Jurnal Tika merupakan jurnal peer review yang diterbitkan tiga kali dalam setahun (April, Agustus, dan Desember) oleh Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Almuslim Bireuen - Aceh. Jurnal Tika meliput penelitian di bidang Teknologi Informasi, Sistem Informasi, Teknik Komputer, Ilmu Komputer dan lain-lain. Redaksi mengundang dosen penelitian, reviewer, praktisi, mahasiswa, dan pengamat untuk berkontribusi pada jurnal ini. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris. Jurnal Tika adalah jurnal ilmiah nasional yang terbuka untuk mencari inovasi, kreativitas dan kebaruan. Baik itu surat, catatan penelitian, artikel, artikel pelengkap, atau artikel ulasan. The Brassisca Rapa L plant, commonly referred to as pakcoy, is a vegetable renowned for its economically significant leaves. Pakcoy thrives in both highland and lowland regions, characterized by its rapid harvest cycle and straightforward cultivation process. However, the marked increase in pakcoy cultivation has rendered the crop susceptible to diseases caused by fungi, viruses, pests, and other microbes, highlighting the necessity for effective management strategies to mitigate crop failure. This study explores the application of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) in the identification of pakcoy diseases through advanced pattern recognition and image analysis techniques. Utilizing a dataset comprising 1000 images of pakcoy leaves—500 depicting diseased specimens and 500 healthy ones—sourced from greenhouse plants, the images are processed using CNN with RGB configurations at a resolution of 512x512 pixels. The data training, conducted with the Adam optimizer, achieved an accuracy rate of 89.12% and a loss value of 0.240. The findings demonstrate that the CNN methodology is highly effective in accurately classifying diseases in pakcoy, thereby providing a robust framework for informed decision-making in disease prevention and management for pakcoy crops

Evaluation of student satisfaction is an important component in the educational process. This research aims to assess the level of student satisfaction with learning material. The analysis used is satisfaction survey analysis in viewing variables, analyzing variables and quantitative data analysis. The importance of a personal approach in education, where effective teaching skills and quality interaction between teachers and students play a vital role in increasing learning satisfaction. The importance of the analysis shows that the KNN model has high accuracy in classifying student satisfaction levels. The research results show that student satisfaction is influenced by the relevance of the material, teaching methods, and interaction with the instructor. The results of this research provide recommendations for increasing student satisfaction including curriculum adjustments, teacher training, and development of more interactive learning materials. It is hoped that this research can provide valuable input for schools and educators in improving the quality of teaching and relationships with students. Analyze the KNN model to find the largest number of classes from the nearest neighbors and set that class as the test data class. In the ranking order there are more satisfied categories. So, data with rk = (5; 8; 8; 9) is included in the Satisfied category. analysis results: V1 is Dissatisfied with a value of 2, V2 with a Satisfied value of 2.828, V3 is Satisfied with a value of 3.464, V4 with a Dissatisfied value of 3.605 and finally V5 with Satisfied worth of 4.123.

The New Student Registration Information System is a very important and digital platform designed to facilitate the process of registering new students at educational institutions. The system developed is expected to increase efficiency, transparency and accessibility in the new student registration process, while reducing administrative burden and manual data errors. Pante Bidari 2 Public Middle School in East Aceh does not yet have a full role for information technology in supporting the smooth running of school activities related to . This system is also very useful for the school, specifically the committee or teachers who are authorized to carry out the process of admitting new students so that the procedures and process for admitting new students run smoothly more effectively and efficiently. Stages in collecting observation data, literature study and conducting interviews during research activities. The aim of this research is to create a Web-based New Student Admissions Information System to make it easier for prospective students and the school in the process of registering and accepting new students. The result of this research is that you can manage new student admission data easily. The web-based New Student Admissions Information System is a technological solution designed to modernize the process of admitting new students to educational institutions. This system also supports transparency and accuracy of information related to the registration process, such as requirements, test schedules, registration fees, and graduation announcements. Implementation of this system has been proven to increase efficiency and minimize errors that often occur in manual processes, while making it easier for prospective students to register students.

Acne is a face health problem that makes some people who want to have a healthy face to be afraid. One of the causes of acne is due to air pollution. Although harmless, acne causes emotional and social disorders due to the discomfort caused by acne. Nowadays, people choose ready-to-use products that have been produced by a beauty clinic to treat their face. Evaluation of acne is traditionally done by dermatologists in the medical environment. However, the desire of the patient is to be able to consult with doctor using an easy way to do anytime and anywhere. With limit time, doctor also feel in terms of the amount of time to consult with the patient. Therefore, this research was done to build a face health app based on android mobile as an easy way to do a consultation called PIMPAD. With the PIMPAD app, patients an doctors can conduct consultations related to facial health through the chat feature available on the app. The end result of this study is to produce a face health app based on android mobile with chat features using a kotlin built as an easy way to do consultation between patients and doctors that can be used anytime and anywhere.

The development of the IT world today has penetrated into all sectors of human life, one of which is the education sector. However, the implementation that occurs in the field has not been fully maximized, considering that there are still educational institutions that still seem half-hearted in implementing information technology. This happens due to various problems, such as lack of funds for IT development, IT infrastructure that is still minimal, especially for educational institutions located far from urban areas, human resources that are still lacking in skills and knowledge and various factors. Many efforts can be taken to improve this, one of which is as carried out in this study. The focus of this research is to develop an application by applying the ROC-SMARTER method so that it can be used by MTsN 2 Bireuen in determining the superior student cluster. From the implementation of the research using the ADDIE approach (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) it was found that the case of determining the cluster of superior students at MTsN 2 Bireuen could be solved effectively and efficiently where previously it was done using manual and traditional methods

The increasingly widespread use of information technology has an impact on the efficiency of everyday human work. Conventional work models have been abandoned by many people today and switch to work models involving information technology devices, especially computers. One of the cases currently being faced by the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Bireuen Regency is that the distribution process of PNS and Honorary teachers to all madrasas in Bireuen Regency is hampered by the complexity of the problems being faced. The main problem is the difficulty of knowing the teacher needs for each madrasa in the district, because the madrasas are managed not only at the elementary school level, but also at the first and upper levels with a total of about 134 madrasas. This is certainly very difficult if the management of teacher distribution is done manually and conventionally by relying on written records. Therefore, in this study, the development of a madrasah teacher distribution information system in the Ministry of Religion of Bireuen Regency was carried out through the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model approach. The results achieved are that the RAD model is very suitable to be applied to the case of developing teacher distribution information systems because the RAD model involves users directly in the development process, making it easier for developers to map existing business processes. The RAD model also has an impact on the efficiency of application development time being relatively short with a high level of user satisfaction

The increasing conversion of land to non-agricultural land, especially in Indonesia, has resulted in the development of many agricultural models that no longer depend on large tracts of land or agricultural land. The current hydroponic model is one of the modern technologies that is easy to develop without relying on agricultural land. This is because hydroponics is an agricultural model that does not use soil as a growing medium, but plants are only fed with nutrient fluids through plant roots. Hydroponic gardens generally use a parallon type of pipe installation to drain nutrients by using a pump as the irrigation method. In addition, hydroponic gardens are also required to check nutrient levels regularly at 560-840 ppm. This is because sometimes ppm of nutrients will affect hydroponic plants if the number is outside this range. The problem is that the garden manager is required to control the nutrient levels 2 times a day, in the morning and evening, which is certainly very inconvenient for the garden manager. Therefore, in this study, the development of hydroponic garden monitoring technology based on IoT technology that can provide reports on nutrient levels via smartphones. The results of the research conducted are that the application developed is able to control the condition of the hydroponic garden in real time. In addition, through the use of solar panel technology, hydroponic gardens are also able to supply electricity for their operations without having to rely on electricity supply from PLN

The education sector is one of the sectors that apply computerized information technology the most. This certainly has an impact on the continuous development of computer technology both in terms of hardware and software. One of the cases in the field of education that involves computers is the selection of the best principal using the decision support method. Decision support method is a method that can be used to provide recommendations on alternatives that have been previously determined based on predetermined criteria. In this study, a decision support model was developed using a combination of two methods, namely the Entropy and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. The entropy method is used to calculate the entropy value and normalized entropy, while the SAW method is used to normalize and rank alternatives based on the existing criteria. The results obtained are that the use of these two methods is considered better than using only one method, both entropy and SAW

The use of computer technology has penetrated into various fields in completing work. Work that requires high accuracy, is carried out repeatedly and requires fast processing time is no longer appropriate for humans to do using conventional methods. Computer involvement has become an obligation in completing the work. One of the cases that require computer involvement is the case of decision making in an organization or company, or in computer science terms it is often called a decision support system. Many decision support models have been developed to improve the model's performance in performing calculations. In this study, a decision support model was also developed to choose the chairman of OSIM MAN 7 Bireuen using the Weighted Product (WP) method through a fuzzy logic approach as the initial weighting of criteria and alternatives. The results obtained are the calculation of the WP model more optimally with the help of weighting through a fuzzy logic approach. The final result of this research is the existence of a computerized system that is able to calculate alternative recommendations for the chairman of OSIM MAN 7 Bireuen, totaling 12 alternatives with 4 criteria

The use of information technology, especially computer network-based applications, is currently increasingly widespread. This is indicated by the number of educational institutions that have begun to apply this technology to solve various problems faced. One of the educational institutions currently committed to implementing information technology is the Almuslim Integrated Islamic Boarding School. This study aims to develop an information system for the registration of prospective new students at the Almuslim Integrated Islamic Boarding School based on a responsive website using the Extreme Programming (XP) method. This method is used to achieve the ultimate goal of system development quickly and effectively. Development Based on the system implemented, this method is able to accommodate the system development process quickly with a focus on the process of writing program code. The results obtained are a responsive website-based information system for registration of prospective new students which was developed in a short time. This result is different from the development of the previous system using the waterfall model
