Abstract

Hypertension is one of the main problems in developed and developing countries. Someone who has hypertension is often associated with high levels of sodium in the body, so the body needs minerals in the form of potassium which is able to complete the function of sodium. This study aims to develop high- potassium distilled food products in the form of kue lumpur with the substitution of king banana flour for patients with hypertension. The design used in this study was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) 4 treatment formulation of plantain flour : flour, namely 25%: 75%, 50%: 50%, 75%: 25%, and 100%: 0% with as many repetitions as many 5 times. Based on the results of the study, kue lumpur with the proportion of king banana flour 25% and wheat flour 75% produced the best kue lumpur product from the results of the organoleptic test with a mean value of 3.49 (likes), 3.44 taste (likes), aroma 3 , 17 (normal), and texture 3.84 (like). The results of the mud cake chemical test with the best treatment had 233.6 kcal of energy, protein content of 3.94%, fat 5.70%, carbohydrate 41.55%, ash 0.98%, water 47.83% and potassium 88.6 mg. The physical test results in the form of a kue lumpur texture analyzer with the best treatment that is equal to 4.06N. For one time consumption, patients are encouraged to consume 2 pieces of kue lumpur with a content of 256.96 kcal, 4.3 grams of protein, 6.27 grams of fat, 45.71 grams of carbohydrates, and 97.46 mg of potassium. Within a day, the patient will be given 2 snack meals.

Abstract

Baby Incubator is a rigid box-like enclosure for protection temperature range 32 – 37oC and humidity range 50 – 60% RH inside. Heating temperature occurs in Baby Incubator because heating element on, while humidity occurs when water evaporation in chamber which will make the air in a wet state. If water in chamber is empty or runs out, then it will affect the humidity in Incubator and it’s dangerous for babies, because it make back burnt effect from air in incubator to hot, then is necessary monitoring with concept of IoT who utilize the web of the internet for get hold of data temperature, humidity and water in chamber to make nurses easier for monitoring. Researchers use methods reseach and development that would create a product concept of a circuit prototype Baby Incubator IoT Based. The hardware on this prototype is made up of Arduino uno, NodeMCU ESP32S, Seven Segment, Sensor DHT22, Sensor ultrasonic US-100, Buzzer and push button. Based on the results of testing and validation from media experts and material experts, the Baby Incubator Prototype tool with Waterlevel Sensor equipped with IoT-Based Water Tank Monitoring, it can be concluded that the prototype can be declared to meet the category of eligibility Very Eligible to apply or proceed to the mass production stage so that it can facilitate in the process of monitoring temperature, humidity, and water volume in the Baby Incubator tool.

Abstract

Shoulder wheel is a therapeutic equipment used to train the movement of the joints in the shoulder and prevent muscle shrinkage. This tool utilizes the rotation of the motor to assist the patient in moving the arm so that the constriction of the blood vessels in this area will decrease and the shrinking of the muscles in the patient can be prevented and is expected to be able to move like normal conditions. This shoulder wheel therapy tool is made with additional angle and time monitors to make it easier for operators and patients to perform joint range of motion exercises optimally. The purpose of making this shoulder wheel therapy tool is to make it easier for physiotherapy users to examine patients so that further actions do not increase the risk of injury to the shoulder of patients who have frozen shoulder. The tool designed in this study is controlled by Arduino Uno by utilizing an optocoupler sensor as an angle sensor and a 16X2 LCD as a monitor for the duration of therapy. A DC motor is used to move the wheel so that the wheel can rotate so that it can help therapy for patients. Based on the results of measuring the power supply voltage, the average measured voltage value is 11.2 VDC. Then the Buzzer voltage measurement obtained an average value of 4.87 VDC and the optocoupler sensor measurement for an angle of 45 degrees had an error percentage of 3.8%, an angle of 90 degrees with an error of 0.58% and at an angle of 180 degrees with a percentage error value 1%.

Abstract

The Intensive Care Unit is a special room for critically ill patients who require intensive care with or without hope for the patient to recover. In the patient's family, poor coping behavior will affect the way of communication and excessive behavior, thus affecting activities while waiting for patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between family spiritual coping and the level of anxiety of the patient's family in the ICU room. The research method was observational correlation with a cross sectional approach. The sample was the entire patient's family in the ICU Room as many as 69 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Spearman-Rho test. The results of statistical tests obtained p value (0.000) < (0.05) with a spearman rank value of - 0.660 which indicates the relationship both variables are very strong. So that the patient's family who has good spiritual coping also has mild anxiety.

Abstract

Pregnant women who experience psychological disorders are at risk of increasing premature birth by 1.55 times compared to healthy pregnancies, low birth weight, experiencing prolongation of the second stage, impaired immunity, hypertension and postpartum depression. The survey results in January 2023 among 10 pregnant women, 8 people experienced mild anxiety about being sick during the delivery process, 2 people experienced moderate anxiety where they were afraid of dying and afraid of not being able to give birth normally. One effort to overcome psychological disorders in pregnant women is to do pregnancy exercise in the form of prenatal yoga. This study used a pre-experiment with a post-trial design without a control group. The sampling technique is a total sampling of 35 primigravidas who experience anxiety at the Manding Health Center, Kab. Sumenep. Anxiety assessment using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scal. The treatment given was prenatal yoga 1x/week for 8 weeks with a duration of 60 minutes and data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results of the study showed that there was a decrease in anxiety after doing prenatal yoga. Where before the primigravida treatment, 25 people (71%) experienced moderate anxiety, 10 people (29%) had mild anxiety and those who had no anxiety (0%). After the intervention, the number of primigravidas who experienced moderate anxiety was 15 people (43%), mild anxiety was 11 people (32%) and no anxiety was 9 people (25%). Meanwhile, based on data analysis with the Wilcoxon test (P <0.05) it means that H0 is rejected, meaning there is a decrease in anxiety by doing prenatal yoga. The conclusion from the results of the study is that there is a decrease in anxiety in primigravidas at >28 weeks of gestation at the Manding Health Center. The suggestion for this research is that midwives can integrate prenatal yoga to reduce anxiety in primigravidas

Abstract

The prevalence of heart disease in Indonesia reaches 1.5% in the population of all ages, which means that among 100 people of all ages 1.5 suffer from heart disease. Central Java province ranks 8th with a prevalence of 1.6 of the total population. Ischemic Heart Disease (IHD) patients who are pro PAC procedures at the emergency room SMC RS Telogorejo experienced physical and psychological problems. This study aims to influence the caring behavior of nurses in overcoming anxiety in IHD patients undergoing percutaneous atrial catheter (PAC). This method research used a quasy experiment with one group pretest posttest design. The number of samples were 45 respondents with data collection techniques using total sampling. This research use Wilcoxon test. The results showed that there was an effect of nurse caring behavior in reducing anxiety patients undergoing PAC at the ER SMC Telogorejo (p value = 0.000). Therefore, nurses are expected to give caring behavior for reduce anxiety levels in IHD patients undergoing PAC.
