Abstract

Background: Infants aged six months and over have increased nutritional needs so that breast milk is no longer fulfilled because it is necessary to provide complementary foods for breast milk (MP-ASI) to reduce and prevent malnutrition. The provision of MP-ASI has a relationship with nutritional status. This study aims to know about the relationship between timeliness of complementary foods with the nutritional status of infants aged 6-12 months in the working area of the Margorejo Health Center. Methods: The research design used an observational cross sectional. The population in this study were all mothers who had babies aged 6-12 months in the working area of the Margorejo Health Center. Sampling technique using total sampling and the sample size was 64 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The research variables were timeliness, frequency, quantity, diversity of species and suitability of MP-ASI texture. Data analysis using contingency coefficient test to determine the correlation between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Results: Timeliness of complementary foods was shown by 53,13% respondents while 46,87% of them not on time in timeliness of complementary foods. The results showed that no relationship between the timeliness of complementary feeding with nutritional status with p value=0,64. Conclusion: This study shows that there is no relationship between the timeliness of complementary feeding with the nutritional status of infants.   Keywords: complementary feeding, timeliness, frequency, quantity, types of diversity, texture suitability, nutritional status

The sampling technique was carried out by total sampling. the independent variable is adolescent knowledge about STIs, while the dependent variable is adolescent sexual behavior. The collected data was tested with thestatistical Fisher Exact Testtest. Results: The results showed that as many as 68 respondents (66.0%) had less knowledge and 35 respondents (34.0%) had good knowledge. The variable of adolescent sexual behavior was found that 90 people (87.4%) had sexual behavior that were not at risk of STIs and 13 people (12.6%) had STI risky sexual behavior. After thecarried out Fisher Exact Test was , the p value = 0.357 (p>0.05) which means that statistically there is no relationship between knowledge about STIs and sexual behavior of adolescent girls. Conclusion: There is no relationship between knowledge of STIs and sexual behavior of adolescent girls at SMKN 5 Jember

Abstract

Background and Purpose : Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has now become a global pandemic, even in Indonesia. Pregnant women feel more and more anxious during the current COVID-19 pandemic, especially for 3rd trimester pregnant women who will give birth soon. Parity is one of the factors that can affect the level of anxiety of pregnant women in addition to the factors of the epidemic situation that can increase maternal anxiety. Childbirth readiness is one of the benchmarks for the success of the delivery process and this can indirectly contribute to the increase in MMR in Indonesia. Objective: Analyzing the differences in the level of anxiety and readiness towards childbirth in the COVID-19 pandemic between primigravida and multigravida mothers in their third trimester of pregnancy at the Duren Sawit District Health Center. Methods : This type of research is an observational study with a cross sectional design. Sampling was done by proportional random sampling method. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The method used in data analysis is the Mann-Whitney U test with the help of SPSS. Result : The sample of this study was 99 pregnant women in their third trimester of pregnancy. The level of anxiety in primigravida mothers is Severe level of anxiety (80.9%). Meanwhile, multigravida mothers have a Moderate level of anxiety (56.1%). The level of readiness of primigravida mothers is in the Inadequate category (57.1%). Meanwhile, multigravida mothers have a Good level of readiness (63.3%). The results of the Mann Whitney test showed that there was a significant difference between primigravida and multigravida mothers on the level of anxiety and readiness towards childbirth in the COVID-19 pandemic with a p value (0.000). Conclusion : There is a significant difference in the level of anxiety and readiness towards childbirth in the COVID-19 pandemic between primigravida and multigravida mothers in their third trimester of pregnancy at the Duren Sawit District Health Center.

Abstract

Background: Circumcision is a surgical procedure that leaves scars and can be quite disturbing for children. This is because of the pain and limited movement that makes the child feel uncomfortable. The response to pain varies from child to child depending on the level of development or age of the child. Slow deep breathing is a conscious action to regulate deep and slow breathing which can have a relaxing effect. Relaxation therapy is widely used in everyday life to be able to overcome various problems such as stress, muscle tension, pain, respiratory problems, and others. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of slow deep breathing complementary therapy on reducing pain intensity in children undergoing circumcision at the Marzuki Tabanan Foundation. Method : using pre-experimental method with one group pretest posttest design with purposive sampling technique. Results: From the results of the paired T-test, it was found that P value p: 0.013 <0.05, which means significant or there is an influence of Slow Deep Breathing therapy on pain intensity in children undergoing circumcision.

Abstract

Abstract The era of the industrial revolution 5.0 demands that information technology systems can be utilized in recording and reporting midwifery care. This is intended to facilitate the achievement of the goal of documenting midwifery care. This study aims to design SOAP Digital as a learning medium and find out the use of digital SOAP innovation. This study used an experimental approach post test only control group design. Researchers made a pilot project to design and build innovations documenting digital-based Islamic holistic midwifery care. Digital SOAP operation technology interventions are carried out on the object of study. After that, an evaluation or feed back is given through the G-form on the object. The object of this study is a bachelor of midwifery student of FIKes Unisa Bandung. The results of data collection were analyzed using spss for windows software. The results showed that the digital-based Islamic holistic midwifery documentation application has 2 versions, namely the web version and the android version. This software installation has a capacity of 500 MB and requires less than 1GB of storage. The advantages of designing digital SOAP application innovations are that they are more effective in time (87%), more efficient in using paper (92%), more modern because they can use a PC, laptop, or smartphone (92%), more practical (87%), minimal risk of damaged or lost data (95%), and long data storage (90%). The results of the Spearman rho correlation data analysis test showed p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that it can be concluded that there is a correlation between the advantages of digital SOAP applications and student satisfaction.
