Abstract

Working in the perspective of the Holy Quran is the duty of every Muslim. Work is not just to meet the necessities of life, but is a worship to glorify and increase its degree. Every work done because of Allah is the same as doing Jihad fῑ  Sabῑ lillah. Jihad in work requires motivation, discipline and a work ethic based on the Holy Quran and Hadith. The work ethic in Islam will be faced with three responsibilities, namely towards Allah, himself, and others as a manifestation of his faith. A person's work success is determined by a high work ethic rooted in him. The  motivation  and  work  ethic  in  Islam  is  that  which emphasizes the values of the Qur'an. It is an obligation for humans as beings who have many needs and interests in life to work to meet all their needs. A Muslim must balance between the needs of the world and the hereafter. A Muslim is not only oriented to the interests of the afterlife, but also must think about his worldly interests, therefore it is necessary to empower the work ethic of society.

Abstract

Peranan keluarga paling utama dan pertama yaitu dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai keagamaan. Dalam hal ini orang tua memiliki peran yang sangat penting, serta orang tua merupakan guru pertama dan utama bagi pendidikan anak. Maka orang tualah sebagai kunci utama keberhasilan seorang anak. Mengingat penting serta kompleksnya masalah keberagamaan anakmaka orang tua sebaiknyamenanamkan keagaaman sejak dini, untuk memperkokoh pondasi yang dimiliki anak sehingga di kemudian hari anak tidak terpengaruh akan lingkungan luar rumah. Karena agar ketika dewasa anak akan cenderung bersikap positif terhadap agamanya.

Abstract

Social welfare aims to eliminate or reduce the pressures caused by socio-economic changes, avoid negative social consequences due to development and create conditions that can encourage increased community welfare. The corona pandemic that occurred became a scourge for the people of Duri city. The city of Duri is a diverse, pluralistic, or multiculturalistic society. Government regulations that require people to do social restrictions (social distancing) make hampered in the economic process of society. This study aims to (1) identify the impact caused by social distancing (2) steps taken by the community during the corona pandemic era. The approach of this research is descriptive qualitative. The data of this study is the impact of social distancing for the people of Kota Thorn. The data source comes from several communities in the City of Duri. Collecting data in this study using interview techniques, records, and continued notes. Data analysis in this study used an interactive method through three stages namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed (1) the impact caused by social restrictions (social distancing) for the community (2) steps taken by the community during the Covid-19 pandemic era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriftif analitis, teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data ada tiga, yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, ketiga teknik tersebut terkadang digunakan dalam suatu kegiatan tetapi ada juga tidak, untuk mencari keotentikan data-data penelitian, penulis menggunakan teknik trianggulasi data.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) Strategi BAZNAS dalam Pemberdayaan Zakat Produktif bagi UKM dengan memanfaatkan media pers untuk mensosialisasikan program kepada masyarakat, menjalin kerjasama dengan instansi pemerintah maupun swasta dan  membentuk  relawan  untuk mencari penyalur zakat. 2) Proses pemantauan dan evaluasi pemberdayaan zakat produktif untuk UKM dilakukan dengan melakukan survei kepada penerima zakat dan membuat laporan lisan maupun tulisan sebagai bentuk pertanggung jawaban terhadap program yang dilaksanakan.

Abstract

Bina Netra Social House "Tuah Sakato" Padang as a social institution empowerment to change the condition of the blind from helpless to be powerless so as to change the perception of the community that blind people only waiting for a helping hand from others without having to try, to achieve such a thing is not simple, systematic, sustainable and appropriate empowerment with the ability to match the limitations of the visually impaired. the issue is very interesting to be studied in depth with the first aim to reveal the forms of blind spiritual empowerment in the "Tuah Sakato" Panti Social House. Secondly to reveal the forms of blind intellectual empowerment in Bina Netra Social House "Tuah Sakato" Padang. Third to reveal the forms of economic empowerment of the blind at Bina Netra Social House "Tuah Sakato" Padang. fourth to reveal the forms of blind social empowerment in Bina Netra Social House "Tuah Sakato" Padang. by using descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study reveal that; the first spiritual empowerment at Bina Netra Social House "Tuah Sakato" Padang, covers the implementation of worship such as prayers, reading the Qur'an and practice tabligh. both intellectual empowerment at Bina Netra Social Institution "Tuah Sakato" Padang is providing science such as learning braille, KIAB (Braille Arabic Course), typing braille, computer program braille. the third economic empowerment in Panti Sosial Bina Netra "Tuah Sakato" Padang with the awareness, pengkapasitasan, and empowerment through the skills of shiatsu, massage, skill of thunder, craft skills. the fourth social empowerment at Bina Netra Social House "Tuah Sakato" Padang using OM (Mobility Orientation) method recognize environment, move environment, interact with environment, grow mutual help to help.

Abstract

Kaum  fakir  dan  miskin adalah  dua  kelompok  kaum lemah  (dhu‟afa)  yang  banyak disebutkan Al-Qur‟an. Ketika Al-Qur‟an berbicara  tentang  kedua kelompok  tersebut umumnya dalam konteks bagaimana mengentaskan kemiskinan yang mereka hadapi. Dari telaah atas ayat-ayat Al-Qur‟an tentang pemberdayaan fakir  miskin  diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa upaya pengentasan kemiskinan dan pemberdayaan kaum fakir dan miskin menurut Al-Qur‟an terkait  dengan  pemanfaatan dan distribusi harta. Ayat-ayat Al-Qur‟an yang berbicara tentang harta ada yang berupa perintah dan anjuran dan yang kedua berupa larangan. Dari dua ketentuan ini, Al-Quran menempuh beberapa model langkah untuk pemberdayaan fakir miskin, yaitu perintah bekerja, perintah memberi makanan pokok, perintah berinfak, perintah mengeluarkan zakat, pemberian dari sebagian harta warisan, pembagian ganimah dan fa‟i, larangan  monopoli (ihtikār) dan menimbun harta (iktināz). Beberapa model pemberdayaan di atas dapat dibagi menjadi dua kelompok; langkah- langkah yang bersifat struktural dan yang bersifat kultural. Langkah struktural lebih ditekankan  kepada  lembaga  khusus  yang  menanganinya agar  berjalan  dengan  baik, sedangkan langkah kultural lebih ditekankan pada individu, baik individu yang diharapkan menjadi salah satu subjek pengentasan kemiskinan dan pemberdayaan kaum fakir dan miskin maupun yang menjadi objeknya. Pada langkah struktural maupun kultural, keterlibatan pemerintah sangat diperlukan, bahkan dipandang sebagai sebuah keniscayaan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tafsir surah Yusuf, Adapun metode penelitiannya menggunakan penelitian pustaka, dengan mengambil berbagai referensi yang menjelaskan tentang surah Yusuf. Sedangkan hasil penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan hikmah yang bisa diambil dari kisah pada ayat di atas yaitu tentang nilai takwa kepada Allah swt., pada kisah ini tergambar dengan jelas keridhaan dan sifat tawakkal Nabi Yūsuf as.

Abstract

 Da'i as an example of society, which is demanded to be more qualified and able to interpret the da'wah messages to the community in accordance with the demands of the development of the people. The aspects that must be considered in building processional preachers are through the regeneration of preachers in the city of Duri. Based on observations of empowerment of professional da'i in the city of Duri has not been maximized, this is due to the finding that people are disappointed with the da'i who are in the city of Duri.

Abstract

Talking about teenagers is always interesting, from the point of view of biological, psychological, social and spiritual conditions. For spiritual conditions, adolescents are in a critical condition of thinking about religious activities, so they always want the effects of religious practices to get a sense of security. Therefore, what are the ways and experiences that teenagers must have in order to be able to adapt in changing situations or very diverse cultures. Adolescent adaptability is needed in order to remain independent and ready to face the future that has been planned (even the demands of the family and the environment). Guidance and counseling with a cultural approach of "diversity or diversity in diversity" provides opportunities for adolescents to have resilience (flexibility) in facing life conditions in the 21st century which are full of very fast changes and demands for perfection in a practical way. Thus, teenagers with various uniqueness and demands of the socio-cultural environment will survive and become strong teenagers to excel in various aspects of life in continuing the ideals of family, nation and religion.

Abstract

Form of public service has been multifaceted, service may include goods real, goods not real, and may also be in the form of services. The government issued policy that aims to give social protection and social security. One form of the protection is is giving protection and service for people with social welfare problems. The purpose of this research is to know picture people with social welfare problems that develops in the kabupaten indragiri hilir; the efforts being done by the agency social and labor District Indragiri Hilir in giving public service to residents people with social welfare problems and the factors that affect the implementation of the public service to people with social welfare problems in District Indragiri Hilir.This research research using qualitative approach with instrument research in-depth interviews so the handling can be known on the community people with social welfare problems had been conducted by the district government Indragiri Hilir. The type of people with social welfare problems in the district of Indragiri Hilir, that as many as 28 type and totaled 41.915 people. In in search of solutions to the problems people with social welfare problems in in providing services based on justice, empowerment that encourages self-reliance, and development that create wealth has not been applied in an optimum manner, because of the number of problems and limitations, among them the limited funds, the number of people with social welfare problems that change and grow, government officials resources limited, there has been no public awareness and the private sector to handle problems together people with social welfare problems
