Abstract

Abstract: The most cases of cardiac arrest are cases outside the hospital. Education in certain communities about true Basic Life Support is necessary because communities can be first responder and agents of change. One of the communities that is required to be able to do first aid is the bicycle community because lately there are many phenomena of cardiac arrest events and accidents among this community. In order to be able to do initial assistance on the scene quickly and appropriately, of course community members must have sufficient knowledge. Therefore, it is necessary activities to educate the community, especially the bicycle community. The method of activity consists of pre-test, interactive lectures as well as demostration, followed by simulation of Basic Life Support of Heart and Trauma, terminated post test. The result of the activities obtained that education can increase knowledge. Proven before education most (71%) participants' knowledge was low, and after education the participants' knowledge increased to (62%) in high categories. It is important to provide more emergency education to other communities in the community.

Abstract

Fulfillment of balanced nutrition in pregnant women is an effort to improve maternal health during pregnancy. By getting a balanced nutritional intake can reduce health risks to the fetus and mother. Therefore, it is necessary to have sufficient knowledge of nutrition in pregnant women so as to prevent the risk of pregnancy which can lead to illness and death. Balanced nutrition of the contents of my plate for pregnant women is one of the guidelines for healthy food that meets the composition of the contents of my plate so that nutritional needs are fulfilled. The purpose of this service is to increase knowledge about the balanced nutrition of the contents of my plate for pregnant women. The target of this service activity is pregnant women at Pustu Wali, Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The method used is counseling or lectures, discussions and pretest and posttest to find out the description of knowledge from pregnant women. The results of this service indicate that there is a difference in knowledge after counseling, namely an increase in knowledge on the average value of 6.13 to 8.80.

Abstract

Abstract: Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam menopang pertumbuhan ekonomi nasionl setelah terdampak pandemi covid-19. Besarnya peran UMKM menjadi pertimbangan Pemerintah untuk memberikan stimulus khusus bagi UMKM. Untuk tetap mendukung keberlangsungan UMKM saa tini. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa ketersediaan digital platform cukup berperan besar dalam membantu survival UMKM pada masa pandemi covid-19. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah mengenalkan pentingnya strategi pengembangan produk UMKM agar tetap survival di masa pandemi covid-19 dan perlunya urgensi digitalisasi informasi pemasaran melalalui transformasi digital untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualan di masa new normal. Kegiatan ini diharapkan memberikan manfaat antara lain membantu memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi oleh UMKM dan sebagai wujud nyata bagi institusi UTS dalam melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Ceramah, Presentasi dan diskusi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan melakukan sosialisasi bagaimana metode pengembangan produk UMKM dan urgensi digitalisasi informasi pemasaran kepada masyarakat Desa Kesamben Wetan Kecamatan Driyorejo Kabupaten Gresik. Dosen pendamping UMKM melakukan sosialisasi dengan metode ceramah secara bergantian.

Extension is a partnership between government, landowners and communities, providing planned care and education to meet community needs. The purpose of community service is to increase the ability of extension workers in the technique of jajar legowo rice cultivation. The training method is the presentation of material and practice. The results of community service show an increase in the ability of extension workers in the technique of planting jajar legowo rice.

Abstract: The social restriction policy has an impact on various fields including the field of formal education. Learning which is usually done face-to-face between teachers and students in government classrooms applies learning methods with an online system or in a network (online). Online learning or online learning is learning without face to face directly but is done online through the internet network. The same thing happened in Guna's SMK, Jalan Manggarai Utara No. 01 Ex. Manggarai district. Tebet, South Jakarta. In teaching and learning activities are carried out online or online. Online learning requires several media applications that are effective, easily accessible, and understood by teachers and students. These applications include: whatsapp, telegram, instagram, zoom application, googlemeet or other media as learning media. Abstract

Abstract: Mitra IbM adalah Klub Renang “Ponorogo Swimming Club” (PSC), dengan atlitnya sejumlah 70 orang. Permasalahan mitra adalah belum optimalnya peran serta mitra dalam mencegah kegawatan di kolam renang serta belum mampu memberikan pertolongan kejadian tenggelam. Metode pengabdian dengan Focus Group Discusion tentang permasalahan kegawatan di air dan peran komunitas renang dalam pencegahan kecelakaan di air, serta pengenalan pertolongan dasar kejadian tenggelam. Pelaksanaan pengabdian FGD tentang permasalahan kegawatan di air, dan peran komunitas renang dalam meningkatkan pencegahan kecelakaan di air dilaksanakan Minggu, 1 Maret 2020 jam 09.00 s/d 11.00 di kolam renang Tirto Menggolo. Kegiatan pengenalan pertolongan henti nafas dan henti jantung akibat tenggelam melalui media video yang disosialisasikan pada mitra pada hari minggu, 08 Maret 2020 di kolam renang tirto menggolo. Evaluasi hasil pelaksanaan program pengabdian ini pelatih renang, pengelola kolam dan atlit renang mengenal dan bisa mempraktekkan pertolongan henti nafas dan jantung di kolam renang.

Abstract

Cultural heritage relics in an area are historical evidence that need to be maintained and preserved. The cultural reserve found in Toweren Uken in the form of the traditional house of King Baluntara (wilderness). Its existence provided information regarding the formation of kingdom in the 18th century in Central Aceh. The king’s residence is a house on stilts decorated with several typical Gayo openwork ornament. Inside it is built with seven rooms with various functions which known as Umah Edet Pitu Ruang. Apart the traditional house, the village has a very diverse natural potential. It is located among Birah Panyang mountain with beautiful scenery. It has Flora, in the form of coffee plantations, rice fields and another plants. It has fauna, in the form of lake area that becomes the habitat of many types of fish and aquatic animal. The village surrounding that still traditional has potential to become a tourism of village. However, the village still needs further exploration with the stakeholder, village official and the community. Promotion is one way to make this cultural heritage known in a wider community nationally and internationally

Abstract

: Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan motivasi secara daring kepada siswa SMA/SMK yang tinggal di Kelurahan Dendang agar melanjutkan melanjutkan pendidikan ke Perguruan Tinggi di tengah masalah pandemic covid-19. Subjek pengabdian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMA/SMK di Kelurahan Dendang Tirta sebanyak 32 orang yang diambil secara purvosivesampling melalui undnagan e-brosur. Setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian maka dilanjutkan dengan metode survey untuk menjaring data peserta yang melanjutkan ke Perguruan Tinggi. Data peserta dianalisis secara deskriptif kuatitatiif dan didapatkan ahsil 56,25% peserta melanjutkan pendidikan ke Perguruan Tinggi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan kegiatan pemberian motivasi dikategorikan cukup berhasil.

SMEs are still unable to increase creativity in producing a product and also have difficulty marketing their products. have not been able to make pamphlets as a promotional tool in social media. This is an obstacle experienced by SMEs Embroidery Curtain Salingkuang. The marketing mix strategy model is a tactical marketing tool that is combined by a company or entrepreneur to produce the desired response in the target market and pursue sales targets. The method used in providing counseling and community service training is to achieve the following objectives: pretest, lecture, direct practice, media counseling, and posttest. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that this service activity provides positive results. This activity can help participants or business actors. Understand that there is a marketing mix strategy model in marketing their products so that the creativity of the participants in this embroidery business can increase in producing products that have good quality and quality according to consumer demand. thereby increasing the sales of their products.

Abstract

Instrumen merupakan alat ukur dari sebuah penelitian yang dilakukan. Keberadaan instrumen adalah hal yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dari sebuah penelitian. Karena apa yang menjadi topik pembicaraan dalam penelitian tentu akan tertuang dalam instrumen. Tujuan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini yaitu agar mahasiswa mampu menggali kemampuan yang dimiliki dalam menyusun berbagai instrumen penelitian sesuai dengan bidang ilmu yang ditekuni. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan yaitu coaching class. Hasil yang diperoleh melalui pelaksanaan pengabdian ini yaitu pengetahuan tentang pentingnya mengetahui pola penyusunan instrumen penelitian yang pada akhirnya tentu akan meringankan proses penyelesaian berbagai kasus dikehidupan sehari-hari bahkan jurusan masing-masing.
