Abstract

Using the website as an information system to support internal activities is one of the factors for the success and progress of educational institutions. One is using information systems to facilitate the academic community in registering for graduation. At STT Nurul Fikri, the registration process for graduation was still done manually and was too time-consuming. The purpose of this study was to design and build a website-based graduation registration information system (SIPUDA) using the Yii 2 framework. The method used in this research is a case study that collects data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are a graduation registration information system that can help students register for graduation at STT Nurul Fikri whenever and wherever they are without having to take up a lot of time. However, a feature that has not been successfully created is the notification feature integrated directly with student emails.

Abstract

A website must meet the needs of its users. Of course, when users access a website, they are sure to find the information they are looking for. For this reason, it is necessary to pay attention to the web page that meets the needs of its users. In paying attention to this, an evaluation of the usability of the user interfaces on the website of PT. Enzym Biotechnology Internusa with feedback provided by users based on their experiences when interacting with the website. It is hoped that with this test, the results of the usability of the user interface design on the website using the Heuristics Evaluation method can be known, and the results of the analysis can determine the effect of effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of information experienced by users on the website. The test method uses Heuristics Evaluation, with a sample of ordinary users and users who usually access the website; data collection is done using a questionnaire. The results obtained from this study showed that respondents agreed that the overall Heuristics aspect was quite good, the website's usability was relatively easy to understand, the display met user expectations, and the information provided was entirely in line with reality.

Abstract

This study focuses on implementing a geographic information system using ArcGIS 10.8 software to manage chili plantations in Clekatakan Village, Kab. Pemalang. The purpose of this study is the implementation of a geographic information system (GIS) for chili plantation management that can display the distribution of plantation area and design a GIS that has the feature of calculating chili production predictions in the following year, as well as knowing the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the system made. The development method used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP). This research is a mixed method, a combination of quantitative and qualitative research types. Qualitative research with a case study approach to design a GIS to be implemented. Quantitative analysis for processing production prediction data. To make predictions using the Double Exponential Smoothing Holt forecasting method. The result of this research is the presentation of plantation mapping information using Arcgis 10.8 for chili plantation management. The system evaluation results using the Black Box and User Acceptance Test (UAT) method conducted by the user stated that the system was successfully implemented and quite helpful for monitoring chili plantations in Clekatakan Village. The system created in this study succeeded in designing a map of the distribution of chili plantations and other information and predicting harvest times using ArcGIS Desktop 10.8 software. The production prediction feature has been successfully implemented in a different system, which is implemented in Microsoft Excel.

Abstract

Baitul Maal Foundation PLN West Kalimantan Regional Main Unit, as one of the National Amil Zakat Institutions, develops various programs, including da'wah programs. The da'wah program, until now, in providing reports is still manual. The manual system has resulted in several problems, including submitting da'wah reports to the YBM PLN West Kalimantan Regional Main Unit. So we need a da'wah reporting application design to make it easier to submit reports. Building this system is carried out with the stages of data collection, namely literature studies, and interviews. System design and development phases using the Unified Modeling Language diagram modeling and the Unified Process development model. The program's implementation in this application uses the PHP programming language, Laravel Framework, and MySql database. Based on testing the application's functionality using Black Box, the percentage of success is 100%. For the UAT test, the results are 100% on the admin side, 100% on the day side, and 100% on the guest side. Meanwhile, from the results of the questionnaire given to 10 respondents regarding the feasibility of the application, 90% of the results were obtained. It can conclude that the application of the da'wah reporting system makes it easier for the dai to provide reports.

Abstract

Dua is a series of worship related to the perfection of a Muslim's faith. In Islam, there are many prayers so that Muslims can remember their daily prayers, and media is needed to facilitate it. The media that is easy to use, and almost everyone has it, is a smartphone. Currently, prayer applications on smartphones have been widely developed, but based on surveys and observations made by the author to prayer application users, there are perceived shortcomings, including annoying ads, unattractive interface, unclear writing, and slow performance. This study aims to build an application that is attractive and convenient to use. This application is built with several technologies, including React Native Framework and Laravel. The development method used in this study uses the Waterfall method and UML Diagrams as the design system. The result of this research is an Android-based prayer collection application with several features: prayer list, prayer search, favorite prayer, prayer reminder, prayer category, prayer sharing, and prayer manager admin. Based on the System Usability Scale test with an average score of more than 85 points, it can conclude that the prayer collection application that has been built in this study is attractive and comfortable to use by a Muslim.

Abstract

Harapan Bangsa Vocational School is a private vocational high school that currently uses information technology in the form of a school website to support teaching and learning activities. There is a problem on the school's website that it is not optimal in terms of access to the level of convenience by students. This study will redesign the school website by applying material design and the approach to aspects of the Usability Nielsen's Model. The website has easy access from aspects of learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction. The final result of the website redesign of the Harapan Bangsa Vocational School using a Likert scale of 5, the average usability value was 4.03, which means that the website's appearance has been good in applying the five categories of usability the Nielsen Model.

Abstract

Books about hadith are often found in bookstores and libraries. Although someone can access hadith via books, not all Indonesians have hadith books and are less interested in looking for hadith via book format. With the development of technology, bots or chatbots in the Telegram application provide information more easily. Hadith search using bot technology is required to make it easier for people the search about hadith. Telegram bot creation for hadith searches using data from Sahih Bukhari's book. The compiler of the Sahih Bukhari book group the hadiths according to specific topics into several books and chapters. The purpose of the make it easier to look at the hadith by the chapter. Telegram bot creation used the prototyping method and successfully created the bot as a hadith search service. Based on Black Box testing, the bot success ran all commands as expected. The User Acceptance Test (UAT) on the bot got a total result of 82,8%. The test results show that respondents' level of acceptance by the Telegram bot for hadith search includes the category strongly agree. From the results of the UAT test, it can conclude that users can accept and use the bot according to their needs.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology, especially mobile phones, has a considerable impact, including in the school education environment. Children at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level are particularly vulnerable to the influence of these technological advances. The Quran is a guide for Muslims in various parts of the world. The way to read the Quran can be learned in tajweed learning. The learning process of tajweed at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level currently uses textbooks, explains the material, gives examples, and gives practice questions to students, which seem monotonous and make children bored to participate in learning activities. This study aims to develop an interactive and new-looking learning media to increase students' interest in learning tajweed. This study used the Research and Development version of the ADDIE model with five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The ADDIE method has a systematic structure and steps that are simple and easy to learn. This research resulted in a learning media in the form of a tajweed educational game with the results of the respondent's achievement level test of 81.3% with a suitable category so that the game application can be used in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Abstract

Human Activity Recognition is a technology that introduces human body movement using an accelerometer, gyroscope, global positioning system, and camera. The early emergence of the support vector machine method was used to classify 2 classes, so development was needed to overcome multiclass problems and a large number of large-scale datasets resulted in suboptimal performance. The purpose of this paper is to apply the ensemble Support Vector Machine method in classifying the movement of walking, running, and climbing stairs based on accelerometer and gyroscope sensors on smartphones. And see the performance of the Ensemble Support Vector Machine method when using linear kernels and RBF. The results of the Support Vector Machine linear kernel accuracy of 79.66% and an increase of 88.01% after using the ensemble. While the accuracy for the Support Vector Machine kernel RBF is 79.51 and an increase of 88.04% after using the ensemble.
