The wealth of nature, diversity of culture, and value of history possessed by Timor-Leste are essential potential triggers for developing the tourism sector. The provision of infrastructure in the tourism area, improvement of historical buildings, and promotion of the wealth of natural as well as cultural abroad have been carried out by the government to attract visitors to be able to visit Timor-Leste. The main target of the development of the tourism sector is increasing income and community’s welfare. One of the places used to promote destination tourism is Lequiraka. The purpose of this study is to assess the readiness of the people of Ossorua Village to support the development of the Lequiraka tourism area. The study was conducted in the village of Ossorua for two months, from September to October 2021. The data collection method was a preliminary survey and interviews with thirty people from the communities of Ossorua Village. The data analysis using the Likert analysis scale 1-5 to determine the readiness of the Ossorua village community to support the development of the tourism area and then described descriptively. Community have a moderate level of education (43%), involvement in the development activities of the development area is considered good. The community's readiness is considered good because it is seen from the level of education, community involvement, and participation is very supportive of the development of the tourism area.

Hemodialysis is one of the appropriate treatments for patients with ESRD. The glomerular filtration rate in the kidneys decreased to <60 mL/min and the creatinine and albumin values in the patient's urine increased to >30 mg/g, so that patients with chronic kidney failure had to undergo a treatment to balance and replace the work of the kidneys, namely the hemodialysis process. The research design used in this study is a descriptive phenomenological design. Phenomenology is a method that seeks to find the essence and meaning of phenomena as they are experienced, especially through in-depth interviews with people who have had relevant experiences. In this study, the characteristics of participants were obtained based on the demographic data obtained, where the average age of hemodialysis participants who were positively exposed to COVID-19 was more likely to be under 50 years old, with 7 participants, and 4 participants over 50 years old. . The gender of hemodialysis participants in this study was found to be 6 men and 5 women. Another characteristic that was obtained was that the ethnic groups that participated in this study were, the Batak tribe numbered 6 people, Karo 1 person, Malay 1 person, Padang 1 person and Javanese 1 person. Handling Post-Covid-19 Pandemic within the framework of a unitary state is not only the responsibility of the central government but also the roles and responsibilities of local governments. This is important for the government to innovate policies for handling the post-Covid-19 pandemic without overriding the policies that have been issued by the central government. This study aims to identify innovations in local government policies in handling the Post-Covid-19 pandemic from the perspective of Administrative Law. The research was conducted in a normative juridical manner with a qualitative approach to the urgency of local government policy innovation in handling the Post-Covid-19 pandemic. In this case, an analysis of Mataram City's regional policies is needed in handling the Post-Covid-19 Pandemic. This gives an understanding that local governments in making policies need synchronization with the central government, especially in analyzing a policy in accordance with state administrative law. The agricultural sector in Indonesia is famous for its abundant natural products and soil fertility. The agricultural sector provides the largest contribution as a supporter of food security. The socio-economic condition of the community is one of the determining factors in supporting the agricultural sector. Sheep is one of the potential animal natural resources cultivated by the people on Kisar Island. Breeders are expected to always be able to improve their knowledge in carrying out various business activities, especially in utilizing the production of sheep dung to be used as organic fertilizer for plants. The purpose of this study was to determine the socioeconomic conditions of farmers, to determine the production of maize using sheep dung, to determine the relationship between the use of sheep dung and maize production on Kisar Island, and to determine the relationship between maize waste feed consumption and sheep productivity on Kisar Island. The results showed that sheep farmers on Kisar Island had low bargaining power, limited capital, and information, but the social conditions of the community in a participatory manner were very good in livestock business activities in the area. Sheep farmers on Kisar Island are always in a low bargaining position in marketing their products, due to capital constraints, long distances from marketing locations, lack of accurate information and pressure on family needs. corn production of 2.98 tons/ha/year. The relationship between the utilization of manure and production shows a non-significant relationship (P>0.05) where the use of sheep manure has not contributed significantly to the growth and production of maize, Consumption of corn waste feed with sheep productivity on Kisar Island showed a very significant relationship (P < 0.01) with the contribution of straw waste feed consumption to sheep productivity of 83.70%.

This study aims to investigate the effect of the Project Basic Learning (PBL) learning model on student learning outcomes in science subjects in class VI SDN Utan Kayu Selatan 01 Jakarta for the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is action research with two rounds. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely design, activity and observation, reflection, and revision. The target of this research is the students of class VI SDN that the student learning outcomes have increased from cycle I to cycle II, namely, cycle I (51%) and cycle II (89%). This study concludes that the Project Basic Learning (PBL) learning model has a positive effect on the learning outcomes of students at SDN Utan Kayu Selatan 01, East Jakarta, and this learning model can be used as an alternative to learning science

The background of this research is how the human resources of the civil service police unit of Malacca district in enforcing regional regulations and regulations of the regional head of Malacca district, and how the level of human resources of civil service police officers can affect the enforcement of regional regulations and regional head regulations that have been determined, so that it continues to run in the corridors and discourses of peace and only have a just society, and can improve the welfare of the people in Malacca Regency. The research method used in this study uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach and the research techniques are observation, interviews and literature studies or literature studies with the research location at the Malacca District Civil Service Police Unit. regional head regulations that have been carried out in several sub-districts in Malacca Regency. The results of this study can be found that the resources of the Civil Service Police Unit of Malacca Regency are very necessary in implementing regional regulations and regional head regulations, so that in their implementation the apparatus in question can run in accordance with existing operational standards, so as to prevent the occurrence that may occur in the field. Protection of children is an activity to ensure the continuity of their lives to be able to grow and develop as the next generation of the nation, where the protection provided always pays attention to the existence of their rights, both juridical and non-juridical, which aims to ensure that children are always optimally healthy and able to move forward. maturity so that they can support themselves, so that due to protection and children are always guarded to avoid all threats and even actions that can endanger themselves. Because of the importance of protecting children, the perpetrators are always given castration sanctions, namely actions given to perpetrators of sexual crimes against children, in addition to the imposition of sanctions in the form of imprisonment and fines, but for children as perpetrators this chemical castration sanction is excluded. The purpose of this research is to find out how effective the implementation of castration sanctions is as a punishment for perpetrators of sexual crimes. While the method studied from this research is normative juridical, namely reviewing from the literature and also regulations from legislation and relating to the problem under study and can also be done by conducting a literature study where the results are that the implementation of castration sanctions in its application is contrary to human rights, and religion and can disturb the psyche of the perpetrator, and a law that applies nationally and not only a Government Regulation must be made so that its implementation is binding on everyone as an Indonesian citizen wherever they are.

This study aims to analyze the influence of corporate strategy, enterprise risk management (ERM), company size, and leverage on environmental performance. The object of research chosen is companies incorporated in the primary consumer goods industry, non-primary consumer goods, and health (manufacturing) listed on the IDX in the period 2017 – 2020. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data that meets the criteria for processing amounts to 97 observational data. This study used a multiple linear regression model as an analysis technique and use PLS to process the data. The results of this study found that the ERM has a positive and Leverage has a negative effect on environmental performance while the differentiation strategy, ERM, company size, and leverage do not affect environmental performance.
