The South African government has succeeded in overcoming the problem of separatism in Zulu, but the Indonesian government still has to face the problem of separatism in Papua. This study aims to make the management of handling separatist movements in South Africa (Zulu Region) a benchmarking for decision makers. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the research show that the root of the problem of separatism, namely the demand for autonomy rights for the Zulu Tribe, has been resolved through peaceful mean. On the other hand, the Government of Indonesia has also made a lot of efforts, in ways that are relatively exactly the same as those taken by the South African, but not yet fully successful. So that it becomes very relevant for the Indonesian government to carry out a thorough evaluation regarding the implementation of the policy of granting special autonomybased on the South African experience

This study aims to examine the effect of CAR, NPL, BOPO and LDR on ROA of Conventional Commercial Banks listed at OJK in 2018-2020. The population and sample in this study were 77 conventional commercial banks with a sample of 231 observational data. The type of data used is secondary data on banking annual financial reports published at OJK for 2018-2019. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with panel data regression analysis method with Eviews 10 analysis tool. The results showed that CAR had a positive and significant effect on ROA, NPL and BOPO had a negative and significant effect on ROA, and LDR had a positive but not significant effect on ROA. significant to ROA

Organizational phenomena that are still being faced are coordination and consolidation, different qualifications of human resources, large work areas, and the lack of facilities (technology) and assistance facilities for the community. The purpose of this study was conducted to develop variables that influence Loyalty in the Digital Age and the COVID-19 Pandemic, in the Observers of Plant Pest Organisms (POPT) in South Sulawesi Province. The research method uses the Mix Method to determine the relationships and influences between variables, with 200 respondents. Selection of the sample using judgment sampling and data collection using a questionnaire. Data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using LISREL and SPSS. The results showed that the Human Resource Management variable had the most influence on building loyalty. Overall the variables of Human Resource Management Practices, Motivation, Communication, have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, but the variable that has the greatest influence on job satisfaction is the communication variable. Meanwhile, the stress variable has a negative effect on job satisfaction

The purpose of this research is; 1) describe the linguistic landscape used in the Makassar City shopping center; 2) describe the dominant use of language in the linguistic landscape; and 3) knowing the reasons for using foreign languages in the linguistic landscape in shopping centers in Makassar. This research is a qualitative research designed descriptively. The locus of this research was in three shopping centers in Makassar City, namely Panakukang Mall, Nipah Mall and Ratu Indah Mall. Data is collected through documentation techniques. Analysis was carried out using qualitative techniques through data collection procedures, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The results of the study show that the types of landscapes found in shopping centers in Makassar City are top-down and bottom-up linguistic landscapes. The bottom-up landscape type is dominant in shopping centers in Makassar. In addition, foreign languages, especially English dominate the linguistic landscape in shopping centers in Makassar City. This is motivated by several factors, self-image (business image) and efforts to strengthen brand makers as an attraction for consumers

Human resources are a valuable investment for an organization. So the need for training in an effort to increase knowledge and behavior in order to create professional health workers. The Regional Management of the Indonesian Midwives Association has held a Maternal Neonatal Emergency Awareness Training (KKMN). The need for a post-training evaluation to determine the success of the training carried out. The targets of this evaluation are midwives participating in the 2022 KKMN Training. The data collection technique is secondary data from the results of KKMN training evaluations and interview and observation data on individual alumni, colleagues and agency leaders. This evaluation was analyzed quantitatively by transforming into Kirkpatrick's model and describing the studies at each level. The results are that at level I the reaction of alumni participating in KKMN training with high motivation is 80%, level II learning as a form of independent learning effort for training participants is 80%, for level III the behavior of training alumni has behavior that impacts colleagues and the work performance of the puskesmas is 95%, the results of level IV alumni results have a performance that contributes to real performance at the institution by 95%. This also simultaneously provides an overview of the implementation of the KKMN curriculum which is analyzed for its effectiveness by looking at aspects of the program structure which are quite good and can be carried out according to training standards. the notes obtained are contained in modules that need to be made specifically, material that needs to be updated following the latest policies and analysis of pre- and post-test questions in order to better evaluate participant outcomes. The results of this evaluation can also be studied further as best practice as the involvement of professional organizations in efforts to strengthen sustainable education and training so that all health workers can improve their competence in serving the community in various settings

This study aims to analyze how much influence Enterprise Risk Management, Intellectual Capital, and Sustainability Report have on Company Financial Performance and Their Impact on Company Value with Good Corporate Governance as moderator in High Profile and Low Profile Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this study is 80 High Profile and Low Profile companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. Determination of the sample was carried out using purposive sampling and obtained 20 companies as samples in this study for 3 years so that a total sample of 60 companies. The data analysis technique used is Stata software. The results of this study indicate that the company's financial performance has an effect on firm value, meanwhile, enterprise risk management, intellectual capital and sustainability reports have no effect on firm value. Enterprise risk management, intellectual capital, and sustainability reports have no effect on the company's financial performance. Good corporate governance is able to moderate the effect of enterprise risk management on firm value

This study discusses the proclamation and words (sabda and dawuh) of Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono X (HBX) regarding the appointment of the Crown Princess. This study aims to investigate and analyze the power, authority, and legitimacy of the proclamation and statements of Sri Sultan HBX in the cultural context of the people of Yogyakarta. Max Weber's Theory of Power, Authority, and Legitimacy is used as a guide in conducting research. This study uses a qualitative approach with a focus on cultural perspectives involving Yogyakarta residents as the main source of information. The findings of this study contribute to a broader understanding of political, power and cultural dynamics in the context of the Sultanate of Yogyakarta

The aim of this study is to describe the forms of sentence ineffectiveness in the theses of students from the Faculty of Education at Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. Small and medium industry (IKM) is a business that produces various types of products needed by various types of living things such as humans, animals and plants. The purpose of this study was conducted to develop variables that Networking Analysis, Adoption of Accounting Information Technology, Dynamic Capabilities on Organizational Performance with Corporate Strategy as Moderating Variables. The research method uses the quantitative to determine the relationships and influences between variables, with 205 respondents. Selection of the sample using hair method and data collection using a questionnaire. Data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SMART-PLS. The results showed that the networking, information technology adoption, dynamic capabilities and business strategy affect the performance of SMEs. The moderating role of business strategy is able to strengthen the effect of networking and dynamic capabilities on IKM performance, but weakens the influence of adoption of accounting information technology on IKM performance

Slank is a phenomenal Indonesian band that exists today. Its existence in the music industry for more than three decades has given its style to Indonesian music, consistent with the criticisms that represent the voices of some people who are dominant at the bottom or are intimidated. The neatly fragmented social dynamics in each Slank album are like historiography in the form of music. With the postmodernism paradigm and the Poststructuralist approach a la Foucault, this article will examine the relations of power and music in the existence of Slank.
