Abstract

Intensive cultivation often risks the emergence of disease, this is because in intensive cultivation tilapia are kept with high stocking densities and intensive use of feed, which causes a decrease in water quality which in turn can trigger the emergence of disease. Fish diseases arise due to an imbalance between fish as gills of pathogens/microorganisms that carry disease, and the environment. The fish's defense system can be disrupted due to environmental changes and the development of pathogens in a cultivation container. This research aims to find out whether there are ectobacteria in tilapia fish in fish farming ponds in Lihung Village. The results of the research will make it easier to provide information about sick fish and how to deal with disease in the environment of fish cultivating ponds that are attacked by ectobacteria. The research was carried out for 10 days, 4–14 March 2023 at the KIPM Banjarmasin Laboratory, starting from taking test fish samples, necropsy, microscopic examination, as well as the types of ectobacteria found in tilapia seeds taken from fish farming ponds. Necropsy activities are carried out by weighing the weight of the test fish, checking the completeness of the fish's body organs and checking the body of the fish that will be observed. All samples of the test fish are weighed according to the required standard of at least 10 grams with a fish body weight of 50 grams, for completeness. body organs of all test fish samples are complete. From the sample results, it was found that there were 2 bacteria that attacked Tilapia fish in Lihung Village, namely Aeromonas sp. and Proteus sp bacteria

Abstract

Climbing Fish (Anabas testudineus) BLOCH culture is very potencial to be depelop.  One of the critical succes factors is the succes of cultivition is the availability of good a seeds in sufficient quantities and sustainable.  Temperature is one of the factors that influence the hatch ability of eggs. The experiment used a completly randomized design (CRD) method, consisting of three treatment and three replications. The order of treatment was A 26°C, B 28°C and C 30°C. The result of research for each treatment A, B and C indicate that avarage of hatching rate ware 96,53%, 98,33% and 99,31%. Data analysis uses variance test (ANOVA). The result showed the temperature significantly. Result of water quality measurement at each treatment is pH 7,61 – 7,67 and 7,63 – 7,79. DO 4,35ppm – 5,09ppm and 4,55ppm – 4,19ppm. Ammonia 0,01ppm and 0,01ppm – 0,1ppm

Abstract

Robusta coffee is a commodity in Banjar Regency. The existence of a gap in coffee prices at the producer and consumer level by 77,04 percent is suspected that a large number of marketing institutions are involved, resulting in high marketing costs. This has led to allegations of unequal pay among marketing institutions. It has an impact on the level of coffee marketing efficiency in the Karang Intan District. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the Robusta coffee marketing system that is formed, based on the institutions involved, and analyze the Robusta coffee marketing efficiency in Karang Intan District. Research data was obtained from observations, interviews using questionnaires, and supporting data from relevant agencies. The results showed that four marketing channels carried out each marketing function. Based on quantitative calculations, channel I is the most efficient channel with a margin of Rp 7.200 per kg and a farmer’s share of 77,84 percent. Efforts to overcome coffee marketing inefficiencies in Karang Intan District, Banjar Regency through the optimal implementation of marketing functions at each marketing agency, efforts to improve post-harvest quality and sales of coffee products that have been processed into sangria coffee or powder to encourage increased selling prices and farmers' income.

Abstract

This was carried out in Tabanio Village, Takisung District, Tanah Laut Regency. The method used in this research is the case study method in industrial enterprises Mama Helman's mackerel fish amplang household in Tabanio Village, District Takisung, Tanah Laut Regency. The results of this study indicate that the stages making mackerel fish amplang which includes, preparation of tools and materials, weeding, washing, taking meat, pulverizing meat, mixing, forming dough, frying, draining and packaging. The amount of the fee is Rp 44,896,592/month, revenue of IDR 57,600,000/month, income of IDR 13,563,408/month, a profit of IDR 12,703,408/month, an RCR value of 1.3 and The problems faced in making mackerel fish shells are raw materials in the form of mackerel when the weather is bad like the wind is always strong so that the fishermen can not catch fish in the sea this causes the high price of staple raw materials in the form of mackerel

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the revenue,the Total cost ,income and Profit. This research was conducted in Oktober– Desember 2023 at village Maniapun , Banjar regency. The sensus sampling methode used was by observing 9 farmers in village Maniapun who planted Turmeric plant.The Average land area 0,12/farmer,and Average result of the revenue is Rp. 3.013.888,89,/farmer, or Rp.25.115.740,75/Ha. Abstract

This research aims to determine the cost, production, revenues, profit and productivity of lokal paddy farming of the Mayang variety in Bunipah village Aluh-aluh district. The method used is a survey method with observation n techniques. The sampling technique used the census method, so that 33 farmer respondens were obtained. The results of this research show that the everage production of lokal rice of the Mayang variety in Bunipah village is 4.297,5 kg /farmers or 4,29 tons/hectare. The everage total cost is Rp.20.722.369,10/farmer. So the average revenue obtained is Rp.42.975.242,42/farmer or Rp.30.052.447,55/hectare. The average profit obtained during one production process is Rp.22.252.873,32/farmer or Rp.15.561.449,87/hectare. Thr everage productivity obtained was 2,93 tons/hectare

Abstract

The aim of this research is technically to find out how to cultivate papaya plants and financially to find out the costs, receipts and income from papaya farming in Bati-Bati Village, Bati-Bati District. The research method used is a case study. The research results showed that the amount of explicit costs consisting of input costs, labor outside the family, rental costs and depreciation was IDR 53,460,416. Total receipts amounted to Rp. 216,000,000,- and total income of IDR 162,539,584
