Abstract

The progress of the Indonesian economy has now entered the digital era 4.0 where many human roles have been replaced with the role of technology and digital. Some fields have an online version, such as e-commerce, online learning, online banking and so on. This digitalization has also entered the financial industry, known as Financial Technology. This study aims to discuss the risks of illegal online loans, of course, very disturbing in society. The research method used is a qualitative research method, the data obtained through observation and in-depth interviews. In the practice of financial technology against illegal online loans, it causes the misuse of data belonging to the borrower's consumer without permission by the platform by accessing data on cellular phone devices. Violations that occur to borrowing consumers for misuse of personal data on cellular networks by companies include intimidating billing, distribution of personal data on contacts on consumer numbers to sexual harassment. The targets of this illegal financial technology are people who have minimal financial knowledge, are in desperate need of money and have a consumptive lifestyle. Various modes are carried out to ensnare potential customers so that those without careful calculations are trapped and bear the risk.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the position and function of DPS in contract making, supervision of contract implementation, and the effectiveness of contract supervision at Bank BRI Syariah Binjai Branch. In this research, the researcher conducted research using qualitative methods. Research that uses a qualitative approach aims to explore or build a proportion or explain the meaning behind reality. Researchers are based on reality or events that take place in the field. Qualitative research methods can be interpreted as research that produces descriptive data, regarding spoken and written words, and observable behavior of the people being studied. Qualitative research is also research that produces descriptions in the form of words or verbally from the phenomenon under study or from people who are competent in their fields. The results of this study are that the position and function of the DPS in drafting the BRI Syariah Bank contract is appropriate. In general, what is being done is to supervise all forms of activities related to existing contracts in the bank. This supervision also takes the form of standardizing and ratifying contract standards that apply nationally in the sense that it applies to all BRI Syariah branches, as well as assisting parties in disseminating information to BRI Syariah branches in the regions.

Abstract

This study aims to describe about the use of hijab to women who work in culinary business Medan City. This research uses qualitative method whose data is descriptive analytical. The objects of this research are owners and female workers at the Bika Ambon Zulaikha and Bolu Meranti outlets. The research is using qualitative method with descriptive analytic data and collection by interviewing, observing and documenting techniques. The results of the study show that (1) Working with women workers is a policy applied by culinary investors for the purpose of implementing marketing management strategies in attracting the largest Muslim consumers in Medan and maintaining clean and hygienic environment for all culinary products. (2) Awareness of the veil of every female worker which are an ideological awareness and understanding long before work, find awareness and understanding of hijab after work also the awareness and understanding of the hijab is limited as the head cover to maintain the cleanliness of culinary products. (3) Hijab also contributes in building the perception of Islamic consumers to shop at culinary outlets. That Islamic consumers have the confidence and convenience of hygienic and halal guarantees when shopping for culinary at outlets whose workers use the hijab.

Abstract

Abstract : The problem raised in this study is how the role of Public Relations in processing information to the public at the regional office of the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra Province. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis using a qualitative approach. The Public Relations Division at the North Sumatra Ministry of Religion Regional Office plays an important role in providing information to the public. In carrying out the implementation of PR information actively. However, along with this, there are still obstacles experienced, including limited human resources, team communication that is not solid, and monotonous activity programs that have not been felt. Therefore, the researcher suggests the need to improve facilities to support work in the Public Relations section of the regional office of the provincial ministry of religion. North Sumatra and build good communication, And it is also important to add personnel who are experts in this field, so that the information provided to the public can be maximized and more varied Keywords: Role, Public Relations, Information Processing   Abstrak : Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran Humas dalam pengolahan informasi kepada masyarakat dikantor wilayah kementrian agama Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Bidang Humas di kanwil kemenag sumut, memeagang peranan penting dalam memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat. Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya pengolahan informasi Humas secara aktif telah berjalan dengan baik. Namun seiring dengan hal tersebut, masih ada kendala yang dialami, diantaranya sumber daya manusia yang terbatas, komukasi tim yang tidak solid, serta program kegiatan yang monoton sehingga keberadaannya belum dirasakan. Oleh karena itu, peneliti menyarankan perlunya untuk peningkatan fasilitas dalam rangka mendukung pekerjaan di bagian Humas dikantor wilayah kementrian agama prov. Sumut serta membangun komunikasi yang baik, Dan juga penting untuk menambah personil yang ahli di bidang ini, sehingga informasi yang diberikan kepada masyarakat dapat dimaksimalkan dan lebih bervariasi. Abstract

Abstract : Human Resources (HR) is a very important factor that cannot even be separated from an organization, both institutions and companies. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of human resources in completing official travel reports effectively and efficiently and what are the obstacles in carrying out official travel procedures. This study uses descriptive qualitative research, and uses primary data sourced from direct observation at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, North Sumatra. The results in this study indicate that in answering the problem of official travel report files, it is necessary to improve the work ability of employees or employees is an important element in order to achieve the goals of the organization. If each employee has good work skills, then each individual will be able to carry out his duties well and the obstacles in carrying out official travel are: (1) Limited time needed to prepare official travel such as official travel documents, accommodation (2) Delay in providing official travel reports so that the files pile up. Keywords: Role, Human Resources, Performance Abstrak : Sumber daya manusia (SDM) adalah salah satu faktor yang sangat penting bahkan tidak dapat dilepaskan dari sebuah organisasi, baik institusi maupun perusahaan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran sumber daya manusia dalam menyelesaikan laporan perjalan dinas secara efektif dan efesiensi dan apa saja hambatan dalam melaksanakan prosedur perjalanan dinas. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dan menggunakan data primer yang bersumber dari observasi langsung diKanwil Kemenag Sumatera Utara. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam menjawab permasalahan berkas laporan perjalanan dinas perlu di lakukan peningkatkan kemampuan kerja karyawaan atau pegawai merupakan unsur penting dalam rangka menjapai tujuan dari organisasi. Jika setiap pegawai memilki kemampuan kerja yang baik, maka setiap individu akan dapat melaksanakan tugas nya dengan baik dan hambatan dalam melakukan perjalanan dinas tersebut berupa : (1)Terbatasnya waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mempersiapkan perjalanan dinas seperti dokumen perjalanan dinas, akomodasi (2) Keterlambatan memberikan laporan perjalanan dinas sehingga membuat berkas menumpuk. Abstract

Impulse Buying adalah perilaku pembelian secara spontan dengan tidak ada perencanaan ataupun pertimbangan. Data yang diperoleh atas Mahasiswa FEBI UIN Sumatera Utara menunjukkan bahwa kurangnya atau belum mencapai kemaslahatan dalam penggunaan fintech OVO dan Go-Pay pada generasi milenial. Jenis penelitiannya ialah Kualitatif. Pengumpulan datanya berbentuk wawancara mendalam (Indepth Interview) serta diperkuat dengan studi kepustakaan, Metode analisis datanya ialah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data primer langsung didapatkan dari Mahasiswa sementara data sekundernya berbentuk buku – buku, dokumen, beserta jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan generasi milenial yang menggunakan fintech OVO dan Go-Pay tergolong memiliki karakteristik pembelian dengan cara spontan dan tiba – tiba yang sangat mudah terdorong dengan adanya promo, diskon dan cashback dengan pemikiran jangka pendek. Dan impulse buying generasi milenial yang menggunakan fintech OVO beserta Go-Pay tergolong kedalam tipe planned impulse buying atau pembelian impulsif terencana. Hal tersebut dikarenakan perilaku pembelian tanpa perencanaan sering diperbuat generasi milenial ketika ada penawaran menarik seperti munculnya promo, diskon dan cashback. Dan untuk peencapaian kemaslahatan hidup lewat penggunaan fintech OVO beserta Go-Pay belum maksimal dan belum mencapai maqashid syariah. Ini menunjukkan bahwa impulse buying tidak memberikan nilai maslahah bagi konsumen.

Abstract

Masalah muamalah yaitu akad dan transaksi merupakan masalah yang melibatkan anggota masyarakat secara langsung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penerapan rahn, wadiah, dan ijarah dalam masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan dengan menggunakan sumber data yang diperoleh dari literatur-literatur yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rahn yaitu menjadikan benda bersifat harta sebagai kepercayaan dari suatu utang yang dapat dibayarkan dari (harga) benda itu bila utang tidak dapat di bayar. Wadi'ah adalah barang titipan yang dititipkan seseorang pada pihak lain untuk dijaga sebagaimana mestinya. Sedangkan Ijarah atau sewa berarti kontrak atas pemafaatan sesuatu yang dikehendaki, diketahui, dibolehkan dan memungkinkan untuk diakses, dengan sebuah kompensasi yang telah diketahui. Ketiga akad tersebut diperbolehkan dalam Islam berdasarkan Al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Keywords: Rahn, Wadi’ah, Ijarah

Abstract

Abstract Sebagai makhluk sosial, manusia tidak bisa lepas untuk berhubungan dengan orang lain dalam kerangka memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Kebutuhan manusia sangat beragam, sehingga terkadang secara pribadi ia tidak mampu untuk memenuhinya dan harus berhubungan dengan orang lain. Hubungan antara satu manusia dengan manusia lain dalam memenuhi dan mengatur kebutuhannya dikenal dengan istilah muamalah sehingga dikatakan manusia adalah makhluk sosial, maka harus terdapat aturan yang menjelaskan hak dan kewajiban keduanya berdasarkan kesepakatan. terutama dalam masalah ekonomi tentunya akan sering kali ditemui sebuah perjanjian/kontrak atau akad. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka yang datanya melalui sumber pustaka, yaitu kajian pustaka melalui penelitian kepustakaan. Studi kepustakaan (library Research) berkaitan erat dengan kajian teoritis dan referensi lain yang terkait dengan relevansi dengan pendekatan Al-Qur’an, Hadist dan sumber hukum Islam lainnya dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah. Dalam muamalah Jenis transaksi dikenal istilah Kontrak Tijarah dan Tabarru’. Kontrak atau Tijarah dibedakan menjadi dua. Pertama Natural Certainty Contract (NCC) meliputi: Ba’i. Murabahah, Salam, Istisna, Ijarah, Ijarah Munthaiya bit Tamlik dan Sharf. Kedua Contract Natural Uncertainty Contract (NUC) Meliputi: Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Musaqah dan Muzaroah. Sedangkan kontrak atau akad Tabarru’ dibedakan menjadi tiga yaitu Dalam bentuk meminjamkan uang yaitu Qard, Rahn , Hiwalah, Kedua Dalam bentuk meminjamkan Jasa yaitu Wakalah, Wadi’ah, Kafalah, Ketiga dalam bentuk Memberikan Sesuatu. Yaitu hibah, wakaf, shadaqah, hadiah, dan lain lain. Kata Kunci: Kontrak, Perjanjian, Akad, Hukum Islam, Ekonomi, Muamalah, Tijarah, Tabarru’, Al-Qur’an, Hadis, Relevansi

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the use of the village fund allocation budget in 2019 before the pandemic and in 2020-2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic in Rintis Village, Silangkitang District, South Labuhanbatu Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study amounted to 7 people including the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Head and the community. This study uses qualitative data types with primary and secondary data sources and data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that Rintis Village, Silangkitang District, Labuhanbatu Selatan Regency used the village fund budget in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The process of budget management or planning is carried out by means of planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability. In 2019 before the pandemic, village funds were used for village development and other community development, while in 2020-2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic, village funds were used to handle COVID-19 prevention and Village Cash Direct Assistance in accordance with the Village Minister Regulation regarding priority use. village funds in 2020 and 2021.
