Abstract

Stocks are proof of ownership with their value determining the amount of control over a company. Shares are securities aimed at obtaining fresh funds from investors, for investor's stocks are investments that provide ownership rights. Share prices are determined by demand and supply made by investors. However, investors before making transactions on the stock exchange will conduct an analysis involving external and internal factors. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of external and internal factors on the stocks prices of state-owned enterprises which are majority owned by the state and of course get privileges and full support from the government. This study uses panel data which aims to analyze the influence of external and internal factors on the stock prices of 14 State-Owned Enterprises listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2020. Using the multiple regression analysis method with the fixed effect model as the selected model, the results show that factors Externally, namely Indonesia's trade balance and the exchange rate, it has a significant negative effect, while internal factors, consisting of the current ratio and debt to equity ratio, also have a significant negative effect on SOE stock prices

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of pharmaceutical service quality on customer satisfaction at Kimia Farma Denai Pharmacy, Medan Business Unit, in 2020. This type of research is cross-sectional, in which the independent and dependent variables are studied simultaneously in the same period. As for what is examined in terms of service quality, namely reliability, assurance, responsiveness, physical evidence, and empathy. The population of this study was 1,980 visits with a total sample of 100 people. Data collection using chi-square test and multiple logistic regression test. The results showed that most of the respondents were 25-34 years old (37%), female (53%), had a bachelor's degree (39%), and worked as private employees (38%). The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between reliability (p=0.003), assurance (p=0.031), physical evidence (p=0.044), empathy (p=0.021), and responsiveness (p=0.023) to customer satisfaction. The results of the analysis of the effect together show that reliability (p=0.006), guarantee (p=0.017), and physical form (p=0.033) have an effect on customer satisfaction, and the most influential variable is reliability (Exp B=4.732).

Abstract

Employee engagement in an organization is an important factor in the development of an organization. NGO X which is a non-profit organization is challenged to continue to increase the donations received by NGO X from waqif. The services provided by NGO X during the pandemic were considered by some of the waqif to be inappropriate, it can be seen from the number of waqif who stop donate regularly every month. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of organizational culture, transformational leadership, and compensation to employee engagement at NGO X. This research is a quantitative study with data collection method using questionnaire. The population in this study is 220 employees of NGO X. This study uses probability sampling, that is random cluster sampling type, the sample selected is 127 samples. The collected data analyzed using SmartPLS.

Abstract

Defense Policy is a basis for realizing the Strategic Plan of a State Special Military Satellite which is a state defense and security need for implementation and regulation so that it can run ideally. The Ministry of Defense as one of the leading sectors in realizing the existence of military satellites in Indonesia, so that it can accommodate all needs for military satellites that can be used in ways that can be implemented easily, simply and as efficiently as possible. So that the research objective is to provide an in-depth analysis of the implementation of policies regarding military satellites issued by the ministry of defense. So that it becomes an important thing to do an evaluation so that it can find solutions and strategies in implementing the implementation of these policies. The research method is using a qualitative method with data collection in the form of interviews, indirect observation and literature studies, which are then processed with Edward III's Policy Implementation theory and strategy theory for how to maximize efforts to implement policies on military satellites. The results of the research are in the Policy Implementation Process, in this case namely the Military Satellite Policy contained in the General Policy on National Defense issued by the Ministry of Defense, there are communications that have not been implemented to Policy Executors such as Bakamla and TNI AL, while to make strategies for implementing these policies, with the concept of means, ways and ends, provides output of the concept of implementation strategy resulting from a comparison of Chinese and American military satellite policies, which have important criteria, namely leadership style factors, budget base and supporting infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence financial management behavior, namely financial literacy, financial attitude, financial education in the family, pocket money and financial self-efficacy and their impact on compulsive buying. The population of this study was 10,769 students of accounting study programs at universities in Bali. Sampling was determined using the slovin formula so that a total sample of 100 students. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via the Google form. The data analysis technique used is Smart-PLS. The results show that financial literacy, financial attitudes, and financial self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior. Furthermore financial literacy, financial education in the family, and pocket money has an effect on financial self-efficacy. And finally, financial management behavior has a positive and significant effect on compulsive buying.

Abstract

Life insurance is a protection product that is not only beneficial for the policyholder, aka the insured, but also for the whole family. There are several benefits of life insurance that can be felt by families, including: 1) Guaranteeing the family's financial future, 2) Savings and reserve funds, 3) Inheritance for the family, 4) Reducing the burden on children when we retire. As the times progress, so many insurance companies have sprung up all over the world, and Indonesia is one of the countries with the most insurance companies providing various types of insurance products, one of which is life insurance, and the most well-known life insurance in Indonesia is Manulife Life Insurance. Indonesia.Manulife Indonesia Life Insurance is insurance that is trusted among the people of Indonesia, however, not a few people or customers of Manulife Indonesia Life Insurance are disappointed with the services provided. Therefore this research was conducted to find out more deeply what are the causes of Manulife Indonesia Life Insurance customer dissatisfaction with the services provided by the company. This study used a qualitative approach and observations were made from December 2022 to January 2023. The results of the research found in the field that employees in the marketing department were dishonest to potential customers or customers. So that in the future there will be inconvenience to customers which results in customer distrust of the company. Therefore, it is hoped that the Life Insurance company Manulife Indonesia will supervise every activity of its employees.

Abstract

Facing the current developments in the global environment, terrorist groups have been able to utilize cyberspace to carry out acts of terrorism against vital national installations and national information infrastructure. The rise of cyber crimes in the form of identity fraud, child pornography, fraud, and digital-based terrorism are threats that must be faced by all components of the nation. If this problem is not prevented from developing immediately, then a series of other problems will surface and more and more individuals will be affected by terrorism via cyberspace, so that cyberterrorist groups will be free to carry out their actions. In an effort to prevent the threat of cyber terrorism in Indonesia, the role of the 81 anti-terror Special Forces Unit is needed which specifically handles the threat of terrorism in an offensive and optimal manner. This study aims to analyze the role of the Kopassus Unit 81 in preventing the threat of terrorism, by choosing a qualitative research method. From the results of the research it was found that the development of cyber terrorism threats in Indonesia is very advanced and dangerous, for this reason an optimal role is needed from the Kopassus unit in dealing with cyber terrorism threats to support national defense. This study concludes that progress in the field of science, especially Information and Communication Technology can have a negative impact in creating contemporary crimes known as cybercrimes so that this condition has the potential to increase the spectrum of threats to National Defense.Keywords: optimizatioan; kopassus; cyber terrorism; national defense.

Abstract

Several issues that are interesting and integrated with courses and the industrial world are related to the environment and waste with a circular economy approach. The results of the 2021 campus and city waste research show that the type of food and drink most often consumed on campus and in households in the form of packaged rice dominates 65.8% and plastic packaging 49.4% (Nurjannah S, 2021). The high percentage of these types of food and beverages has an impact on the generated waste. The waste generated by the campus is a scourge in health and environmental aspects. Efforts to encourage a circular economy transition in Indonesia to achieve sustainable development or Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The circular economy will take on a bigger role, especially in relation to the increasing commitment to zero waste within the Muhammadiyah University of Mataram campus environment, and in the future it can realize zero waste West Nusa Tenggara. Therefore, circular economy is the most appropriate model in waste management. In 2022, we are likely to see a stronger push for the transition to a circular economy in anticipation of the climate crisis.

Abstract

Labor and all equipment really need to be saved by being treated. That industrial management must have a deep commitmentmaintenance. So that production can run smoothly and optimally. The design of scientific writing uses descriptive. Data collection method is done by using literature study. Data analysis uses descriptive, analyzing various findings or opinions from various literature aboutmaintenance, work accidents, and product improvement. The inference method uses deductive. Conclusion,thatmaintenanceis to save the equipment and workforce of the factory/industry community so that they remain in the initial conditions of production operations, it is necessaryaccident preventiontaking into account several factors, namely: a. factory environmental factors, b. equipment and work equipment factor, c. energy management factors have a risk of danger, and d. human factor. Suggestions, industrial management must have a commitment to rescue (maintenance) on products, maintenance of work tools/equipment, work environment and workforce in the industry.

Abstract

This study examined adherents of Islam Bayan or Islam Wetu Telu at the Gama and Luir Gama traditional ceremonies in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This research uses qualitative methods to understand the religious behaviour of Islam Wetu Telu at Gama and Luir Gama traditional ceremonies. The theories used in this study are social action theory and functional structural theory. The findings of this study reveal that Gama traditional ceremonies consist of various behaviour related to religious celebrations. Meanwhile, the Luir Gama traditional ceremony, which is a ceremonial activity held in connection with the occurrence of a long drought and excessive rainfall. This ceremony is carried out once a year, precisely in the first year of the sewindu, namely the year of Alip. Luir Gama customs can be divided into two types of ceremonies, namely Taik Lauk and Taik Daye. The Taik Lauk ritual is held when facing the changing drought, while the Taik Daye ritual is held when entering the rainy season every year. The main actors, all religious ceremonies are traditional leaders and Kiai Kagungan which the author calls central behaviour. The factors behind the religious behaviour of Islam Wetu Telu in Gama and Luir Gama traditional ceremonies are internal and external factors. Internal factors are related to changes in the attitudes of traditional leaders, willingness to acculturate, and the ability to perform adaptation. Meanwhile, external factors concern the history of the entry of Islam in Lombok, Islamic Da'wah, and Hinduization
