Abstract

It is undeniable that humans as an active subject highly involve in colouring religion, necessarily leading to the belief in the existence of God. God is then described in accordance with certain narratives based on their knowledge and experience. Some suggest with majestic beauty through an emphasis on Jamaliyah that the narrative invites sympathy and longing for God. On the contrary, some also emphasize on Jalaliyah, so the narrative leads to fear in His punishment. This paper presents a comprehensive description of God under the literary narratives of Sufi, the practitioners of Sufism, widely known as people who emphasize on the esoteric side of religion. God, in the narrative of Sufi, is the Supreme, Most Gracious, and Loving. According to them, God manifests in various entities, so everything in the universe is 'deified'. Only the One God is worshipped while others only need to be respected. Keywords: God, literature, religion, Sufi, Sufism

The results of this study using Paul Ricoeur hermeneutics analysis there are two concepts, namely structural and phenomenal interpretation. In structural interpretation, women are metaphors of natural beauty metaphors, and men are loyal lovers. And in a phenomenal interpretation, a woman is a woman who has a smooth, gentle character, full of coolness and sincere affection of all time, so that she can grow a good generation. A man's love for women should never be interrupted and in fact must always give more to all roles and struggles of women in a family.

Abstract

AbstractPoetry is a form of expression by a poet in describing a certain thing. It is the same with Sumtu poetry, which describes Palestine's longing for Gaza. This study aims to determine the form of the intrinsic and extrinsic elements in Mahmud Darwish's Sumtu Min Ajli Ghazah based on Goldman's perspective. This research is a descriptive qualitative study with a genetic structuralism approach. In collecting the data, the researcher applied reading and note-taking techniques. Then, they were analyzed based on the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the concept of human facts were the problems of misery, oppression, and human violence in Palestine. The concept of a collective subject was a representation of two large conflicting groups consisting of the Israeli Society as superior and the Gazan people as inferior. This poem's world view is to reveal the author's partiality to the Palestinian people to face Israeli oppression. Besides, the concept of understanding - explanation describes societal factors and individual factors. The social factor was also the author's concern for the social situation around him caused by humanitarian problems that never end. Meanwhile, the individual factor that appeared in the poetry reflects the author's thoughts and feelings towards humanitarian problems that never stop in his country.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain and identify the conflicting meanings in Arabic. It refers to the Muqabalah Theory in Balaghah, and At-Tadzat in Semantics using Ali Al-Khouli’s opinion, there are also different patterns of sentence contradiction, which justifies the importance of this study. The data were obtained from AL-Qur'an Surah Al-Baqarah. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method. In Balaghah At-Taqabuly or Al-Muqabalah is a sequence of contradictory meanings; while in the Semantics, it is called At-Tadzat which literally means Antonym. In line with the At-Taqabuly or Al-Muqabalah, it has no special division. But in semantics, there is a difference between the old meaning and the new meaning. In the old meaning, At-Tadzat is interpreted as a different word but has the same meaning, and conversely Ali Al-Khouli interpreted At-Tadzat as 2 opposing words which are the understanding of At-Tadzat in a new meaning. At -Tadzat is divided into 9 parts: 1) Al-Had, 2) Al-'Aks, 3) Al-Mutadarrij, 4) Al-Imtidadi, 5) Al-'Amudy, 6) Al-Juz'i, 7) Al -Dairi, 8) Al-Rutbi, 9) Al-Intisab. In this study only found 5 types of At-Tadzat namely Al-Had, 2) Al-'Aks, 3) Al-Mutadarrij, 4) Al-Imtidadi, 5) Al-'Amudy.
