Abstract

This study aims to determine whether customers are able to work together in generating finances at KCP Kampung Bank Syariah Indonesia taxes. Financial performance is an analytical step to determine the extent to which the company has complied and implemented regulations regarding financial implementation properly and correctly. Islamic banks that carry out financing must be based on sharia principles which have now been mutually agreed upon. In Indonesian Sharia Commercial Banks, what is applied to customers is a profit- sharing system that does not harm the bank or its customers. Income in the world of banking, both sharia and conventional, is a proportional profit sharing between banks and customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia. The sample in this study was 108 customers of Indonesian Islamic Commercial Banks, using purposive sampling technique with certain criteria to take a sample of customers at Indonesian Islamic Commercial Banks to be studied. The analytical method used is panel data regression and data secondary.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze bank profitability before and during the pandemic (COVID – 19) at the Sumatran Islamic Bank KCP Medan. Islamic banks in Indonesia face a number of challenges amid the Covid-19 outbreak.During the current Covid-19 pandemic, several Islamic banks have experienced disruptions in their profitability. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct research to analyze the impact of covid 19 on bank performance by analyzing the bank's profitability. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. From this research, it can be concluded that Islamic banks in Indonesia still depend on the income obtained from murabahah financing and tend not to develop mudharabah financing or musyarakah financing. In fact, if mudharabah and musyarakah financing can be managed properly by Islamic banks and channeled to mudharib-mudharib who are experts in their fields, this can increase the income earned by Islamic banks themselves. The data taken is 1 month.

Abstract

Poverty is generally caused by the powerlessness of a person at working age, as well as the difficulty of getting a job or termination of employment due to the economic crisis that results in unemployment. Positive and negative impacts seem to be increasingly difficult to avoid in development, so efforts are needed to further develop the positive impacts of development and reduce and anticipate the negative impacts. Homeless beggars are one of the negative impacts of development, especially urban development. Homeless urban beggars are a phenomenon that is starting to be seen as a serious problem, especially with the increasing number of social problems. The problem of homeless beggars is a social phenomenon that cannot be avoided, especially in the city of Medan. The social service is an element of government implementation that is authorized in activities in the social sector. The Social Service carries out the functions of administering government affairs and public services in the fields of social rehabilitation and social protection guarantees, social empowerment and handling the poor. With so many homeless and beggars circulating in the city of Medan, the role of the Social Service is very much needed in overcoming this problem. This study aims to find out how the role of social services in handling homeless and beggars (sprawl) in Medan City. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method to describe and explain the role of the Social Service in handling homeless people and beggars in the city of Medan.

Abstract

The researchaims to find out more about the extent to which quality function deployment (QFD) is plemented in large or small companies in Indonesia. Especially in Aceh Singkil. QFD is know to be a tool that companies can use in the production process (services) by translating consumer desireng into the technical characteristics of the company. Abstract

This study aims to determine the problem of e-procurement in the procurement of goods and services in the Procurement Services Section of the Regional Secretariat of Binjai City. The type of research used is qualitative research. The data analysis technique uses data collection steps, data reduction, data presentation, qualitative data verification, to draw conclusions. The results of the study show that the Procurement Services Section of the Regional Secretariat of the City of Binjai has started to implement but is still in the minimal category in its implementation, it is known that only some members or employees in the Department of Procurement of Goods and Services in the City of Binjai have at least had special training certifications, as SIM form to be able to take part in running the LPSE in Binjai City itself, coupled with non-civil servant employees and several contract employees who apparently lack expertise in science such as computers.

Abstract

Agriculture is one of the important sectors in the Indonesian economy. Although agriculture plays an important role in Indonesia's economic sector, in the era of rapid modernization, the development of this field still seems to be less effective in utilizing various technologies. However, the number of officials in the agricultural and plantation sectors who are authorized to formulate technical policies, implement policies, conduct assessments and reporting, and manage agriculture and plantations is not proportional to the breadth of distribution in the agricultural sector. in Indonesia. Therefore, the role of farmers and the community is to participate in assisting the Ministry of Agriculture and Plantations in fulfilling their responsibilities and authorities. However, currently there is no application that can really help farmers cultivate their land. From the actual situation in the field, many farmers are still using traditional methods, so agricultural productivity is slow. The presence of millennial farmers offers another option to accelerate farmer regeneration. Millennial farmers are seen as able to connect young farmers with long-term farmers. However, the trend in the field has not seen the special characteristics of millennial farmers. This study aims to describe the main characteristics of millennial farmers and analyze the factors that influence the personality formation of millennial farmers. Factors that have a significant positive effect on the personality formation of millennial farmers are personal characteristics, technical abilities and managerial abilities, while social skills have a negative effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of management at the Pangkalan Masyhur sub-district office, Medan Johor district, which has been and discusses implementing managemement. The results showed that the implementation of work carried out at the Pangkalan Masyhur subdistrict office, Medan Johor subdistrict, was still carried out overlapping, many of the services expected by the community were late and tended to take a long time, because each employee waited for each other due to the lack of a typewriter/computer in making letters that society needs.

Abstract

Every agency definitely needs an accounting information system that has been well planned and supervised, to control financial receipts. With the information system, the goals of an agency can be achieved. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the application of cash receipts accounting information systems in the context of financial planning and control at the military court I-02 Medan. The data used is qualitative data. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the cash receipts accounting information system for financial planning and control at the military court I-02 Medan was adequate because it was appropriate and fulfilled the basic elements of an accounting information system, namely human resources, equipment, forms/documents, records, procedures and reports, and has complied with procedures in internal control. Therefore, until now the cash receipts accounting information system at the Military Court I-02 Medan can run effectively.

Abstract

In order to maximize public services, the Medan Mayor Balitabang office can create an online correspondence service system which is an alternative form of improving existing services. Increasing the standard of public services will be one of the efforts to prevent the Covid-19 virus. The method used in this research is qualitative and the type of this research is descriptive. The results show that the role of digital services in improving public services is a service program through a website that can make it easier for people to make licensing letters without having to go back to the office but just at home, people can take care of permits through the website.
