Abstract

The Central Processing Plant (CPP) in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia, is one of the largest oil and gas industries in the world. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the greenhouse gas emission load and identify the operational facilities that produce the highest GHG emissions from CPP Donggi. The study results show an emission inventory for 2021 is 7.609ton CO2-eq per year or 365.78 tonnes of CO2 per TJ in 2021, for 2022 is 8.084ton C2Eq/355.50 tonnes CO2/TJ, and dan for 2023 is 7.565ton. The three highest carbon emission-generating facilities are the Gas Turbine Generator, Acid Gas Removal Unit, and Oil Heater. The research contributes to understanding the scale and distribution of greenhouse gas emissions from a specific industrial source and aids in directing efforts for emission reduction.

Abstract

In the context of Indonesia, public health issues necessitate a comprehensive and coordinated strategy involving various stakeholders. Collaborative Governance serves as a means to materialize this approach. The purpose of this study is to identify instances of Collaborative Governance that have been implemented or are currently underway in public health improvement programs. research used a qualitative methodology, with data acquired through an exhaustive literature review. Data reduction, presentation, and conclusion form the three stages of data analysis. Findings from this literature review indicate that Collaborative Governance has been implemented in several public health programs in Indonesia. These programs involve stakeholders from both the government and non-governmental sectors, including communities, non-profit organizations, and industry associations. Collaborative Governance is achieved through regular meetings, coordination committees, and the use of digital platforms to facilitate information exchange and monitor program implementation. Successful examples of Collaborative Governance in public health programs in Indonesia include initiatives for infectious disease control, where the government collaborates with international organizations, pharmaceutical companies, and local communities to enhance health awareness.

Abstract

Future sea level rise in North Jakarta is one of the potential hazards that threaten the safety of coastal communities and infrastructure. Prediction of sea level rise is needed to reduce the vulnerability of the people living on the coast. This study was conducted to estimate the height of sea level rise in 2045 using linear regression analysis of hourly tidal data for 2013-2021 coupled with the highest astronomical tide value from the results of tidal harmonic analysis in 2021 using the t_tide application in matlab. The water elevation was then projected on the Digital Elevation Model to obtain the inundation area in 2045. The result of this study is an inundation area of 56 km2 in North Jakarta in 2045 due to an increase in total sea level of 117 cm at high tide.

Abstract

The "Hand of Love (Bantuan Tangan Kasih) Assistance Program" under the leadership of Paulus Waterpauw from 2020-2022 in West Papua Province is investigated in this study. The data used here were firsthand information directly related to the implementation of the program and its implementation, along with documents, reports, and literature related to Pancasila values, regional leadership, and specific programs. The results of the research are discussed based on the policy implementation of Van Meter and Van Horn (1975), which emphasizes six dimensions, namely policy goals and objectives, policy resources, characteristics of implementing agents, implementing attitudes, communication between implementing organizations, and socio-economic and political environment. The findings show that the success of the implementation process of the Hand of Love Assistance Program is greatly influenced by the characteristics of the implementers. The hedonistic lifestyle after the enactment of the Special Autonomy has eroded the morality of almost some state administrators. The "hand of love" program is a program that has been implemented by a transmigration and labor office, Bank Penyalur, as the implementer.

Abstract

Children's numerical skills sometimes face challenges, therefore ways are needed to maximize early childhood numeracy learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of digital educational games on numeracy development in children aged 4-5 years conducted in one of the Global Kindergartens (pseudonyms) in Semarang City. The method used is pre-experimental  research with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. This participant consisted of 31 children in the Kindergarten A class. Data collection was carried out through pretest and posttest of numeracy skills developed based on the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Number 137 of 2014 (National Standard for Early Childhood Education). The results showed that the average pretest score  was 28.00 and the posttest increased to 46.16 after the use of  digital educational games. The normality test shows normal distributed data, while the N-Gain Score test produces an average score of 0.91 which is classified as a high category. The hypothesis test using the Paired Sample T-Test showed a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000, which means that there is a significant influence of the use of  digital educational games on children's numeracy skills. This increase shows that the proper use of  digital games in learning can significantly improve early childhood numeracy skills. This study suggests the integration of digital educational games in the early childhood education curriculum as an effective alternative to improve numeracy skills.
