Abstract

Stroke is a disorder of the central nervous system that is most often found and is the main cause of impaired functional activity in adults. The prevalence of stroke incidence based on RISKESDAS tajun 2018 is increasing from 7% to 10.9% at the age of ≥ 15 years. Stroke attacks can cause weakness and paralysis in one or even both sides of the patient's body, this weakness can cause difficulties when walking and doing activities. The degree of disability experienced by stroke patients depends on the severity of hemiparesis, 30-60% of patients who experience hemiparesis will experience a complete loss of body functions within 6 months after the stroke. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of public knowledge about stroke in the work area of the Kawal public Health Center.. The method in the study was a descriptive survey of the knowledge of the community in the working area of the Kawal Public Health Center, Riau Islands Province, about stroke. The study was carried out in July 2020 with a total sample of 39 respondents. The results of the study were obtained where the picture of public knowledge about stroke with good knowledge was 16 people (41.02%) and sufficient knowledge as many as 7 people (17.94%). Suggestions need to improve health promotion about stroke through print or electronic media and further research on the identification of stroke risk factors in the community of the Kawal Public Health Center work area.

In labor parity also affects the incidence of perineal rupture, in parity or primiparous mothers there is a greater risk of experiencing perineal tears than mothers with multipara parity. JombangThe research design used in this study is a survey research method with an approachcroos sectional which describes the relationship between maternal parity and the incidence of perineal rupture in normal delivery. Respondents who were given treatment consisted of 18 people who were divided into two. They are primiparas and multiparas. Measuring tool used by direct observation with patients. Research observations using the hypothesis test used in this study areUji Chi SquareWhich counted manually and SPSS with a significant level value of 0.05 (Alpha). The results of the study stated that from the primipara group there were 9 people who experienced perineal rupture, 8 people who did not experience perineal rupture, 1 person. Meanwhile, from the multiparous group, there were 9 people who experienced perineal rupture, 3 people and 6 people who did not experience rupture. Based onuji chi squarein SPSS the result is that x2 count < significant level or 0.016 < 0.05 then HI is accepted, which means that there is a parity relationship with the incidence of perineal rupture in normal delivery. The conclusion from the data above is that there is a relationship between normal delivery between maternal parity and the incidence of perineal rupture at PMB Minarti, Amd.Keb. Therefore, it is recommended for midwives to provide good and professional midwifery care and care for mothers.

Exclusive breastfeeding means breastfeeding without food and drink for babies aged 0-6 months. Data obtained from the 2010 IDHS stated that impaired growth and development of toddlers in Indonesia was caused by mothers who were disobedient in giving exclusive breastfeeding to their babies. The aim of the study was to analyze exclusive breastfeeding with a DDTK assessment in children aged 6 months to 2 years at the Orchid Posyandu, Peterongan District, Jombang Regency in 2020. The research design used is an analytical method with an approachcross sectional, the samples taken were some mothers who had toddlers aged 6 months to 2 years at the Orchid Posyandu, Peterongan District, Jombang Regency in 2020. Those who met the sample criteria byNonprobability Sampling, techniqueSimpel Random Sampling. The number of samples in this study were 48 respondents. The data obtained is tabulated and grouped to determine the relationship between the two variables. After that the data is entered into the testSPSS by analysisMann Whitney U with a significance level of p <0.05. the results of the study obtained a significance value of 0.001, so a p value <0.05, H was obtained1 accepted means that there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and DDTK assessment in children aged 6 months to 2 years. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that all health workers in the Peterongan District will further improve their performance through counseling activities and data collection on exclusive breastfeeding to achieve the desired toddler development.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country that has a unique diversity of agricultural products. Where each region has different agricultural products according to their environment. Tolo beans are local food ingredients that are easily found in Indonesia. The yield potential of tolo beans is quite high, reaching tons/hectare to 2 tons/hectare and is determined by the variety. This study aims to determine the substitution of tolo beans on steamed cakes with different additions, protein content and organoleptic tests. Experimental design research, using a completely randomized design (CRD) with the addition of tolo beans (50gr, 75gr, 100gr). Untrained panelists were 25 adults around the researcher's house in Madura and analyzed for protein levels. The results of the protein content of 14.05 grams using the Kjeldahl method. The results of the research on the substitution of tolo beans showed that there was an effect on the results of organoleptic tests of color, aroma, texture, taste and preference. Laboratory test for steamed sponge cake with tolo bean substitution. The result of the highest protein content in BK3 is 14.05mg/100g and the lowest protein content in BK1 was 6.81 mg/100g

Abstract

Smoking behavior among adolescents and children, especially boys, is increasing from time to time. This is very unfortunate considering the many harmful substances in cigarettes that can interfere with health. Modeling related to smoking cases for adolescents and school-age children is needed as a step to anticipate and deal with this problem. In this study we use the Poisson, ZIP, ZINB, Hurdle, and ZIGP regression methods to modeling the number of cigarettes consumed by adolescents and boys. The best model selection is done by the Vuong test. The results showed that the most suitable model was ZIGP with variables that had a significant effect on the amount of cigarette consumption in adolescents and children are age and education level
