Abstract

The attractiveness of a package can not be separated from the target market for which the package is intended. Packaging not only carries the identity of a product, but furthermore, it reflects the image of the producer in supporting consumer satisfaction. Packaging is also an important factor when a product is about to move targets or raise segments from the lower middle segment to the upper middle segment. The packaging design activities carried out by the tofu factory are the shape, material, color, symbol / brand / logo, picture / illustration, and drawing language, the layout has the aim to introduce tofu products to the public and increase purchases. The purpose of this research is to develop a different form of packaging with other forms of tofu packaging. The results of the new packaging design can be found several differences from the old packaging in terms of: a more attractive form of packaging, a packaging model with a size of 250 grams, there is a new logo that has features, illustrations and visualization designed more attractive by displaying the name of the business owner. Abstract

Vocational Teacher Needs in productive subject programs (Practical Teachers) have an important role in producing competent SMKs. This study aims to provide a model for the procurement of productive teacher needs. At present the need for productive subject teachers is less than 120,000 compared to the number of SMK students of more than 5,000,000 (DitPSMK, 2016). In this study using a mathematical model through the calculation of multiple linear regression models on the variable Number of SMK Students, industry needs, number of SMKs and the budget. The results of this study are a mathematical model in determining the needs of productive teachers Y = 280966 - 41.6 X1 - 12.47 X2 + 33.4 X3 - 20.7 X4. Abstract

As a maritime country, Indonesia is given an abundance of marine wealth. In an effort to distribute fish from sea products, fishermen in Labuhan Maringgai District, East Lampung Regency collect their prey to Usaha Dagang X (UDX). UDX has 3 main ordering partners for 3 categories of seafood, namely shrimp, fish and crab. Transportation problems at UDX cause distribution costs to increase in delivery of goods to the customer. This study provides an alternative minimum cost solution that can be issued by UDX in distributing goods that are available using existing limitations. The results showed that the minimum shipping cost was IDR 5281200 where the 3 proposed methods showed the same results but had different alternative options.

Abstract

This research raises the problem of controlling the inventory of medicinal products. The case study was conducted at a drug store in the city of Solok, West Sumatra, where the drug store still has stock out and over stock of various types of drugs it manages. The purpose of this study was to control drug supplies that have a high demand value. Demand data for the period February-April 2020 are grouped with demand value criteria using the Pareto Classification ABC Method. From the demand categorization process, 45 types of drugs were included in A group, which means that this drug group provides a large revenue contribution for the drugstore. Thus, the type A drug group needs more attention from drug store manager in terms of controlling drug supplies. Furthermore, forecasting is carried out for drugs belonging to A drugs group using the Moving Average Method, the Single Exponential Smoothing Method and the Linear Regression Method. The inventory control method adopted is the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method. The results showed that the lot size of each type of drug per order ranged from 10-122 units with a safety stock ranging from 5-50 units of product. Then the reorder points obtained ranged from 8-81 units. With the control of drug supplies in place, it is hoped that the stock out and over stock that occurs in drug stores can be minimized.

Abstract

Decision support systems are used to solve a problem that is commonly done by users and industry, in this case one of the application of a decision support system in providing loans to cooperative members. Judging from the form of business, cooperatives are one of the community financial institutions that are formed and are not only business-oriented, but social factors are very strongly applied. Because the cooperative was formed to help and prosper its members, such as saving and borrowing (credit) from its members. In this study, decision making is used to help support the selection of loan applications for members. There are several types of decision models that are integrated in a Decision Support System such as statistical models, optimization models, heuristic models and multi-criteria / attribute models. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used with the basic concept of finding the weighted sum of the performance ratings on each criterion. According to the MADM model which is used as decision support who can select criteria in determining the eligibility of members in receiving loans (credit). The system provides a solution in determining loan recommendations to prospective borrowers in cooperatives. The system is only able to represent 10 sample members as a reference in calculating credit lending.
