Abstract

Anemia in pregnancy can have devastating effects on both the mother and the fetus. The prevalence of anemia cases in pregnant women nationwide in 2018 was 48.9%. Anemia cases of pregnant women at Banjar Puskesmas in 2019 amounted to 62.22% and cases of anemia for pregnant women at BPM Hj. Eniyati in 2020 amounted to 67.81%. The average value of hemoglobin levels of pregnant women in the control group before treatment (pretest) was 9.85 gr / dl and after treatment (posttest) was 10.52 gr / dl. Whereas in the intervention group the average value of hemoglobin levels for pregnant women before treatment (pretest) was 9.74 gr / dl and after treatment (posttest) was 11.15 gr / dl. The statistical test results obtained p value = 0.000. There is an effect of consumption of sweet starfruit juice on hemoglobin levels in pregnant women at BPM Hj. Eniyati, Banjar District, Pandeglang Regency in 2020. It is recommended for pregnant women to check their Hb levels regularly and regularly consume Fe tablets of at least 90 tablets during pregnancy accompanied by consuming fruits containing vitamin C, one of which is sweet star fruit, which can increase hemoglobin levels.

Abstract

The Coverage Of Exclusive Breastfeeding Nationally In 2018 Was 67%, In Banten Province In 2019 It Was 71.32%, In Pandeglang Regency It Was 70.93% And In Saketi Health Center It Was 66.90%. This Coverage Is Still Far From The National Target Of 80%. The Results Of Interviews With 10 Breastfeeding Mothers In The Saketi Health Center Work Area, It Was Found That 60% Of Them Had Problems With Milk Production. To Determine The Effect Of Consumption Of Kepok Banana Heart Stew On Breast Milk Production In Breastfeeding Mothers In The Saketi Community Health Center, Pandeglang Regency In 2020.The Research Design Used A Quasi Experimental One Group Pretest And Posttest Design. The Sample In The Study Was 50 Respondents. The Sampling Technique Used Total Sampling. Data Were Collected Using Observation Sheets. Parametric Test Using Paired T-Test.The Average Milk Production Of Breastfeeding Mothers Before Consuming Kepok Banana Heart Stew (Pretest) Was 3.40 And After Consuming Kepok Banana Heart Stew (Posttest) The Average Value Of Breastfeeding Mother's Milk Production Was 8.32. The Statistical Test Results Obtained The Sig Value. Abstract

Integrated Management of Young Infants (MTBM) aims to accelerate the reduction in child mortality, improve child health services, to find out whether children need to be referred or not, to provide the ability for families and communities to be able to carry out care at home. The achievement of MTBM at Gadog Health Center during the last three years has decreased and has not yet reached the expected target indicators.To determine the factors that affect the effectiveness of Integrated Management of Young Infant (MTBM) services at Gadog Health Center, Garut Regency, West Java Province in 2020. This research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional design. The research sample was 60 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out by total sampling. Data were collected using interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate. The results of statistical tests showed that there was a significant relationship between completeness of facilities (p = 0.011), training (p = 0.003), competence (p = 0.027), motivation (p = 0.001) and the role of leadership (p = 0.035) with the effectiveness of Integrated Management services. Abstract

The growth and development of children is very dependent on the fulfillment of nutrition, problems in fulfilling nutrition such as difficulty eating in toddlers can cause growth and development disorders. One of the triggers for malnutrition is difficult eating behavior in children. Efforts to overcome eating difficulties can be done by pharmacological methods of giving mulvitamins and non-pharmacological methods of acupressure massage, herbs, acupuncture. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of tui na massage on feeding difficulties in children aged 1-3 years. This type of research is a Quasi Experiment with a one-group design with pre-test and post-test. The study population was toddlers aged 1-3 years. The sample in this study were 15 respondents aged 1-3 years old using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study used the Wilcoxon test data analysis. The results showed that Tui Na massage was effective in overcoming feeding difficulties in toddlers aged 1-3 years

Abstract

Kurang Energi Kronik (KEK) pada masa kehamilan yang diawali dan ditandai oleh rendahnya cadangan energi dalam jangka waktu cukup lama yang diukur dengan Lingkar Lengan Atas (LILA). (Kemenkes RI, 2015). Pada tahun 2019 di Puskesmas Tanah Sareal terdapat sebanyak 160 orang ibu hamil dengan 7 orang (4,3%) diantaranya mengalami Kekurangan Energi Kronik, sedangkan selama periode Januari s/d Juni 2020 dari total 70 orang ibu hamil 11 orang (15,4%) diantaranya mengalami Kekurangan Energi Kronik. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kekurangan energi kronik pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Tanah Sareal Bogor Tahun 2020. Desain penelitian ini adalah analitik korelatif dengan pendekatan Case Control yang menganalisis hubungan kausal dengan menggunakan logika terbalik, yaitu menentukan penyakit (outcome) terlebih dahulu kemudian mengidentifikasi penyebab (faktor risiko). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara usia ibu, pola makan, dan pengetahuan terhadap kejadian KEK. Variabel usia ibu memiliki kemungkinan 18,6 kali lebih tinggi untuk mengalami kekurangan energi kronik.

Abstract

Drinking water is needed for the body and plays an active role in the hydrolysis process, a major process in digestion. Regularly consuming water, helps as a solvent for nutrients in the form of monosaccharides, amino acids, fats, vitamins, minerals as well as oxygen and hormones, all of which are carried to all cells in need. The benefits of consuming water regularly are very good for the body because it functions as a solvent to transport the rest of the metabolism, carbon dioxide, urea and excess glucose in the body due to the inability of the pancreas to produce insulin, so that blood sugar levels increase (hyperglycemia), this is one of the causes. signs of diabetes mellitus. This study aims to examine the effect of drinking water on hyperglycemia in diabetes mellitus. This study aims to examine the effect of drinking water on hyperglycemia in diabetes mellitus. This study used a pre-experimental design with a static group comparation design, using accidental sampling technique, statistical analysis of paired t test and independent sample t test with a significant value of α <0.05. The results of the study, there was a significant difference in the level of blood sugar levels in the intervention group with the control group. Conclusion, drinking water regularly and in accordance with regulatory limits, will help physiologically reduce blood glucose levels in addition to getting insulin therapy.

Abstract

One of the efforts to maintain and improve mental health in the community, especially children aged toodler, is to optimize the stimulation of growth and development of children aged toodler in order to achieve developmental tasks according to stages and ages. This study aims to see the increase in the ability of parents to stimulate growth and development of Todler-aged children.The design used in this study was "Quasi-experimental pre-post test with control group" with therapeutic intervention group toodler therapy. The population in this study were mothers who had toddler age children with a total sample of 50 respondents. The therapy for this particular group was carried out for 8 weeks. From the results of this study it is known that there is an effect of therapeutic group therapy on mother’s cognitive and psychomotor abilities.

Abstract

This study aim to determine the results of the calculation of Bed Occupany Rate (BOR), Length Of Stay (LOS), Turn Over Interval (TOI), Bed Turn Over (BTO) on the use of beds in the Fakhrudin ward PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweg in 2018.The research method used was descriptive research with qualitative approach. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, with inpatient recapitulation data sample of Fakhrudin ward in 2018.The results of the calculation of BOR, LOS, TOI and BTO on the Fakhrudin ward in the first quarter of 2018 shows the values of BOR ​​in the coverage of 74-88%, the values of LOS and TOI in 3-4 days and 0.5-1 days respectively,, and the values of BTO in 19-21 times. So it was concluded that the use of beds was quite high. Therefore, it is required to add or relocate beds / rooms to the ward so that the demand for beds for inpatients is fulfilled without patient care system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the effect of the accuracy of the diagnosis code in cases of internal medicine on BPJS verification at PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng Hospital in 2018. This research was carried out at PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng Kebumen Hospital in Casemix Sub Section. This study uses descriptive method with a quantitative approach, samples taken by means of sample random sampling and using linear regression. Based on the results of the study and discussion of the accuracy of the provision of a diagnosis code in cases of internal disease as much as 59 (68.6%), while the inaccuracy of the provision of a diagnostic code in cases of internal disease was 27 (31.4%). Smooth verification of BPJS claims 54 (62.8%), while pending 32 (37.2%). While the results of a simple linear regression test the influence of the accuracy of the provision of diagnostic codes in cases of internal diseases against BPJS verification in PKU Muhammadiyah Sruweng Hospital obtained a significant value of 0,000. The significance value is <0.1, meaning that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted so that there is an influence between the accuracy of giving a diagnostic code in cases of internal disease to BPJS verification.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain an analysis of the accuracy of the reference diagnosis code for BPJS patients at the Buayan health center to diagnose out of PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong hospital. This research was conducted at the Buayan Health Center and PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong, in the medical record sub-section. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods, samples taken by means of sample random sampling and using linear regression. Based on the results of the study and the discussion of the accuracy of the reference diagnostic code for BPJS patients at the Buayan Community Health Center as much as 40 (64.5%), the inaccuracy of the reference diagnosis codes for BPJS patients at the Buayan Health Center was 22 (35.5%). The exact outpatient diagnosis of PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong was 40 (64.5%), while inaccurate diagnoses of PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong were 22 (35.5%). While the results of a simple linear regression analysis of the accuracy of the reference diagnosis code for BPJS patients at the Buayan Community Health Center on the outgoing diagnosis of PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong obtained a significance value of 0,000. The signification value is <0.1, meaning that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted so that there is an influence between the accuracy of the reference diagnosis code of BPJS patients at the Buayan Community Health Center on the outgoing diagnosis of PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong.
