Abstract

Kedai Mythaitea berlokasi di Desa Markanding Kecamatan Bahar Utara Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Kedai Mythaitea adalah kedai minuman Thai Tea yang pertama kali berjualan pada desa Markanding. Jurnal ini merupakan penelitian yang membahas tentang Membuka Usaha Minuman Kekinian (Thai Tea) Untuk Meningkatkan Jiwa Kewirausahaan Bagi Mahasiswa Yang Mengalami Pembelajaran Daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberi pemahaman tentang Membuka Usaha Minuman Kekinian (Thai Tea) Untuk Meningkatkan Jiwa Kewirausahaan Bagi Mahasiswa Yang Mengalami Pembelajaran Daring. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengatakan usaha minuman Thai Tea ini memiliki peluang yang sangat baik, hal tersebut ditandai dengan banyaknya peminat yang menyukai minuman ini, hasil dari penjualan Thai Tea dapat membantu membalikkan modal awal membuka usaha dalam waktu 5 bulan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil wawancara bahwa minuman Thai Tea menjadi pilihan terbaik dan banyak peminatnya yang di sertai dengan adanya faktor pendorong yaitu lokasi berjualan yang strategis dan tercapainya target pasar yang diinginkan. Walaupun lokasi berjualan di perdesaan tapi peminat minuman Thai Tea sangatlah banyak dari anak-anak hingga orang dewasa. Tentu ada kendala yang harus dihadapi yaitu banyaknya pesaing diluar sana yang juga melakukan bisnis ini serta penurunan omset saat musim hujan, hal ini didasari karena masyarakat cendrung mencari makanan ataupun minuman yang hangat saat musim hujan.

Abstract

Izin usaha perdagangan adalah izin yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap bidang usaha yang di kelola, baik yang bersifat hukum resmi maupun perorangan yang melakukan yang menjalankan suatu usaha dalam sektor perdagangan. Tujuan dari kepemilikan suatu izin usaha adalah agar usaha yang kita kelola dilegalisasi oleh pemerintah, sehingga tidak menimbulkan suatu masalah. Pelayanan perizinan di lakukan sebagai upaya memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat, misalnya upaya instansi yang bertangung jawab dalam memberikan jaminan penengakan hukum atas usaha yang di kelola sehingga dapat menjamin segala aktivitas.

Abstract

Perizinan merupakan salah satu bentuk pemberian izin/ legalitas kepada setiap orang baik untuk melakukan aktivitas usaha ataupun bukan usaha. Perizinan berguna untuk menertibkan, mengatur agar kegiatan yang dilakukan masyarakat tidak mengganggu kenyamanan lingkungan di sekitarnya, sehingga terciptalah ketertiban di dalam lingkungan masyarakat tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perizinan mempengaruhi pelayanan kantor Camat Natal yang berada di kab. Mandailing Natal. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa pengaruh perizinan terhadap pelayanan kantor Camat Natal sudah memberikan dampak yang baik. Namun, ada beberapa hal yang perlu di perbaiki atau ditingkatkan seperti komunikasi dalam pemberian izin, etika dalam memberikan perizinan terhadap masyarakat.

Abstract

The development of information technology causes changes in all fields. One of them is the development of the payment system, where the payment system that was originally still in the form of cash has changed to non-cash. The use of non-cash or electronic money (e-money) has been widely used by the public in transactions, especially in transactions that are online or better known as electronic commerce (e-commerce). The use of e-money in e-commerce transactions can certainly support government programs in reducing the use of cash in transactions known as the Less Cash Society (LCS). This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, describing an event or events which are then described as they are without manipulation. Collecting data using library research, collecting references in the form of data in the form of narratives or sentences, documents, theories of opinion, pre-existing ideas which are then analyzed using data analysis techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the level of use of e-money in e-commerce transactions during the pandemic on the LCS level.

Abstract

In developing a business requires a capital. This capital can improve and improve the condition of UMKM business actors. However, UMKM in Indonesia are currently experiencing problems with limited capital. Therefore, the role of financial institutions such as banks is needed to channel funds directly to people who need funds. UMKM business actors take financing in Islamic banks because it is a profit-sharing system and there is no interest or usury. Therefore, this study aims to determine the role of BSI KCP Bojonegoro Suropati in increasing micro and medium enterprises through murabahah financing. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods and by using primary and secondary data. Using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bojonegoro Suropati is to provide additional capital or financing to micro and medium enterprises in Bojonegoro Regency for working capital. After being provided with financing, micro and medium enterprises are able to increase their business with results such as increased income, expanding business, and increasing the workforce.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the phenomenon of the Covid-19 Pandemic and the month of Ramadan that occurred in Indonesia can disrupt the stability of the economy in Indonesia, especially for MSME actors so that a marketing change strategy through digital media is needed to maintain business and develop business through the use of digital media. These changes can provide insight into the behavior of product marketers. The marketing strategy in this year's Ramadan is not enough if it only involves a plan that is in accordance with market conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic, but also needs to implement a good customer focus. The application of customer focus can be said to be a must in a product marketing effort. As a marketer, it is very important to pay attention to the quality of service. Considering that maximum service has major implications for customer satisfaction and ultimately has implications for the performance of the business being carried out, paying attention to the wishes of the community as a customer focus to produce a comprehensive strategy that is in accordance with the characteristics of the intended customer. If this can be combined well, product marketing in the month of Ramadan can be successful even though it is carried out in the midst of many limitations due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study provide various strategies that business actors can do, including selling by e-commerce, doing digital marketing, improving product and service quality, and establishing good relationships with consumers or establishing customer marketing relationships.

Abstract

The Islamic financial system is a system that deals with finance and connects individuals who need and have excess wealth from Islamic-based financial products and services. The purpose of this study is to teach the basic concepts of Islamic finance. The survey approach used is qualitative. The literature study used was trying to collect data and information by using various reading materials found from various books, magazines, documents, memos, and historical anecdotes related to the research. To have a greater impact on the economy, the Islamic financial system must have a more significant portion of total financial assets, which is at least 20 percent. Therefore, the government, central bank, and business people working on the Islamic financial system must work harder.

Abstract

The development of Islamic economy in recent decades has not only had an impact on banking and financial sectors, but also has an impact on tourism sector. The tourism sector is second highest sector contributing to the country's foreign exchange. This research is field research with qualitative descriptive that aims to determine community participation in developing halal tourism in religious tourism area of Gus Dur’s Tomb, supporting factors and obstacles to community participation in development of halal tourism, the impact of tourism development on the economy of surrounding community. The data types used are primary and secondary data. The data collection technique to obtain primary data is conducting interviews. Secondary data’s from books, journals, and other literature that’s relevant to the research. The results showed that local communities actively participated in form of energy, property, expertise, crafts, and social. The encourages factor in participating is high awareness to advancing tourism. Main inhibiting factor in participating is lack of accompanying personnel for the community. The impact of tourism development on local community's economy are increase income, create business and employment opportunities.

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman, atau biasa disebut era globalisasi, turut mempengaruhi perkembangan transaksi penjualan antara penjual dan pembeli. Perkembangan era ini akan memungkinkan penjual dan pembeli bertemu dan berdagang secara langsung. Pembeli dapat membeli barang atau menggunakan jasa wirausaha melalui aplikasi di internet. Aplikasi di internet dapat diakses, seperti dari perangkat berbasis android. Hal ini memudahkan konsumen untuk membeli apa yang mereka butuhkan dan inginkan, dimanapun mereka berada. Aplikasi yang lebih sederhana untuk konsumen disebut e-commerce. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana e-commerce digunakan dan bagaimana kontribusi penggunaan e-commerce bagi pengusaha. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dan hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-commerce dapat menawarkan peluang untuk menjadi seorang wirausaha.

Abstract

Organizational change is the process of moving an organization from its current state to a desired future state in order to improve its performance. However, many businesses continue to fail and refuse to adapt. The purpose of this research is to uncover the elements that hinder organizational change. The author's variable that hinders organizational change uses qualitative research methods. To describe the data in this study, various expert opinions and information from various literature sources were used. According to the findings, two elements contribute to resistance to change: the opposition caused by the business person and the failure to build an organizational culture that can support the change process. To ensure successful change, we need to integrate systems, processes, and behavior (people) approaches. Leaders act as agents of change not only while on projects, but throughout daily activities.
