Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether time budget pressure, auditor experience and due profesional care affect audit quality and whether audit fees can moderate the variables in this study. This type of research uses quantitative associative research with data collection techniques in the form of closed questionnaires obtained from questionnaire data sources, namely auditors in the city of Medan. The results of this study show Time budget pressure does not affect audit quality, Auditor experience does not affect audit quality, Due profesional care affects audit quality, Audit Fees cannot moderate the effect of Time budget pressure. on Audit Quality, Audit Fee cannot moderate the effect of Auditor Experience on Audit Quality, Audit Fee cannot moderate the effect of Due profesional care on Audit Quality

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to determine or describe the concept of whether the compliance audit consisting of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, has been carried out according to the minimum service standards of passenger train transportation at Medan Besar stations or not. The minimum service standard itself is the minimum service size that must be met by service providers in providing services to service users which must be completed as obligations and promises to the community in the context of quality, fast, easy, affordable and measurable services. This study took 3 respondents, consisting of the service division at PT KAI Divre 1 SU, the legal division at PT KAI Divre 1SU, and train passengers. Methods of data collection using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that obedience as an operator of railway facilities related to tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy in the implementation of compliance audits of minimum service standards for passenger trains at large stations in Medan to fulfill passenger satisfaction, has been carried out well, although it has not been fully carried out and so on. must be repaired. This can be seen from the level of satisfaction of the passengers who still have findings and complaints.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, integrity and independence on audit opinion with audit fees as a moderating variable at a public accounting firm in Medan. In this study using a saturated sampling method (census), which is a sampling method when all members of the population are sampled. The use of saturated sampling is because the entire population, namely 87 auditor samples, is the research sample. Of the 87 auditors at public accountants in the city of Medan, 47 samples were obtained that could be used as research data. The data used in this study is primary data in the form of a questionnaire using questions stated on a Likert scale of 1 to 5. The results of this study indicate that the competence and integrity variables have a significant effect on audit opinions at public accounting firms in Medan. Meanwhile, independence has no significant effect on audit opinion at a public accounting firm in Medan. Audit fees can moderate the ieffect iof competence iand iintegrity ion iaudit iopinions iat ipublic iaccounting ifirms iin Medan. iMeanwhile, ithe iaudit ifee icannot imoderate ithe iinfluence iof independence ion iaudit iopinion iin ithe icity iof iMedan.

Abstract

Research in this journal to find out how the quality of srvice and customer loyalty affect revenue in jne companies in asahan, where expedition like this have grown and compete with each other to attract customer. The resarch method used is a type of qualitative descriptive research in wich data are taken from the results of quantifier and interviews. The result of this study is that the quality of service at a service company affects the company’s income, because if the company’s service quality is good and consumers are satisfied they will make loyal consumers to the company. The results showed a quite good value and the income of PT. JNE company in Cabang Asahan in the last three years has certainly be one of the suppliers of income for the company, this will provide a good impact for the company to be able to survive and compete with other service companies.

Abstract

The study examined the position of Islamic bank financing in community capacity. Islamic Banking can be positioned by advancing the prosperity of the community. With the purpose of intermediation, Islamic Banking can add up money and disclose to the population in the form of financing to be productive. The study of this study is to understand the interaction with Islamic banking financing for people's capacity in the digital era and the influence of Islamic banking financing on trade in our country in the age of digitalization. The study uses a descriptive qualitative system and literature review with expert books first. This study examines how Islamic banking is positioned in advancing economic activities and employment. Islamic bank financing can be well positioned to advance the treatment economy in various regions.

Abstract

Industri perbankan tampaknya tidak ketinggalan dalam perkembangan teknologi dan informasi. Hal ii dibuktikan dengan perbankan sekarang ini telah memajukanfasilitas dan layanan perbankan yang sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi serta informasi. Perbankan telah merilis layanan yang disebut Perbankan Elektronik. Salah satu fasilitas e-banking merupakan Internet banking yang memudahkan nasabah melangsukan transaksi perbankan online baik finansial maupun non finansial. Agar tetap memiliki daya saing di era digital seperti sekarang ini, fasilitas perbankan yang aman harus tersedia bagi semua provider. Keamanan sistem informasi terkait transaksi-transaksi yang diberikan oleh perbankan, terutama fasilitas internet banking, sangat pokok guna menyokong layanan yang akuntabel.

Abstract

Referring to its understanding in The Encyclopedia of Americana International, radio is a communication tool that uses electromagnetic waves that propagate through space at the speed of light. Electromagnetic waves used in radio communications are similar to light and heat waves, but have a lower frequency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The type of data used is secondary data. Secondary data obtained from books, theses, journals, articles and the internet. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of CAS FM radio. The characteristics of radio include sound, transmission, contain interference, create listeners' imaginations, and are synonymous with music. The data collection technique used by the researcher was to conduct interviews with sources who played an important role and understood the characteristics of CAS FM radio.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk penanganan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan air bersih yang dapat dilakukan dalam berbagai cara dan dapat disesuaikan dengan infrastruktur yang ada. di daerah perkotaan binjai ini, pemasukan air dapat dilakukan dengan sistem perpipaan dan sistem bebas-pipa, sistem perpipaan dikelola oleh perusahaan air Regional sementara itu sistem bebas-pipa dikelola langsung oleh masyarakat setempat baik secara perorangan maupun kelompok. Penelitian ini membahas tentang Peran Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum di Kota Binjai dalam pengelolaan bahan air baku air minum sebagai perlindungan kualitas air minum di Kota Binjai, metode penelitian ini hukum dari empiris, sumber data adalah data primer dan data sekunder, metode pengumpulan data dengan studi wawancara dengan narasumber. Dalam analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh ini menunjukkan bahwa peran perusahaan air setempat dalam pengelolaan bahan air baku air minum ini sebagai perlindungan kualitas air minum di Kota Binjai untuk mengawasi sumber air, untuk menguji kelayakan kualitas air, pengolahan air untuk tanaman, pemeriksaan pipa dan koneksi jaringan pipa distribusi ke Kendalaan dalam menjalankan peran perusahaan air Regional dalam pengelolaan bahan baku air minum sebagai perlindungan kualitas air minum di Kota Binjai adalah adanya kurang pedulinya masyarakat terhadap lingkungan sekitar, tingginya kandungaan Fe dan Mn, dan adanya juga beberapa keluhan dari pelanggan terkait kebersihan lingkungan ini.

Abstract

Perkembangan sistem informasi sekarang ini semakin meningkat di Indonesia, dengan fasilitas full e-commerce atau sering disebut dalam kemampuan bisnis elektronik, melibatkan beberapa bank nasional untuk melakukan transaksi keuangan secara efisien dan efektif. Pendekatan layanan perbankan yang bergerak pesat dan efisien ini memiliki efek perubahan yang mengalihkan ke fasilitas perbankan tradisional. Kualitas sarana bank yang bersaing memiliki efek positif dan negatif pada perbaikan bersama. Fasilitas keuangan modern ini menawarkan hambatan dan serangan yang wajib kita sadari yang kita sendiri miliki berbentuk kekuatan dan kelemahan sekarang ini. Hasil kajian peningkatan fintech di Indonesia bisa dikaitkan dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, yait pertumbuhan koneksi internet dan perangkat seluler, yang mendukung pengembangan infrastruktur layanan keuangan yang memuaskan. Fintech wajib bisa bekerja sama dalam industri keuangan yang ada dalam membawa fungsi luas bagi masyarakat. Analisis SWOT ini yaitu penerapan dari strategi FinTech yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan perbankan dan dapat dilihat oleh seluruh pemakai perbankan di Indonesia. Indonesia secara riil dan operator bank mampu memahami dengan baik cara kerja manajemen bank.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of return on assets, leverage, firm size on earnings management with managerial ownership as a moderating variable. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study used purposive sampling totaling 21 companies. Data collection techniques in this study using documentation techniques. The data analysis technique in this study used Moderating Least Square using statistical analysis using the Auter Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study using the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program.The results of this study prove that directly return on assets, leverage, firm size has no effect on earnings management, managerial ownership is not able to moderate the effect of return on assets, leverage, firm size has no effect on earnings management.
