Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to find out how the source and use of working capital to increase the liquidity of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. The sample in this study is from the company's financial statements from 2011-2020. The data collection method uses a qualitative method by analyzing the company's financial statements. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of sources and use of working capital and analysis of liquidity ratios. The results showed that the sources and uses of working capital applied by PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk during the 2011-2020 period can be said to be quite effective. The adequacy of the effectiveness of working capital management can be seen from its liquidity ratio, especially in the fixed ratio (Current Ratio) of companies that are still in fairly good condition. This can be seen in the average value of the company's current ratio from 2011-2020 of 159%, but during this period the company increased its use of working capital which caused its liquidity ratio to be only in a fairly good condition. Therefore the company must increase the source of working capital compared to the use of working capital in carrying out company operations in order to increase the level of company liquidity.   Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sumber dan penggunaan modal kerja untuk meningkatkan likuiditas PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu dari laporan keuangan perusahaan dari tahun 2011-2020. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kualitiatif dengan menganalisis laporan keuangan perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis sumber dan penggunaan modal kerja dan analisis rasio likuiditas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber dan penggunaan modal kerja yang diterapkan oleh PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk selama periode 2011-2020 dapat dikatakan cukup efektif. Kecukupan keefektifan pengelolaan modal kerja dapat dilihat dari rasio likuiditasnya, khususnya pada rasio tetap (Current Ratio) perusahaan yang masih dalam kondisi yang cukup baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada rata-rata nilai rasio lancar perusahaan dari tahun 2011-2020 sebesar 159%, akan tetapi selama periode ini perusahaan lebih meningkatkan penggunaan modal kerjanya yang menyebabkan rasio likuiditasnya hanya dalam keadaan cukup baik. Maka dari itu perusahaan mesti meningkatkan sumber modal kerja dibandingkan dengan penggunaan modal kerja dalam menjalankan operasi perusahaan agar dapat meningkatkan tingkat likuiditas perusahaan

Abstract

Mimika Regency is a coastal area with great potential with rivers. The river is one of the critical lines of the economy, a source of water and employment for the Mimika people. In the development of river transportation, technical criteria are needed to assess whether the river transportation network in Mimika Regency is feasible or not. The analysis used is bathymetric, an analysis of the relationships between river transportation variables and the origin and destination of movement, swot analysis, capacity of river transportation areas, level of utilization of river transportation capacity, and loading and unloading requirements in river transportation. From the analysis and technical aspects, the development of the river is very feasible for the development of the transportation network in Mimika Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what transportation infrastructure has an influence and to find out what transportation infrastructure is the priority to be developed for the Oyama Beach Tourism Object in Lokotoy Village, North Banggai District, Banggai Laut Regency. This study uses quantitative methods and qualitative methods in responding to the needs of any supporting transportation infrastructure in supporting the development of the Oyama Beach Tourism Object in Lokotoy Village, North Banggai District, Banggai Laut Regency. Retrieval of data through observation, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires, where the sampling uses a proportional sample and purposive samples. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Borda Analysis tool. Of the 5 component indicators that show the most influence in supporting the development of the Oyama Beach Tourism Object, namely air transportation infrastructure where the availability of an airport at the research location makes many tourists come and visit.

Abstract

In this study the aims were to find out the opportunities and challenges in increasing attractiveness in the Goa Mandu Tontonan Tourism Site area in Enrekang Regency and to find out how to increase attractiveness in the Goa Mandu Tontonan Tourism Site area in Enrekang Regency.The research method used in this study is a descriptive research method using a qualitative approach. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze what factors cause the Ollon Tourism Object to not develop and to identify the strategy for developing Ollon Tourism Object. This research approach uses qualitative and quantitative approaches by collecting quantitative data which then uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis to measure what factors and how much influence the development of tourist objects then uses the SWOT analysis tool to identify strategies for developing tourist objects. The conclusion from this study is that there are two factors that have caused the Ollon Tourism Object in Lembang Bau, Bonggakaradeng District to not develop, including factors from infrastructure (telecommunication network conditions, electricity networks, garbage/waste networks, transportation networks) and accessibility (road network conditions). The conclusion from the results of the SWOT analysis to identify the strategy for developing the Ollon Tourism Object is in quadrant I between the SO strategy (strength-opportunity) by using all the strengths it has to take advantage of all the opportunities as much as possible.

Abstract

One most of support influential on quality environment and quality of life a community is Green Open Space. But the availability of Green Open Space in Rantapeo District has not reached the standard 30% of the total area. While the population growth and urban development are increasing drastically will hinder various city service efforts, and at the same time also have a negative impact on nature protection. The purpose of this study aims to analyze needs of Green Open Space and identify strategies for providing Green Open Space, this study uses a qualitative approach and a quantitative. Use analysis is analysis needs Green Open Space and uses an analysis tool (SWOT) to produce strategies and synchronizes them with applicable regulations using a qualitative approach related to the problem causes of low availability of Green Open Space.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influencing factors and operational directions in waste management in Bacukiki Barat District, Pare-Pare City. This research is qualitative as material for consideration and reference material in analyzing descriptively. Research variables include storage, collection, transportation, final disposal, and operational techniques. The correlation analysis method is to determine whether there is a linear relationship between variables, then a qualitative descriptive analysis is carried out to provide direction for operational waste management. Based on the results of the correlation analysis where the factors causing non-optimal waste management are collection, transportation and final disposal so that the directives for the solid waste operational system are for containers to group garbage and election facilities so that they are differentiated using colored labels and closed containers as well as providing TPS and TPST in residential areas and carrying out provision of waste banks for 3R management.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the level of hazard and vulnerability of landslides in the Buntu Sopai Tourism Area, Marante Village, North Toraja Regency, and propose directions for reducing the risk of landslides based on the level of vulnerability and vulnerability in the Buntu Sopai Tourism Object Area, Marante Village, District North Toraja. This study using basic physical condition analysis techniques, tourist attractiveness, vegetation density, scoring, overlay, and qualitative descriptive. As for the results of this study, it can be seen that the level of hazard in the Buntu Sopai Tourism Object Area is divided into 3, namely low, medium, and high haza levels. Likewise, the level of vulnerability in the Buntu Sopai Tourism Object Area is divided into 3 namely low, medium, and high vulnerability. Directions for reducing the risk of landslides consists of structural and non-structural mitigation, vegetative and mechanical mitigation, and based on the guidelines of UU No. 24 of 2007 regarding disaster management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential mapping region for investment opportunities. This research is a quantitative research for consideration as well as reference material in analyzing descriptively. which variable used include mapping the potential of the area and investment opportunities. The analytical method used is LQ analysis, in determining commodity sector base and potential sector. Based on the results of the LQ analysis, it produces Regional Potentials, among others Agriculture, Plantation, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Marine Sectors, and Mining.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine villages that have the potential to become growth center villages in Salomekko District and to identify development strategies for growth center villages in regional development in Salomekko District. The variables used in the study consisted of 6 (eight), namely : (1) Village Potential , (2) Supporting facilities for the development of production and services, (3) Community Institutions, (4) Supporting facilities for services, (5) Population Density, (6) Accessibility,. The analytical method used is the Quantitative Descriptive Analysis Method (Scoring) and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of the results obtained from the 6 (six) aspects of determining the DPP, Pancaitana Village received the highest final total score of 11.33. The strategy used in the development of the selected DPP areas is assistance from the local government to accelerate regional development, the availability of complete infrastructure facilities to make it easier for the community to develop tourism potential, improve the quality of human resources, and accelerate port construction to improve the community's economy
