The progress of data systems in the current global era is very meaningful because at this time an institution or industry is not free from the use of PCs as a tool to help process information. Data systems using very advanced and modern PC technology will make it easier for us to carry out information processing that can save time, space and costs. This research uses a qualitative research approach. In terms of terminology for Baydan and Taylor, a qualitative approach is a research method that produces descriptive information in the form of recorded words or words. This research shows that UINSU has carried out the development of a library data system, namely the digital library of UIN North Sumatra. The Digital Library application used by the UIN North Sumatra Medan library is an integrated application where each part of the management of bibliotech collections and consumer services is connected to each other. In order to realize library services that are carried out in an excellent and user-oriented manner, library collaboration is carried out. This library collaboration serves to provide wider access to collections, improve user and technical services, and increase activities in various resources. Technological developments have an impact on document products and the content of information contained in them varies. In addition to the library network, there is also an information network whose members do not limited to the library, but also information units outside the library such as documentation centers, data banks, information analysis centers, and referral centers. The library's ability to grow is constrained by the times. The internet is progressively taking the place of libraries as a source of knowledge, starting with a poor mainset community and moving on to the library, internal ill-preparedness, and even paired with its presence. Based on these factors, this study aims to give a general overview of how the library can overcome internal issues by implementing internal knowledge management solutions as a catalyst for development, with notabene serving as the primary force behind the library's readiness to take on the challenge. The technique employed in this analysis of literature from several scientific sources include books and journal articles both in print and online. The findings of this study demonstrated that knowledge management can be used as a solution because it is essentially knowledge management applied to overcome unpreparedness or internal problems. By capturing knowledge stored by employees, knowledge management serves as a tool for both internal and external improvements, acting as a spark for ideas on problems faced. The first step in knowledge management to remove barriers from the library is to find people who share your perspective and give librarians opportunity and visibility to participate in managerial operations. The second is the procedure for managing activities like the creation of a community of practice for knowledge sharing and training. However, it must include specific actions like scheduling, discussion points, and the product that will be produced. The technology to create a knowledge management portal, which can only be accessible internally through the intranet, is the third item on the list. In order to reduce the likelihood that libraries would be unprepared to handle the difficulties of the information age, it is suggested that the library follow the following outcomes as routinely as feasible. Collaboration between libraries is carried out in order to build outstanding library services that focus on users. This library collaboration aims to increase activity across multiple resources, expand user and technical services, and enable wider access to the collection. Policy strategies, human resource development (HR), correlation, resource sharing, and information technology are some examples of cooperative development strategies. There are several variables that encourage and hinder the implementation of this collaboration. Increasing customer demand, technological advances, and continuous use are some of the elements that make this possible. Interpersonal communication is the process of transmission and acceptance of a message done by the messenger with the recipient both directly and indirectly. Motivation has a role in the process of reading the Al-quran for members of organizations such as odoj (one day one juz) that could be compared to fuel to the fuel that runs within each individual in reading the Al-quran. The needed role of motivation was needed in the Al-quran reading activity in the odoj community (one day one juz). A member's difficulty in dividing his time in reading the Al-quran until it is late and does not report to read the Al-quran in a single day. This is due to lack of motivation and the difficulty with managing time. Therefore, the odoj community (one day one juz) community leaders apply interpersonal communication to motivate members to read the Al-quran one juz in one day. Researchers are therefore interested in research on the role of interpersonal communication in the whatsapp odoj (one day one juz) in moving interest in reading the Al-quran among its members.The type of research in this thesis writing is field research a descriptive qualitative study. The population in this study is 30 people and the sample in this study is 15 members, and 3 stewards of the odoj community (one day one juz). This data-collection technique uses interviews and documenting methods, using a descriptive analysis or written words, Oral, and observational behaviors. And the data analysis used based on descriptive analysis, it is divided into three of reduction, data presentation and data conclusions. The result of this research is that the role of interpersonal communication is taking place online using whatsapp media, giving motivation in the whatsapp group, offering advice and enthusiasm so that its members can complete their activities in reading the quran juz in one day. As for the factor that influences the role of interpersonal communication in motivating its members is the difficulty of managing time in the reading of the Al-quran, the laziness that always comes. A discussion of the modern economic system, usually refers to two major systems, namely capitalism based on the capital markets (capital) and guided socialism which tried to solve problems of production, consumption and distribution through the chain of command. In addition to these two major systems, also known as the Islamic economic system, which refers to the economic practice of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him. Islamic economic system is an alternative to the fundamental problems of the two major systems that already exist. However, when referring to the conditions of the birth of Islam in the midst of Arab society steeped in culture trade, alleged the influence of the capitalist culture of the economic system of Islam, so Islam is perceived closer to capitalism than socialism. Through the study of literary conclusion that Islam and capitalists are the two things affect each other. Sociologically, Islam is present in a capitalist society that both have an attachment. Capitalism, especially trade capitalism existed before Islam came. Before the birth of Islam, Mecca has become the center of international trade and finance. The Prophet Muhammad himself was a merchant before it became a prophet. Thus, capitalism is an ideology or a system that comes from the outside and into the schools of economic thought incoming and economic influence of Islam, although Islam also influence and correct the economic life or Capitalism applicable. Domestic library cooperation network is intended as a type of network that occurs in libraries so that cooperative relationships between other libraries are established in an effort to fulfill what is needed by users so that they can satisfy users and the purpose of library services can be achieved. The method used to carry out this research is to conduct a literature study which is further developed in a qualitative descriptive form so that the contents of the journal will provide a more in-depth explanation. Meeting the information demands of users absolutely requires collaboration between libraries. The purpose of this research is to find out the value and necessity of library collaboration as well as the challenges that must be understood in order to successfully complete this collaborative activity. This essay is organized logically and is presented based on various sources. Because it is expected that no one library has a complete collection, cooperation with other libraries is needed, so the principle of collaboration between libraries is practiced. In addition, the following library collaboration tools can be used in collaboration: index, abstract, master catalog, magazine master catalog, bibliography, and master catalog. This research was conducted to determine the implementation of the information network. Its implementation is seen from several locations such as IPDN and Bukit Tinggi. Both places are referred to from sources in the form of journals to complement this scientific work. The method that the researcher uses is qualitative research using descriptions and conducting literature studies so as to help the author understand some of the problems by looking at some references. It was found that to implement the information network, it is necessary to make improvements first, such as the procurement of facilities and infrastructure, selecting the right location and several other indicators described in the results and discussion section of the study.
