The tradition of sangkep dehe truna which takes place at Pilan Traditional Village is a tradition that is carried out predominantly by the seka deha truna, namely children who have reached adulthood. The trend of globalization that dominates the realm of life reproduces the behavior and social structure of Hindus (especially young people) in the Pilan Traditional Village. This is marked by the lack of understanding of the younger generation of Hindus towards the tradition of sangkep dehe truna which has been going on from the past until now. While the research method used in this study is a qualitative method, with the determination of the research location at Pilan Traditional Village. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data, the determination of informants is used based on a proportional sampling system. Data collection techniques through non-participant observation; unstructured interviews; literature study; and documentation. After that, data analysis was carried out using a triangulation pattern. Based on the results and discussion in this study, it was revealed that, (1) the process of implementing ngiasin three sana tradition includes: (a) the role of the seka deha truna before the tradition begins, (b) the role of the culmination of the ceremony, and (c) the role at the end of the ceremony; (2) the value of Hindu religious education applied in the niasin three sana tradition includes: (a) tri hita karana education with an explanation of parhyangan (tattwa values) explaining the value of belief, ritual value, sincerity value, and self-control value. Next, pawongan explains the value of gotong royong, ethical values and the value of hard work. Furthermore, palemahan explains the value of sacrifice, the value of pleasure and the value of cultural preservation; and (3) the educational implications of sangkep dehe truna tradition include: strengthening the beliefs of the younger generation, shaping the ethics and morals of the younger generation, and strengthening the preservation of local wisdom.

The Anusasana Parwa story is the 13th part of the Asta Dasa Parwa or 18 Parwa in the Mahabharata story, which tells the story of Yudisthira's coronation as king of Hastina replacing his uncle Drestarastra. In this parwa, it is described how the great king of the Kuru people was able to reconcile himself. The awareness that grew within Yudisthira was obtained after receiving teachings from his grandfather Bhisma. This Parva explains in detail the rules regarding Dharma. So in the Mahabharata story there are many character education values which can be used as guidelines for behavior. The issues that will be discussed include: (1) The Anusasana Parwa story (2) The value of character education contained in the Anusasana Parwa story; The aim of this research is to preserve literary works as a form of language art that should be maintained, developed and interpreted. Works can expand Balinese cultural treasures. Apart from that, this research provides information about the existence of Hindu literary works which are full of the teachings of sraddha bhakti, morals and ethics. The theories applied to analyze the problem formulation in this work are: Teeuw's Structuralism theory, Koentjaraningrat's Value theory; Data collection methods are literature study, interviews, documentation which focuses on reviewing written sources in the library; The data collected and obtained will be analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis methods, with reduction steps, data presentation and drawing conclusions; The results obtained from the research show (1) Anusasana Parwa story text. (2) In the Anusasana Parwa story text there are character education values that shape students' characters, namely religious character, curiosity character, social care character, tolerance character, and love of reading character; So it can be concluded that there is character education in the story of Anusasana Parwa.

Schools are formal institutions that have a high level of urgency and receive attention from the local community regarding the education of the nation's children, so the leadership of the school principal remains the focus of research. Quality education is able to produce graduates who have skills or competencies, both personal and social competencies, as well as academic and professional competencies that are based on noble moral values. The principal has the highest power and authority as a leader and has the ability to organize and develop his subordinates professionally. The school principal is one of the determining factors for the success and quality of a school. The objectives of this research are to describe the role of school principals in improving the quality of school education. The research method used is qualitative research using library research. This type of library research research is by looking at a theory or study from library sources. This research was carried out by reading, reviewing and analyzing various existing literature, in the form of books, articles and research results. The quality of education is an issue that is considered the main problem in education development policy. Because only quality education will produce quality graduates who are able to further develop themselves, their families, their communities, their nation and their nation. The role of the school principal in improving the quality of education is: the principal as a manager, the principal as an administrator, the principal as a supervisor, the principal as an educator, the principal as a leader, and the principal as a motivator. The role of the school principal as a driving force is very important, where the principal as the leader of the educational institution at the school will be a guide driving the school community to carry out activities, improve school infrastructure, increase teacher competence to make changes towards better and higher quality.

Indonesia is a dominant country with a diverse population which has the potential to cause horizontal conflict. So, a country will be great if its people have awareness, as well as an attitude of tolerance and mutual respect in the world of education. The experience of pluralism in schools can minimize various problems that arise both at the national and global levels. The task of a Hindu religious education teacher is that of a functionary who has great duties and responsibilities and serves as the spearhead of educating students. The aim of this research is to determine the role and challenges of Hindu religious education teachers in implementing students' attitudes of pluralism. The use of descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection using observation techniques and documentation studies. The results of carrying out this research are as follows: 1) Teacher as facilitator, in the teacher's role as facilitator the teacher helps students by dedicating teaching materials and providing learning facilities. 2) Teacher as Motivator, the role of the teacher as a motivator is to increase students' interest in learning, creating an interesting learning environment. So, students will have higher motivation to participate in the learning process. 3) The teacher as a guide, with the presence of a teacher is expected to be able to cover the morals conveyed to students, in the form of tools, individuals and materials used. 4) Teachers as educators, the teacher's job is not only to provide information to students to understand the lesson, but also to guide and train students is a teacher's job besides educating. Apart from these roles, there are also several challenges faced by teachers, such as the challenge of facing the influence of globalization and facing ethnocentrism.

This research trying to reveal some problems faced by teachers in the Nabire District - Central Papua. A remote area far from the city center of Indonesia. Sometimes we forget that Nabire district also need encouragement and equality. The presence of the independent curriculum seems to have shaken the teachers at Nabire because the remaining problems from the previous curriculum have not been resolved and are now given a new burden with the new curriculum too. The data for this paper comes from the opinions of teachers in Nabire district who really understand the conditions at Nabire. This research reviews the concept of learning in the independent curriculum and also the complementation of the independent curriculum in Central Papua. This research was conducted using observation, interviews and document study method. Data was obtained through informants selected using purposive sampling. All data was then analyzed descriptively qualitatively using Rodan and Nurkse’s Bersa Nudge Theory. The results of the analysis show that the independent curriculum is very good curriculum and is able to provide optimal development for students. However, the independent curriculum is still far from ready to be implemented in Nabire district, which is still underdeveloped. Underdeveloped means the number of teacher is unequal, there is a lack of infrastructure and there are still many students who are isolated and trapped by extreme geographical conditions. In fact, there are still students who are hampered by long distances to school. Therefore, the implementation of the independent curriculum can be implemented well for students and teachers will not face difficulties in implementing the independent curriculum.

Yoga is a practice that can help to achieve calmness and emotional balance, as well as better focus and concentration. Yoga in its original sense was designed as a method of spiritual awakening but has recently been accepted as a health science. Yoga is currently used as a hea lth care method. Yoga can not only prevent and cure diseases, but it can also help maintain good health. Yoga focuses on strengthening the defense system of the body and mind, rather than on eliminating disease-causing factors. Yoga can improve immunity, help the body and mind achieve balance, and prevent the onset of disease. Therefore, yoga aims to achieve physical, mental, social, and spiritual health. This study uses a qualitative research method approach. The results of this study are Yoga not only moves the physical body, but also stimulates various glands, muscles, and body parts related to emotional activity or state of mind. The nervous system can be activated or calmed through Asana, breath control or Pranayama, and meditation. Yoga is a state of strong steadfastness on the emotional level, yoga creates a state of strong inner steadfastness on the emotional level, balance concentration, and an independent attitudeon the mental level, balanced concentration, and an indepedent attitude on the mental level, while maintaining homeostatic balance on the physical level. In this context, yoga reflects a state of integration of personality, harmony between body and mind. Achived in a state of optimal balance. Meditation and pranayama are integral element in the concept of yoga as explained in the teaching af astanga yoga. Succes in practicing yoga can bring practitioners out of the infuence of the five klesas, which include the five factors that cause suffering such as avidya, asmita, raga, dvesa and abhinivesa. Factors that influence mental health are stress, tension, fear, depresion, insomnia, anxiety, phobias, despair. Other mental health conditions that affect teenagers include bipolar disorder, behavioral disorders, attention deficit hyperactrivity disorder, learning disoders, eating disorders, autism and chilhood onset schizophrenia. Seeing that teenagers are facing a lot of problems in today's era which may be due to the hectic schedule from morning to evening to bedtime, they do not have time for themselves. With the help of doing Yoga, they can easily achieve good mental and physical health.

Tat Twam Asi is a teaching that teaches moral concepts and love towards fellow humans. The teachings of Tat Twam Asi are one of the basic references to moral teachings in Hinduism. This research discusses (1) The concept of moral philosophy among the teachings of Tat Twam Asi, (2) Implementation of Tat Twam Asi 's teachings in children's character education. The methods used to collect data are literature study, document study, and online data search. The collected data was analyzed using qualitative methods with steps to reduce data, present data, and verify data. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive data analysis technique. The determination of informants in this research was carried out deliberately on the basis of the researcher's knowledge and beliefs based on certain objectives. The research results show that the teachings of Tat Twam Asi in their teachings are based on the teaching of equal human dignity. The meaning of the statement of equal human dignity is that all humans are born with the same degree or dignity. Therefore, humans must love and respect each other. Love for fellow creatures of God is very important. The goal that Tat Twam Asi teachings want to achieve with its teachings about morals is to become a person who has a good personality so that it can be seen in his behavior. The meeting point of Tat Twam Asi 's teachings is maintaining social harmony, encouraging personal development, providing a foundation for one's actions, and universal brotherhood. The relevance of these two teachings is mutual respect, caring for each other, giving love and caring for others.

Garbage is one of problem that often arises at the moment. It is not only in our country, however it has also become a world problem. Considering that there is still a lack of public awareness regarding concern for the surrounding environment which results in environmental damage and natural disasters. The various natural phenomena that occur in Indonesia certainly underlie the importance of character education for all Indonesian society. This research reveals the importance of instilling character education in students at every level through a plastic waste processing program. The plastic waste processing program is a form of character development for the Profil Pelajar Pancasila to be able to strengthen the character of the Profil Pelajar Pancasila, especially for the dimensions of religious, devotion to God and good character, mutual cooperation, independence and creativity, which is related to an attitude of caring for the environment. This research was carried out with the aim of finding out that innovation programs carried out by schools can act as effective media to strengthen the expected character of the Profil Pelajar Pancasila. This research was qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data was obtained through literature study which was collected by browsing articles, reading literature books, and analyzing research results. The research results show that the plastic waste processing program carried out routinely in schools is able to provide a breath of fresh air in the world of education, especially in instilling environmentally caring character education in students. It is hoped that all school will participate in efforts for students' independence in managing waste in their community. Instilling the character of caring for the environment from an early age is very important, it makes students have awareness and concern for their environment.

Initial observations of the School Administration Staff of SMP Negeri 1 Tembuku show that their performance is still very low. The low performance of School Administration Personnel is due to the lack of appropriate approach used. This makes the implementation of administration in schools not run optimally. To improve the performance of School Administration Personnel, the right approach is needed, namely by guidance and mentoring. The purpose of making this article is to improve the performance of School Administration Personnel in carrying out administrative duties. This research was located at SMP Negeri 1 Tembuku with 11 administrative staff responders. Data is obtained by distributing instruments to respondents, then descriptive analysis is carried out. This research was carried out through two cycles. Each cycle is carried out with several stages, namely: (1) preparation of activity plans, (2) implementation of actions, (3) observation, and (4) analysis and continued with reflection. The results showed that the initial observation of guidance and mentoring was less active, and the response of school administration staff to the principal's explanation was very small so that the average score of school administration staff was 74.55 (grade category C = Sufficient). After the action of cycle I is performed. Through more intensive guidance and mentoring, it led to an increase to an average of 84.32 (grade category B = Good). Results in cycle II increased to an average of 92.95 (grade category A = Very Good). The conclusion is that the implementation of guidance and mentoring can be used as an alternative to improve the performance of School Administration Personnel in carrying out administrative duties.

The implementation of the Ngusaba Nyepeg Penjor ceremony in the Gebog Satak Tiga Buungan Traditional Village is unique and does not exist in other traditional villages and is inseparable from the role of Prajuru Adat. Ngusaba Nyepeg Penjor ceremony is a form of ritual that aims to invoke prosperity and success in agriculture by the people of Gebog Satak Tiga Buungan. This research aims to find out the ceremony procession, position, role and strategy of Prajuru Adat in Ngusaba Nyepeg Penjor ceremony in Gebog Satak Tiga Buungan Traditional Village. The method used in this research uses a qualitative approach and data collection is done by observation, interviews, literature, and documentation. The results obtained in the research are (1) The procession of Ngusaba Nyepeg Penjor Ceremony consists of Matur Piuning, Nunas Sela, Mecaru, Nunas Tirtha Kekuluh, Ngemedalang Ida Bhatara from Buungan, Ngemedangang Ida Bhatara Lingsir, Ngadegang Jro Pasek, Ngemedalang Ida Bhatara Ring Soang-soang, Melasti, Ageng Canang, Puncak Ngusaba Nyepeg Penjor, Ageng Penek, Nganyarin, Memasar, Bhakti Dewa Hyang, Ida Bhatara Ngeluhur. (2) The position and role of Prajuru Adat in the implementation of the ceremony, namely as the executor of leadership, communicator, facilitator and role model of the community. (3) The strategy of Prajuru Adat in the implementation of the ceremony is to function the existing devices or structures and ensure that it runs well, optimize community support, involve all components of the community and carry out the ceremony according to the community's ability.
