Abstract

EDUCATION PATTERNS IN THE TABLIGHI JAMAAT FAMILIY IN SOUTH KALIMANTAN. Early education in the family is a solid foundation for the next generation in treading the increasingly complex problems of life. Various family problems in the modern era have become the basis for uncontrolled children's education. In the deepness of the problems facing modern society, there is a group of people who actually carry out anti-mainstream activities. Not doing activities for the sake of hedonistic things, on the contrary, willing to sacrifice energy, thoughts, property, even life for the sake of Islam through peaceful preaching. This indicates that they have tasted the sweetness of faith in their own way, this movement is called Tablighi Jamaat. The main problem is what is the pattern of education in Tablighi Jamaat families? The approach used in this research is qualitative and the type of research used is phenomenology. The findings: the pattern of education in the Tablighi Jamaat family is authoritarian and democratic. Authoritarian means members of the Tablighi Jamaat direct their children to follow in the footsteps of the da'wah they live, this is done to introduce and instill the spirit of da'wah in children. After the child grows up, a democratic pattern occurs, namely a two-way dialogue between parents and children about the educational institution they will choose. Parents give freedom in this case, but the values ​​and spirit of preaching must be maintained by providing time to be active in the activities of preaching the Tablighi Jamaat. These two things are synonymous with transmission and transaction patterns.

Abstract

The success of educational institutions, especially early childhood education, depends on the principal. The role of the principal as the leader of the institution must be able to bring the institution to achieve the goals that have been set together and take full responsibility for the smoothness and success of all matters of school management and management. This means, the principal must know and be able to implement the functions and aspects of management such as planning, organizing, leading and monitoring as well as aspects in management such as human resources, finance, community relations and marketing. The results of this research are; First, the management function implemented in the YWKA TK institution is carried out through the stages of planning, organizing, mobilizing and controlling. Broadly speaking, the YWKA TK institution at the initial stage held a large meeting to discuss what would be planned to be carried out later. Any plans that have been completed will be coordinated back to the foundation and committee. And will be evaluated in stages according to the conditions that occur in the institution. Second, management aspects implemented in YWKA TK institutions such as financial management, public relations and marketing are still not fully realized. Because in the management of public relations all unit assignments are still held by foundations and committees located at the central YWKA TK institution. Meanwhile, the agency's marketing management is still lacking because it has not implemented open marketing

Abstract

This study aims to look at an inclusive learning management system developed in several public and private elementary schools in Banjarmasin. This study is different from other researchers because its achievements are more on how the learning strategy emphasizes the education system for children with special needs and how this achievement can be maximally achieved by looking at comparisons. Although many other researchers also discussed inclusive learning, the strength of this research is the approach taken to see this inclusive education system. The method used in this research is a qualitative field study with a phenomenological approach. The locations studied were several elementary schools in the city of Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. The results of this study prove that the learning system is more directed at students with various needs as well as the same learning methods as other students, only given special emphasis at special times. This strategy is considered to be able to increase students' confidence in their learning environment. An effective management system is seen from the readiness of the Special Teaching Teachers who understand educational methods for children with special needs, namely the pilot approach. This method is considered effective in the learning and education system in elementary schools for those who need more education than others according to their needs.

Abstract

Salafiyah Islamic boarding schools with traditional characteristics, either from clothing or learning. The study of classical Islamic books or the yellow book is one of the characteristics of the Salaf Islamic boarding school. The purpose of this article is to describe the moral education in the Al-Ilyaasiyah Islamic boarding school, Cilengkrang, Cibiru Bandung. The method used in this study used a qualitative approach with descriptive analytic studies. The research instruments used were data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and library research as well as documents that support this research. The results showed that. Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of educational planning at the Al Hikamussalafiyah Islamic boarding school, Purwakarta. Qualitative research methods, data obtained through observation, documentation and interviews. Respondents in this study were extracted from informants who have a key role in planning management as decision makers in the educational process, namely the caregivers of Islamic boarding schools, principals of madrasas, religious teachers and board of Islamic boarding schools using narrative presentation. The issues discussed in this study reveal how education management is viewed from management of Islamic boarding school education planning. The urgency of this research is that if a boarding school does not make management planning, it will have fatal consequences. Because there is no short, medium, and long term planning to guide the work and teaching guidelines in Islamic boarding schools. Abstract

The multiliterative learning model is a learning model that maximizes the conception of language literacy in order to optimize cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities in various scientific disciplines. With this in mind, mastery of languages ​​will be very useful as an initial ability to master the subject matter. Language literacy skills include listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. In practice, this model will be applied with a variety of language learning methods which are specifically designed to be used in the mastery of certain scientific disciplines. Therefore this paper will analyze the multiliteration learning model in the Al-Qur'an Hadith learning. The use of relevant research methods is a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of case study at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nailus Syukri Gedeg Mojokerto. Whereas the results of this study resulted in a multiliterative learning model with the Idea Stimulation Method which was very appropriate to be applied in online learning during the Qif-19 pandemic which could not be predicted with certainty, but learning activities must continue to run in order to carry out the mandate of national education.

Abstract

The problems in this CAR are as follows: 1) How is the influence of the principal's leadership on student learning productivity? 2) How is the influence of teacher creativity on student learning productivity? As for the objects in this study are the principal's leadership (X1), teacher creativity (X2) and student learning productivity (Y). The research method that I use is descriptive method, descriptive method, namely the method used to look for the elements, characteristics, and properties of a phenomenon. This method begins with collecting data, analyzing data, and interpreting it. In its implementation, it is carried out through: survey techniques, case studies, comparative studies, behavior analysis and documentary analysis. This study tries to describe the reality and facts of the problems studied in depth by looking for factual data from the variables studied, so that the relationship between variables can be analyzed by quantitative analysis through statistical tests using the SPSS 17.0 For Windows program. The research results obtained provide conclusions 1) There is a significant influence of the principal's leadership of 19.89% on student learning productivity. This means that the better the leadership of the principal, the better the student's learning productivity. 2) There is a significant effect of teacher creativity at 17.89% on student learning productivity. This means that the better the teacher's creativity, the better the student's learning productivity. 3) There is a significant effect of principal leadership and teacher creativity by 62.5% on student learning productivity. This means that the better the principal leadership and teacher creativity, the better student learning productivity.
