Abstract

The  purpose  of  the study. Physical conditions in futsal games will certainly affect the quality of passing, control, and technique and play on the field. Increasing the intensity of exercise and regulating the life pattern of athletes is the best solution for maintaining the athlete's endurance. This study aims to determine the effect of endurance training on the VO2Max results of the futsal athletes of MAN 1 Dharmasraya in 2020. Materials and methods. This research is an experimental research with one group pretest and posttest design. This research was conducted at the MAN 1 Dharmasraya school. The population in this study were all futsal athletes at MAN 1 Dharmasraya, totaling 9 people who were the research subjects. Data collection techniques, namely by observation, tests and measurements. The instrument used was a multi-stage test or bleep test. The data analysis used t-test at a significance level of 5%. Results. The highest increase in VO2Max level was achieved by Dipalpa Rego athletes with a change of 5.2 and the lowest change was athlete Hendri Pison F with a change of 3.4. The results of the percentage calculation showed that the increase in VO2Max of futsal athletes was 24.925%. Conclusions. Based on the results of the research and data analysis, it was concluded that there was an effect of endurance training on the VO2Max results of the futsal athletes of  MAN 1 Dharmasraya in 2020

Abstract

The purpose of the study. Revealing the legal protection of football players as workers in the football "industry" and as a worker / laborer for a club, so that the Manpower Law can be applied. Materials and methods. This research uses a juridical-normative approach which is expected to provide more understanding to the players in the world of sports, especially in the field of football in Indonesia. Results. The fact is that soccer players, as workers or laborers, still have not got the rights they should receive, and also most of them still do not understand or do not really understand the contents of the contracts they have signed. Conclusions. A bright spot where PSSI as the parent of national football has made changes by forming the NDRC where its task is to resolve disputes between players and football clubs.

Abstract

The purpose  of  the study.  To improve the abilities of atlets, a trainer is required to guide atlets in efforts to help and spur development in achieving learning outcomes. For this reason, a trainer must be able to choose and determine the appropriate training method or technique. Materials and methods.  The research design used One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research subjects used were 26 people with purposive sampling technique. Results.  The results of data analysis using the test obtained the t-value of 7.710 and the t-table of 2.060. Conclusions.  So that from the results of this study it can be concluded that there is an effect of shadow training on the Improvement of the Forehand Push Technique in Table Tennis.

Abstract

The purpose of the study. This study aims to determine the extent of the application of the positive values of sports in students' social life. Materials and methods. This study describes the application of the positive values of sports to students of SMP Negeri 1 Takokak, Cianjur Regency. The method used in this research is a survey method, and the data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The variable in this study is the application of the positive values of sports to students at SMP Negeri 1 Takokak, Cianjur Regency. The application of positive values in question is the attitudes possessed by students that apply in general social life. Measured through a questionnaire with the following factors: Internal factors, including: discipline, responsibility, sportsmanship. External factors, including: cooperation, mutual respect and help. Results. Based on the distribution table of the categorization of the application of positive sports values, 8 respondents (6.67%) had the "Very Good" category, 35 respondents (29.17%) had the "Good" category, 38 respondents (31.66%) had the category "Enough", 31 respondents (25.83%) had the "Poor" category, 8 respondents (6.67%) had the "Very Less" category. Conclusions. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the implementation of the positive values of sports with internal factors includes: discipline, responsibility, sportsmanship. External factors, including: cooperation, mutual respect and help are in the good category 29.17% (35 students) and the fair category 31.66% (38 students).

Abstract

The purpose of the study. To find out: a) The effect of the Jigsaw cooperative learning bentuk on learning achievement in sports physiology. b) The influence of motivation on learning achievement in Sports Physiology. c) The interaction between the Jigsaw cooperative learning bentuk and motivation on learning achievement in Sports Physiology. Materials and methods. The population was students of the Department of Sport Science and Sports Coaching, Faculty of Sports and Health, Bhayangkara University Greater Jakarta. The sample is the third semester students consisting of two classes, namely class A as treatment and class B as control. Because the population is small, there is no sampling. Data collection techniques using motivation questionnaires and learning achievement tests. The data analysis technique used two-way analysis of variance. Results. The results The results of the analysis a) The learning achievement of students taught with the Jigsaw cooperative learning bentuk (mean = 60.81) was better than students taught with the conventional bentuk (mean = 60.21) obtained a statistical value of 7.234 with a significance of 0.002. b) The learning achievement of students with high motivation (mean = 71.05) is better than students who study with low motivation (mean = 50.00) obtained a statistical value of 146.905 with a significance of 0.000. c) There is an interaction of influence between learning bentuks and motivation in increasing learning achievement in the Sports Physiology course, the statistical value is 12.342 with a significance of 0.001. Conclusions. So from the results of this study it can be concluded that the Jigsaw type of cooperative learning bentuk is better than the conventional bentuk, and high learning motivation is better than low learning motivation

Abstract

The purpose of the study. Determine the relationship between in perceptions, attitudes and learning motivation to learning outcomes, considering that many students have not obtained good learning achievement. There are two factors that influence learning outcomes, namely external factors and internal factors. Internal factors are student perceptions, student attitudes, and learning motivation. Materials and methods. This type of quantitative research uses correlational analysis techniques, the population of this study is all students of the 2019 PORKES Study Program which can be 140 people, while the sample in this study is 72 people. In this study, the sampling technique used proportional random sampling technique. The instruments used were the perception questionnaire, the attitude questionnaire and the learning motivation questionnaire. Data obtained from simple message and simple regression for hypothesis one, two and three without permission from multiple regression. Results. The results of the data analysis show that: (1) there is a significant relationship between student perceptions and learning outcomes of Porkes Indraprasta University students, (2) there is no significant relationship between student attitudes towards student learning outcomes of PORKES UNINDRA, (3) student learning motivation towards student learning outcomes PORKES UNINDRA, (4) there is no significant relationship between student perceptions, student attitudes, and student learning motivation together on student learning outcomes PORKES UNINDRA. Conclusions. This study it can be concluded that student perceptions, student attitudes, and student motivation to learn significantly contribute to student learning outcomes PORKES UNINDRA.

Abstract

The purpose of the study. To determine the magnitude of increase in learning outcomes obtained forehand drive class VIII SMP Negeri 9 Binjai 2019/2020 through inclusion of teaching styles. Materials and methods. The sample in this study were 38 students of class VIII. To analyze the data in this study and to find out the results seen from the students' completeness individually and classically. The research method used is a classroom action research method. In this study, a learning outcome test was carried out in the form of a portfolio, with the inclusive teaching style method, then a learning outcome test was held in cycle I and cycle II in the form of performing the basic technique of Forehand Drive Punch. Results. The results of the initial tests conducted on class VIII students of SMP N 9 Binjai. Of the 38 students there were 11 students (27.64%) who had reached the level of mastery learning with an average value of student learning outcomes of 64.90%. The results of the first cycle, there were 19 students (50%) of 38 students, who had reached the level of completeness of learning with an average value of student learning outcomes 68.41%. In cycle II there are 33 students (86.84%) of 38 students who have reached the level of learning completeness with an average value of 80.04. Conclusions. The results of the initial tests of student learning to do the first cycle and the second cycle increased, danpat said through inclusion style of teaching can improve student learning outcomes.
