Abstract

In the era of advancing information technology, effective data and information processing is crucial. Especially in the fitness field, tools such as computers and web-based applications have become integral. This research aims to improve the methods used by Gym Predator. Using a waterfall technique approach consisting of five stages: requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance, this research developed a web-based application using the CodeIgniter framework. This application is customized to the specific needs of Gym Predator. The findings are presented in the form of a website that not only meets the demands of the gym, but also enhances the user experience in finding information and using the gym's services. Continuous evaluation and enhancement of the website will increase user interactivity, provide clearer information, and improve navigation. The findings of this study not only contribute to designing and developing better gym websites, but also underscore the importance of positive user experience in the fitness industry.

Abstract

The e-Tilang system is a solution to disciplining motorized vehicle drivers from committing many traffic violations. The existence of e-Tilang is also a solution to preventing law enforcer delinquency from illegal levies, peaceful terms in place, to accountability for fines. The effectiveness and efficiency of the e-Tilang system raise various comments from the public. Lately, a technique has become popular for extracting information from piles of data, especially on Twitter, namely Text Mining or often also called sentiment analysis. Twitter is a type of social media that is quite popular and in demand by the whole world community, including Indonesia, which provides various information. Support Vector Machine (SVM) is a set of guided learning methods that analyze data and recognize patterns, is used for classification and regression analysis, and is considered a relatively new method. The purpose of this study was to analyze the sentiments of Twitter users regarding the implementation of the e-Tilang system using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm by calculating the value of the tweet data which has a yield of 74.20%, precision of 83.33% and recall of 5.28%. Sentiment results on social media Twitter regarding the implementation of e-tickets are classified as neutral. From the results of research using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm the results of sentiment on social media Twitter regarding the implementation of e-Tilang are classified as neutral.

Abstract

This study aims to implement digital signatures in the electronic medical record application at Klinik Rosha. The Agile methodology is employed, consisting of stages such as planning, implementation, software testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance. It is expected that the implementation of digital signatures in the electronic medical record application at Klinik Rosha will improve the efficiency and accuracy of the process of recording and verifying medical data. Additionally, the use of digital signatures is anticipated to enhance the security of medical data and reduce the risk of data forgery. This research has a positive contribution to the development of electronic medical record applications in Indonesia and facilitates access to medical information for patients and healthcare professionals. This step represents a promising breakthrough in improving and strengthening the working system at Klinik Rosha. By implementing digital signatures, the process of recording and verifying medical data will become more efficient and accurate, providing significant benefits to the clinic's operations. The use of digital signatures will also increase the security of medical data, reduce the risk of data forgery, and provide better protection for sensitive medical information. With digital signatures, the integrity and authenticity of medical data can be better maintained, ensuring the confidentiality and authenticity of sensitive information. This research is a significant step forward in the development of electronic medical record applications, with a positive impact on Klinik Rosha

Abstract

Every app has strengths and weaknesses that can influence various responses from users, including levels of satisfaction and disappointment that are often expressed through reviews on the Google Play Store. On this platform, the ratings and reviews feature allows users to give their opinions and experiences on the apps they use. One example of an application that is popular among the public is WhatsApp. The purpose of this research is to measure users' opinions and views on the WhatsApp application using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. The data used in this study includes 1000 data, with 669 positive opinions and 331 negative opinions on the application. The process of dividing training data and test data was carried out through several experiments with three different ratios, namely 70:30, 80:20, and 90:10. From the results of this test, the best model was obtained in the scenario of dividing training data and test data with a ratio of 90:10 resulting in accuracy reaching 84%, precision value of 87.65%, recall of 92.21%, and f1-score of 89.87% for the positive class. While in the negative class, the precision value reached 68.42%, recall reached 56.52%, and f1-score reached 61.90% at K = 14 and Threshold = 20.

Abstract

The South Sumatra Regional Police is a government agency engaged in the field of security, securing/sharing the community and enforcing the law, as well as providing protection, security, protection and community services in the context of maintaining domestic security. Based on the research and analysis carried out, several problems were found, including the HR Selection Subdivision for the South Sumatra Police HR Bureau, which carried out data collection that had carried out the development of specialist education from year to year using a manual data collection system using Excel recap. In order to improve services and make work effective, a system for processing or recording data electronically was developed so that the information data obtained was accurate and fast, the Education and Special Education Bureau for Human Resources applications can be successfully built using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework. This shows that choosing the right technology can support reliable and efficient application development. the development of edikbangspes at the South Sumatra Polda HR Bureau using the Action Research method has brought benefits in improving service to internal employees. In the application design and development process, the active involvement of personnel is essential to ensure their needs and expectations are met. By hosting applications on the internet, edikbangsppes applications can be accessed by data input operators without time and location limitations. So with the development of the e-dikbangsppes information system, it is able to overcome problems related to personnel data collection which in this system can be accessed online or online personnel recording wherever and whenever, then based on evaluation results using the speed test application, web results obtained with an average score of 84.3 in the good category

Abstract

Ngipik Hamlet provides various types of population introduction letter services including creating birth certificates, updating family cards due to the addition of new family members, updating family cards due to the death of a family member, updating family cards due to a family member's relocation, issuing new Identity Cards for individuals turning 17 years old, updating Identity Cards due to changes in status, issuing marriage certificates, issuing certificates of insufficient financial capability, issuing business certificates, and issuing death certificates. However, these services are currently manual, resulting in inefficient processing time and the risk of document loss or incomplete documentation during the application process. Therefore, there is a need for a system that can support the application process for population introduction letters. The objective of this research is to develop a Telegram bot utilizing Google Form and Google Spreadsheet. The "Bot Layanan Surat Pengantar Kependudukan Dusun Ngipik" was tested using the black-box method, where each service was tested using dummy resident data and the required documents were inputted according to the specified requirements. The results show the status of the complete file and the evaluation of the file according to the requirements. With the existence of this "Bot Layanan Surat Pengantar Kependudukan", residents can easily submit their introduction letter requests conveniently from anywhere and at any time. This serves as an alternative solution that simplifies the process of requesting population introduction letters for residents.

Abstract

The use of smartphones by people in Indonesia, almost 98% of smartphones are used to download e-commerce applications and one of them is Shopee with the number of daily active visitors on Shopee e-commerce in December 2021 reaching 33.27 users. So this study aims to test the Shopee Live marketplace video information system based on the usability characteristics of Shopee application users. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. In this study, the ISO 25010 method was used to test usability characteristics. Before weighting, researchers test the data using the Validity Test and Reliability Test methods to measure the data used by researchers can be said to be valid and real. The research results from the weight calculation show that the weights for sub-characteristics using the ISO 25010 method show that appropriateness recognition is 35.1%, learnability is 24.5%, operability is 16.4%, user error protection is 11.5%, user interface aesthetics by 7.9%, and accessibility by 4.6% so it can be seen that the highest weight is the appropriateness recognition sub-characteristic

Abstract

Payroll Management System (PMS) is an application used by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia as a solution to their problem on performance allowance payment process for their employees to be more effective and efficient, as well as to avoid errors and fraud when processing data. In this application, inputting data proposals by the work unit admin must go through a verification process from the super admin in the human resources bureau, and in terms of verifying the proposal, it must be free from errors. This research is based on a qualitative method, and the results were analyzed by framework COBIT 5 with DSS (Deliver, Support, System) as a chosen domain, especially DSS01 manage operations and DSS02 manage service requests and incidents. The results showed that maturity value index of each process complied with all available stages. Maturity level results on domain DSS01 showed that it has maturity level 11,43 out of desired level 4 with achievement value fully achieved, GAP value was 7,43, and achieved level of optimizing process on IT capability, while domain DSS02 showed maturity level on 8,20 out of desired level 4 with achievement value fully achieved, GAP value was 4,20, and achieved level of optimizing process. It can be concluded that Payroll Management System (PMS) has reached beyond the maximum capacity level

Abstract

Information system audits are carried out to identify and ensure that existing system procedures in the company function properly, using the Cobit 5 framework to audit information systems of Digipop OOH Application located at PT. Media Indra Buana because previously there had never been a comprehensive audit of the information system used by the company so that the operational services of the information system could not be ascertained in accordance or not with the standards of the company's needs. Research is collected by quantitative capability analysis. The audit results with the highest value, namely the DSS01 domain, received a Maturity Level value of 15.07 with a Fully Achievement value and a gap value of each DSS01.01 sub domain with gap value 10.42, DSS01.02 with gap value 11.33, DSS01.03 with gap value 11.11, DSS01.04 with gap value 11.00 and DSS01.05 with gap value 11.51 from the target level 4. While the DSS02 domain received a Maturity Level value of 10.84 with a Fully Achievement value and a gap value of each DSS02.01 sub domain with gap value 6.87, DSS02.02 with gap value 6.69, DSS02.03 with gap value 6.85, DSS02.04 with gap value 6.80, DSS02.05 with gap value 6.63, DSS02.06 with gap value 7.05 and DSS02.07 with gap value 6.97 from the target level 4. The results of GAP analysis obtained from DSS01 and DSS02 have reached the target level

Abstract

Social media has emerged as immensely popular and favored platforms among the masses today. Twitter, being one of the most renowned social media platforms, allows users to express themselves through tweet postings. Retweeting is a crucial feature on Twitter, enabling users to disseminate tweets authored by others. In this context, this research aims to predict retweet behavior using User-Based, Content-Based, and Time-Based features, coupled with an Artificial Neural Network classifier optimized with Grey Wolf Optimization. One of the challenges in retweet prediction lies in class imbalance, where the number of retweets on certain tweets is significantly disproportionate compared to others. To address this issue, this study implements undersampling and oversampling techniques. Undersampling reduces the number of samples from the majority class, whereas oversampling involves duplicating or synthesizing samples from the minority class, thereby creating class balance. The research successfully achieves promising results in retweet prediction. After applying oversampling techniques, the classification process attains an accuracy of 85.58%, precision of 87.77%, recall of 83.92%, and F1-score of 85.80%. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in retweet prediction and handling class imbalance issues
