Abstract

This research was made because of the increasing number of sharia insurance because sharia insurance is an effort to protect and help each other between a number of people or parties through investments in the form of assets that provide a pattern of return to face certain risks through contracts (commitments) that are in accordance with sharia. The results of the research conducted were descriptive qualitative research and used primary and secondary data. The writing method used by the author is a literature review. The literature review method is a method used to describe a finding or theory as material for further research that is obtained and used as reference material. The results obtained are the factors that influence the public's interest in becoming a participant in Sharia insurance at Prudential's Binjai branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to provide information about the existence of a product financing the Hajj program with the Wakalah Bil Ujrah Wal Qard contract at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk Rantauprapat Branch. The role of Islamic banking is to provide services that make it easier for Muslims to perform the pilgrimage. The majority of Indonesian people are Muslims, this is a very big opportunity that Islamic banks should take advantage of. We need the right marketing strategy in providing good and responsible service.

Abstract

Reform of the bureaucracy in Indonesia is assisted by many sectors, one of which is the People's Welfare Section of the regional secretariat. The People's Welfare Section of the Binjai City Secretariat is an element of the regional secretariat staff led by the Section Head, who is located under and responsible to the regional secretariat through government assistants and people's welfare. This research was conducted to see how far the influence of the application of attendance applications on the presence and performance of ASN in the Regional People's Welfare Section of Binjai City. The results showed that the application of the Attendance Application in the People's Welfare Section of the Secretariat of Binjai City was a tool used to achieve effectiveness and discipline in performance. The use of the Attendance Application in the welfare section of the regional secretariat of Binjai City has been proven to affect the performance of ASN. Based on the research that has been done, it is known that the application of the attendance application in the People's Welfare section of the Secretariat of Binjai City has problems such as the internet signal which is sometimes less stable so that ASN has difficulty taking attendance during WFO or WFH.

Abstract

Self Estimated Price, hereinafter referred to as HPS, is the estimated price of goods/services determined by the Commitment Making Officer, hereinafter referred to as PPK, which functions as an instrument to assess the fairness of the bid price and to determine the additional amount of performance guarantee value for bids deemed too low but cannot be used as a basis for canceling bids. The purpose of this study is to find out how to optimally prepare HPS so as not to create excessive profits so that there is no state loss. The method used in this research is qualitative and the type of this research is descriptive. The results show the lack of understanding carried out by PPK at the PBJ of the Regional secretariat of Binjai City in the perspective of the correct and inaccurate HPS compiler and does not control market prices and does not survey prices in the market. Profit + 15% overhead only for construction workers. The data used to prepare the HPS must be accountable and must be documented.

Abstract

Digital marketing has now penetrated several fields, including property. Therefore, it is important for companies to implement digital marketing strategies for broader marketing. The company optimizes online marketing or digital marketing as a way of communicating with target consumers. This is definitely a very effective option. The purpose of this research is to find out how PT Rizki Mandiri Barokah can use digital marketing to increase sales. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach which was developed to provide information. Data collection techniques used in documentation and interviews. The results of this study are PT Rizki Mandiri Barokah implementing the right marketing strategy through digital real estate marketing to increase real estate sales and make a significant contribution to sales and reach many customers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of employee performance at the office of the Ministry of Religion of the city of Makassar. This study is a quantitative description with a population of all employees of the Makassar City Ministry of Religion, amounting to 101 people. Sampling was carried out using a simple sampling technique (Simple Random Sampling), so that the number of samples that could be used in this study was 30 percent of the total 101 people, so the number of samples was 30 people. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation techniques. The data collected is presented through a frequency table and processed through a scoring technique. The results showed that the performance of employees at the office of the Ministry of Religion of the city of Makassar was classified as effective, based on the aspects; 1) quality of work, 2) punctuality, 3) initiative, 4) ability to complete work

Abstract

This study discusses the role of members of the North Sumatra DPRD from the Gerindra Faction in Pursuing Public Aspirations. In accordance with Law Number 23/2014 concerning Regional Government, the DPRD of North Sumatra, especially the Gerindra Faction. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. The information studied is information from the Gerindra faction, staff and management of the Gerindra Faction who are members of the North Sumatra DPRD, totaling 5 people. The results showed that the forms of community aspirations were aspirations in the form of oral, individual, demonstration, or work visits. The aspiration was not immediately responded to or resolved, but still through the mechanism following the procedures in the North Sumatra Regional Legislative Institution. The aspirations of the people who are accommodated will be perfected to become a policy, the realization of a policy depends on the executive, on the other hand the legislature only recommends and supervises all performance and policies of the executive body.
