Abstract

Data Riskdesdes (2018) shows mental prevalence continues to increase. In addition, emotional prevalence in older people> 15 years rose from 6% to 9.8%. World Drug Report data reports that 5% of the world's population uses addictive substances. Addictive substance users Update 15 years to 64 years (Syahrial, 2015). The method that can be used to help control depression using narcotics is complementary yoga therapy (Streeter et al, 2012). The design of this study was quasi-experimental with one group pretest posttest design. The subjects of this study were 40 people according to the criteria. The results of the study are based on paired t test results obtained by the value of the statistical test results obtained p value (0,000) <0.05 which means given a score of knowledge scores between before and published the results of the statistical test evaluation obtained p value (0,000) <0.05 which means there are differences in scores before and after the intervention.

Abstract

Hospitalization of the child results in anxiety in the parents, this occurs when the child receives nursing procedures, such as blood collection, infusion, injection, and other intensive procedures. The purpose of this study was to identify the level of anxiety in parents with hospitalized children in Majalaya District Hospital. The design of this research is quantitative descriptive. The study population was parents who had children with hospitalization in Majalaya District Hospital, during December totaling 118 people. The research sample of 97 people with a purposive sampling technique. Univariate data analysis method. The results showed that the anxiety level was 58 respondents (59.8%). Parental anxiety in hospitalized children in Majalaya Regional Hospital, in the category that is almost average parents experience moderate anxiety, including experiencing mild and severe anxiety. Patients and parents are expected to request information related to health development from family members who are being treated so as to reduce the anxiety experienced.

Abstract

Childbirth is a natural occurrence experienced by every pregnant woman. Postpartum mothers have problems with uterine involution. One activity that is recommended for mothers after childbirth is the puerperal exercises Pelvic Floor Muscle Treatment (PFMT) or exercises specifically performed for pelvic floor muscles. The research method uses quasy experiment with one group post test design with control. The total sample is 36 people. Sampling technique is done by consecutive sampling with random permutation block. The instrument of data collection that is observational sheet is doing direct observation to the object of research to look closely at the activities carried out. Observation sheet which includes Pelvic floor muscle training. Pelvic Floor Muscle Training exercises affect the acceleration of decreased uterine fundus height (TFU) in Postpartum mothers compared to not doing gymnastics. Health workers should try to provide counseling and counseling about the importance of Pelvic floor muscle training.

Abstract

Coriander (Coriandrum sativum) is a popular spice plant in Indonesia. Some active compounds contained in coriander seeds can be used as natural analgesics. This study aims to identify the functional groups contained in coriander seed extract. The solvent used to make coriander seed extract is ethanol and n-hexane, while the extraction method uses sohxlet. The extract obtained was then identified by its functional group using an Infrared spectrophotometer. The results of the identification of functional groups in the ethanol extract of coriander seeds showed some uptake that appeared at a wavelength of 3371.29 cm-1; 2923.59 cm-1; 2853.95 cm-1; 1583.22 cm-1; 1400.71 cm-1, and 1074.80 cm-1. The results of the identification of functional groups in the n-Hexane extract of coriander seeds showed some uptake that appeared at wavelengths of 2923.32 cm-1; 2853.41 cm-1; 1745.36 cm-1; 1461.9 cm-1; 1376.54 cm-1, 1161.67 cm-1, and 919.32 cm-1.

Abstract

The phenomenon of mental disorders throughout the world has become a very serious problem to be observed. There are around 21 milion people experience servere mental disorders. Patients with mental disorders tend to experience problems with personal hygiene. The purpose of writing this documentation study is to find out the description of self-care defisit in patients with Mr. O schizophrenia at Wisma Arjuna Yogyakarta Grhasia Mental Hospital and to find an overview of nursing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This documentation study uses a descriptive qualitative method that describes a case by utilizing a nursing care report in 2017. The result obtained in the case of Mr. O with a diagnosis of self-care deficit have been resolved. The conclusion from these results is that the patient has been able to use the toiletries provided and the patient says he is more confident because he is able to decorate and dress properly.

Abstract

The examination effect of salam leaf ethanolic extract where the purposed of this study was to determine the effect and concentration of salam leaves as antidiarrheals. Ethanol extract dosages of salam leaf given orally (mg/kgbw) was 15;20;25;30;and 35, carried out abservations on mice starting diarrhea, weight of faeces, frequency diarrhea, and the duration of diarrhea for 5 hours. Loperamide HCl given dose of 1 mg/kg is used comparison with negative control CMC-Na, and comparison of Loperamide HCl was the 56th minute, 57,3; 57,9; 59; 58; 64,3 ; 54,3. Stool weight obtained an average of 0,34; 0,35; 0,32; 0,25; 0,27; 0,53; 0,21. The frequency of diarrhea was 8,8; 8,6; 8,9; 9,3; 8,6; 11,2; 8,5. Onset of diarrheal was average of minutes was 206,8; 207,6 ; 209,2; 209; 206,2; 230 and 88. From the research results obtained ethanol extract salam leaves given antidiarrheal effects with an optimum dose of 35mg/kgbw.

Abstract

Helminths infection is the most common infection happens in Indonesia. It is caused by intestinal netamodes which is transmitted through soil (Soil Transmitted Helminths). These nematodes need soil to reach its infective stage. Helminths group that often contaminate vegetables are Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura, and Hookworm. Most of popular vegetable is easily contaminated by STH eggs is cabbage. Cabbage is usually being eaten in raw, in this case it can cause helminths infection. This research is conducted to overview the contamination of STH eggs on cabbage that sells in Pasar Sentra Antasari Banjarmasin. This study was descriptive survey and sampling technique is used in this study was purposive sampling. The microscopic examination of STH eggs was done by sedimentation method. The result showed that 2 (11,8%) of 17 samples from market were found positive contaminated by STH eggs. The contaminants were the eggs of Ascaris lumbricoides (5,9%) and Trichuris trichiura (5,9%). Wash and cook the vegetables before consumption as prevention efforts to avoid helminths infection

Abstract

Research on organic liquid soap formulations and the effectiveness test of Echericia coli bacteria from Aloe vera (Aloe vera linn) have been conducted. This research aims to formulate and test the effectiveness of liquid soap preparations using natural ingredients. The formulation is made by aloe vera leaves, sodium chloride, suji leaf coloring, and the lime scent with concentrations of 10%, 25%, and 50%. The results of the research organoleptic test process were the results of soap preparations with liquid texture, the lime scent and the typical green color of suji leaves. The pH of the observations was 6 for various concentrations. High liquid soap foam with 10% concentration obtained an average of 89.27 mm, a concentration of 25%, 69.46 mm, and a concentration of 50% with an average of 52.05 mm. the result of liquid test specific soap obtained from 10% concentration is 1.037g / ml, 25% concentration is 1.048 g / ml and 50% concentration is 1.059 g / ml. the resultsof research obstacles zone on Echericia coli bacteria obtained an average of 16.7 mm for a concentration of 10%, 18.7 mm for a concentration of 25%, and a obstacles zone of 22.7 mm for a concentration of 50% and for irritation test 100% found no irritation.

Abstract

Health care personnel especially in the emergency unit is most vulnerable to COVID-19 because the probability of direct contact with infected people is very high. The number of health workers who died due to COVID 19 starting from 7th May is 202 people. Objective: To know COVID-19 exposure risk to emergency unit nurses. Methods: This was descriptive quantitative research. The population was nurses working in the emergency units with 58 respondents taken with accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires consisting of 20 questions distributed online with Google form. Results: The result shows most of the respondents have a low risk of COVID19 with a total of 56 people (96.6%) and 2 people (3.48%) have high risk. Conclusion: The majority of emergency unit nurses currently have a low exposure risk of COVID-19. Keywords: Self-screening, COVID-19, emergency unit nurses

Abstract

Dating relationship is adolescence’s activity marked by interest and with uncertainty. In some dating relationships, there are violent cases. The incidence of dating relationship is the efforts that causes of having and striving to control or dominate others physically, psychologically, and sexually. Sexual violence in dating violence experienced by young women leads to a loss that affects the future and leads to depression. Depression is a serious condition that can influence the youth's behaviors, emotions, and ways of thinking, as well as a permanent nature that requires serious handling from various parties. This research used a descriptive approach aimed at finding out the sense of depression tendencies occurring in young women who had sexual violence in dating violence. In the results of this research found that the average victim of young women resulting from dating violence suffered from depression after the incident, and refused to meet again with the abuser after experiencing sexual violence in dating violence. Perilaku pacaran adalah semua kegiatan atau aktivitas pada masa remaja yg ditandai dgn ketertarikan dan disertai ketidakpastian. Dalam beberapa hubungan pacaran, terdapat kasus kekerasan. Kekerasaan dalam pacaran ialah upaya-upaya yang timbul akibat dari rasa memiliki dan berupaya untuk mengendalikan atau mendominasi orang lain secara fisik, psikologis dan seksual. Kekerasan seksual dalam dating violence yang dialami oleh remaja perempuan menimbulkan kerugian yang berdampak pada masa depan dan berujung mengalami depresi. Depresi merupakan merupakan sebuah kondisi yang serius yang dapat memengaruhi perilaku, emosi, dan cara berpikir para remaja tersebut, serta sifatnya yang permanen yang membutuhkan penanganan serius dari berbagai pihak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tendensi depresi yang terjadi pada anak remaja perempuan yang mengalami kekerasan seksual dalam dating violence. Dalam hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa rata-rata korban remaja perempuan akibat dari dating violence mengalami depresi setelah kejadian, dan menolak untuk bertemu lagi dengan pelaku setelah mengalami kekerasan seksual dalam dating violence.
