criteria is divided by the maximum value of each criterion and then calculated to determine the alternative ranking value to determine the skin type which snake is the best. Abstract

The research method used is P-Chart method, with diagram of upper and lower control chart, check sheet, pareto diagram, and cause and effect diagram. The result of analysis using Pareto Diagram can be seen that from 199,880 kg or 0.6097% defective product, it is dominant defect 0.4282% in Size, 0.0981% in Floating, 0.0633% in Moisture, 0.0150% in Belang, and Others 0.0051%. Occurrence of fish feeds product defect caused by material factors, machine, methods, and man. Based on these factors that affect the quality of fish feeds are lack of training and lack of skill, exhaustion and negligence, lack of socialization of SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and techniques in improper mixing, poor quality materials and material storage is too long , decreased machine productivity and lack of maintenance or maintenance of machinery. Application of quality control of fish feed production process at PT Central Pertiwi Bahari has been running well, this is proved by the percentage of major defect that does not exceed the maximum standards specified by the company. Abstract

The race chicken eggs are one of the commodities that have an important role in supporting the availability of animal protein for the community. The average price of egg is unstable, the length of the supply chain affects the price until to the final consumer. The research with the title of Supply Chain Analysis and Cost of Goods Sold of chicken egg at Way Halim market Bandar Lampung, it has problems : (1). How the supply chain of chicken egg at Way Halim market in Bandar Lampung, (2). How much the Cost of Goods Sold of chicken egg at Way Halim market in Bandar Lampung. This study aims (1). To know the supply chain of chicken egg at Way Halim market in Bandar Lampung, (2) to know how much the Cost of Goods Sold of chicken egg at Way Halim market in Bandar Lampung. The determination of location is selected purposively, that is at Way Halim market in Bandar Lampung. And the sample determination is taken by random sampling method to determine the sample of supply chain players where research respondents are the players who involve in the supply chain activity of chicken egg at Way Halim market in Bandar Lampung. And the data collection was conducted during early March 2018 with the results of the research are (1).The Chain of chicken egg supply that occurs in Way Halim Bandar Lampung market is relatively short, that is from chicken egg breeder supplier to agent, to trader and trader to end consumer. (2).The amount of profit earned by depends also on the price set by Pinsar (Association of People's Poultry Insan). Abstract

PT Vivo Lampung Indonesia is one of the distributors Vivo smartphone in Lampung, targeting local industrial market as a potential market targets. The analysis method used in this research is analysis of IFAS and EFAS matrix, IE matrix, and SWOT matrix. Based on the results of research and data analysis conducted it can be seen that the SWOT matrix analysis resulted in some alternative strategies, among others, to maintain and improve product quality as well as extensive distribution network to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, improve technology and communication development on smartphone, establish cooperation with potential distributor agent to increase market share , increase the number of smartphone production in accordance with consumer demand, develop a broad market share to enhance consumer brand image, develop product innovation with appropriate selling value, increase consumer confidence in Vivo brand, develop the competitive strategy, also improve and develop maintain the undertaken promotional strategy. Abstract

The object of this research is Giant Supermarket (PT Hero Supermarket Tbk) in Bandar Lampung. Giant is one of the largest retail networks in Indonesia. The problem studied was to find out the effect of marketing strategies on consumer loyalty at Giant Supermarket (PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk) in Bandar Lampung because of consumer loyalty at the Giant Supermarket (PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk) which declined. The research method used in this study is library research and field research conducted by directly examining Giant Supermarkets (PT Hero Supermarket Tbk) in Bandar Lampung related to marketing strategies and their influence on consumer loyalty at Giant Supermarket (PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk) in Bandar Lampung. The results showed that the matrix analysis of IFAS and EFAS resulted in an analysis of the company's internal factors in the marketing strategy of Giant Supermarket (PT Hero Supermarket Tbk) in Bandar Lampung, which became the main force, namely promotion carried out by the company with a total value of 0.4662 and the main disadvantage is that famous brands still dominate with a total value of 0.1200. While the company's external factors in the marketing strategy of PT Giant Supermarket (PT Hero Supermarket Tbk) in Bandar Lampung, which is the main opportunity, is an increase in the population with a total value of 0.4235 and the company's main threat is the number of competing companies with a total value of 0.1582 . External internal matrix analysis (IE) Giant Supermarkets (PT Hero Supermarket Tbk) In Bandar Lampung are in the V cell position, thus implementing a strategy of maintaining and maintaining consumers (high consumer loyalty). Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the optimization of machine maintenance which is applied by the company (companies), the problems that arise in the maintenance system, and the cost of both preventive maintenance and subsequent corrective maintenance activities, to determine the alternatives that is most optimal. The case study will be conducted in the PT Great Giant Pineapple by focusing the research on Ridger Palir machine. The selection will done in this machine, that is to say, considering terms of maintenance, and the high price of the spare parts. Based on the research results that have been done on PT Great Giant Pineapple, the engine maintenance activities, the general implementation of the engine maintenance, shows the company has been running pretty well, but not yet optimal. Out of the problems found in these, the author tried to find a solution by taking into account the cost efficient in carrying out maintenance and engine solutions to the problem of spare part procurement. Preventive maintenance system may be optimal for the efficiency of the company if the determination of the machine preventative maintenance period is predominant. Machine preventative maintenance period can be optimized with the average, that is, the average treatment which cab conducted once every 6 months. The measurement of the progress of a country with the criteria of the electric energy consumption, but this is not yet valid in Indonesia, as evidenced by the majority of Indonesian citizens who have not enjoyed it, and even if the government through PT PLN (Persero) there is a desire to raise tariff Basic Electricity (TDL) to meet the economic value, most of our society has not been able, where people still consider that the availability of electric power is still one part of infrastructure that must be provided by the state. Customer Satisfaction is very influential on the performance of PLN itself so that with all efforts PLN provide excellent service in order to reduce the number of interference network medium voltage 20 KV. Abstract

To fulfill information needs that are relevant, fast, and accurate, the application of information technology, especially computer-based is inseparable from the role of the three basic components of a computer. The success model of the information technology system developed by DeLone & McLean quickly received a response. PT. Bank Lampung as one of the banking service providers in Lampung, is the object of research to determine how variables affect the level of Quality System, Information Quality, Service Quality, Use and Satisfaction and Use of Benefits, to determine the level of effectiveness in PT Bank Lampung's internal customer management information system. SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) is a multivariate statistical technique that is a combination of factor analysis and regression analysis (correlation), which aims to examine the relationship between variables in the model. To explain the overall relationship that exists between the variables in this study using AMOS software (Moment Structure Analysis). This shows that the sample variance-covariance matrix (observation data) I s the same as the estimated matrix of variance-covariance (population) based on the model built, it is expected that the results of this study KI significantly influence P, KI significantly affects KP, KS influences significant impact on P, significantly affecting KS KP, KL significantly affected P, KL significantly affected KP, P significantly affected KP, P significantly affected M, KP significantly affected M.

Abstract

This study discussed about modifying coal storage units which function to separate large size coal, pack stones, which causes the carrying capacity of coal to ships or stock piles not to reach maximum capacity. This is due to the inability of the CV507 line to load coal in accordance with design capacity Shiploader 2 which is 6000 tons / hour maximum. the operational and financial impacts caused by large coal or pack stones can cause the unit to disassemble to be disrupted or damaged and the capacity is not optimal. The current target set is the loading of coal loads can exceed 1,350,000 tons per month. The method used in identifying cases is reviewed from the QCDSMP method (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Morale, Productivity) used in the company, and analysis of the cause of this case using the Fish Bone method to determine dominant cause factors. From the results it is known that the most dominant causative factor is the Method, where there must be a separation process between large and small coal in the Screen Sizer before the Auxiliary Screen, so that the coal according to the screen size is directed directly to CV508 without passing through the large Auxiliary Screen and big coal (oversize) through the Auxiliary Screen process to be separated so as not to enter to the ship by modifying the CV507 unit.
