Abstract

Tilapia is a superior variety fish and is the result of crossing several tilapia varieties in several countries in the world. The purpose of this study was to determine the artificial feeding with different proportions on the growth of tilapia reared using happa in the pond. This research was conducted in Martapura sub-district, Banjar district for 2 months using happa. The test fish in this study had an average weight of 25-33 grams with a standard length of 8-10 cm. The maintenance area uses a pool equipped with 9 pieces of happa measuring 1m x1m x1m. The design method used RAL (Completely Randomized Design) with 3 treatments and 3 replications, namely treatment A (percentage of feed 7%), treatment B (percentage of feed 5%) and treatment C (percentage of feed 3%). Parameters observed included relative weight growth, relative standard length growth, condition factors, feed conversion, survival rate, mortality and water quality as supporting data. The results of the Liliefors normality test and the homogeneity of the Barlett variance showed that all data were normally distributed and homogeneous. The results of the analysis of Diversity (Anova) the growth of the average relative weight of individuals (A=409.69%, B=309.33%, C=259.99%), the relative growth of the average standard length of individuals (A= 73.32 ) %, B=50,98%, C=47,37%). Condition factor (A=4.73, B=4.94 and C 4.99), from the condition factor value, it can be said that the fish is fat (value >4). Conversion of food (A=2.30, B=1.90, C=1.18), water quality during rearing were generally still within the tolerance limits or general range so that they could support the life and growth of the test fish until the end of the rearing

Abstract

Catfish (Pangasius hypopthalmus) culture is very potencial to be develop. One of the critical success factors is the success of cultivition is the availability of good a seeds in sufficient quantities and sustainable. Temprature is one of the factors that influence the hatch ability of eggs. The experiment used a completly randomized design (CRD) method, consisting of three treatments and three replications. The order of treatment was A 27˚C, B 29˚C dan C31˚C. The result of research for each treatment A, B, and C indicate that avarage of hatching rate ware 67%, 68% and 71%. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the costs, production,revenue, and income of sweet corn in Loktabat utara village, Banjarbaru utara district. The method used in the reasearch is survey and observation method. . The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, so that 9 respondents were obtained. The results of this study showed that the average production of sweet corns in the loktabat utara village was 7.089 cobs/farmer or 6.262 kg/Ha. The everage explicit cost is Rp.1.236.856/ farmer. While The average revenue obtained is Rp.10.633.000/farmer. The everage income earned during one production process is Rp.9.379.000/farmer

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of temperature and different stocking densities and their interaction on the survival rate of reared tilapia larvae. The method used in this study is an experimental method using 2 x 3 factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 replications. The treatment applied in this study was a combination of different temperatures and stocking densities, where: A: The main treatment was temperature, including A1: 28oC, A2: 300C. B : The main treatments were stocking density, including: B1: stocking density of 15 fish/L, B2: stocking density of 20 fish/L, B3: stocking density of 25 fish/L. The results of survival studies on tilapia larvae in each treatment combination showed that treatment A1B1 had a survival of 97.33%, and treatment A1B2 97.00%, treatment A1B3 96.80%, followed by treatment A2B1 93.33%, treatment A2B2 92.00% and treatment A2B3 91.20%. However, from the ANOVA results, the treatment of the main factor A (temperature) and the main factor B (stocking density) as well as the interaction of the two factors A (temperature) and B (stocking density) did not have a significant effect

Abstract

This research is an evaluation to determine the level of usefulness and application of training materials by training partisipants to subject matters that have been trained. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach and is supported by qualitative. Data collection by survey technique. The results of this study indicate that the level of material usefulness is in the range of useful levels. The level of application of the material for the overall training subject matters that has been trained on average is in the very high category. But there is material for Training Subject Matter Plant Care results of its application level not yet optimal, although still in high category. This is because control activities against pests and diseases of porang plants are not carried out because the attack rate is low. Porang is a plant with a low level of pest and disease attacks

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of different incubation temperature on hatching time Pangasius hypophthalmus Eggs. A completly randomized design is used this study with 3 different treatments and 3 replication. The treatments were A (27˚C), B (29˚C) and C (31˚C). The result of this study for each treatment A, B, and C indicated that average of hatching time were A 19.99 hours, B 19.08 hours and C 18.22 hours. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the revenue,the eksplicit cost ,income and , feasibility. This research was conducted in September - Desember 2022 at village Landasan Ulin Utara Banjarbaru regency. The Purposive sampling methode used was by observing 11 farmers in village Landasan Ulin Utara who planted cayenne pepper plant. The Average result of the revenue is Rp. Rp82.632.727/farmer., the average Eksplicit cost is Rp. 5.435.622,20/farmer, and Average income Rp. 77.197.105,08/farmer,contribution of labours in the family 6,85%/farmer. and From this result of development of farming cayenne pepper plant.We believe that it has good prospect and revenue, of the average income ,tecnicall and economically. The contribution of labors in the family can increase farmers’ income and it should be always optimized

Abstract

This study aims to determine the costs, production,revenue, profits and feasibility of sweet corn in Loktabat Utara village, Banjarbaru utara district. The method used in the reasearch is survey and observation method. . The sampling technique used purposive sampling method, so that 10 respondents were obtained. The results of this study indicate that the total production of sweet corns in the loktabat utara village was 18.450 kg/farm, with an average production of 1.845 kg/farm. Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between water quality parameters and the daily growth rate of tilapia. Research method A case study with a qualitative approach to water quality. The observation period is 30 days. The average fish size of tilapia was 10 g/fish as many as 50 individuals on a single observation. Aquarium size 50 x 30 x 30 cm, with a volume of 37.5 liters of water. The feed used is PF 1000 pellets (PT Matahari Sakti) with a frequency of 5% of the fish weight and a frequency of feeding 2 times per day (morning and evening). The results of the study showed that Morning Temperature ranged from 26.3 – 26.5oC with a difference of 0.02oC. Afternoon temperatures range from 28.3-28.5oC with a difference of 0.02oC. The temperature range in the morning and evening is 26.3 – 28.5. Fluctuations are 2.2 oC. Dissolved oxygen ranges from 4.75 - 5.14 mg/L. The pH of the water is in the range of 6.67 – 6.95 Ammonia 0.057 - 0.36 mg/L. The results of the overall correlation analysis show that the water quality parameters do not have a significant effect on the daily growth rate of tilapia so the water quality parameters are in a good range for the life and growth of tilapia
