Abstract

Acne, besides having a negative impact on the skin, also has a psychological impact, namely embarrassment and reduced self-confidence, which can be prevented by providing medical knowledge to treat acne. One of the products used for acne treatment is acne spot treatment. The large number of advertisements on social media related to acne spot treatment products can influence larger purchases, but the product is not necessarily good. Seeing direct reviews from acne spot treatment users can increase information regarding whether the product is good or not. One website that provides reviews related to beauty products is Female Daily, but the large number of reviews does not allow reading in its entirety. Of course, this takes time. Sentiment analysis is used to overcome this problem, which aims to classify acne spot treatment reviews as Positive or negative. In this study, the classification method used is K-Nearest Neighbor because it has a simple concept that is easy to apply and understand. The sentiment results showed that the reviews that contained the most positive sentiments were Whitelab with 1,190 reviews, and the ones that contained the most negative sentiments were Skin Games with 173 reviews. The results of the classification using KNN are that the best accuracy is the Whitelab brand at 97%, then the Skin Game gets 81% accuracy, and the lowest accuracy value is the ERHA brand at 75%

Abstract

Since 2022 Munjul Jaya Clinic Purwakarta has collaborated with PT. Infokes Indonesia to start making applicationseClinic web-based in order to improve clinical services. Inappropriate user interaction causes a lot of confusion among userswebsite the. After doingusability testing with users,user interface which now feels like it doesn't provide a good experience, because it makes users confused. In the observation results obtained several features that make it difficult touser perform services including, design and placement of menus less attractive to users, usagecopywriting which is not quite right, and it is difficult to identify the title of a content, so that users find it difficult to provide services. In this study researchers used the methodDesign Thinking for researchers to seek to understand users, challenge assumptions, and redefine problems in creating strategies and alternative solutions that may not be immediately apparent at the early description level. At the stage of testing the resultsprototype This will be done using the method test methodSingle Ease Questionnaire (SEQ) which has an assessment score of 1-7, and the result of the SEQ score is worth 5.5 a task is said to be difficult if the task's value is below number 5. Abstract

The concept of Quranpedia was inspired by the idea of Wikipedia, which is the most popular online encyclopedia in the world. One of the main focuses of Quranpedia is to present data on Isim ma’rifat (definite nouns) found in the Quran and the Hadith Kutubus Sittah (six major Hadith collections). Isim ma’rifat refers to specific nouns or things categorized as nouns whose meanings are definite. One of the distinctive features of Isim ma’rifat is that it starts with the prefix AL (??). Apart from the Quran, the explanations of Isim ma’rifat can also be found in the sayings of Prophet Muhammad (Hadith), including those in Sahih Bukhari. To obtain these Isim ma’rifat from the Quran and Hadith Bukhari, a search system for nouns with the prefix AL (??) was developed using the remove diacritics method. The Java-based Isim detection program successfully found 9852 words with the prefix AL (??) in the Quran and 70563 words in Hadith Bukhari. After removing duplicates and performing validation, 1041 Isim ma’rifat were identified in the Quran, and 1764 Isim ma’rifat were found in Hadith Bukhari. Then, a comparison was conducted, revealing that 376 Isim ma’rifat (??) are present in both the Quran and Hadith Bukhari, 665 are only found in the Quran, and 1388 are exclusive to Hadith Bukhari. Based on this data, the calculation to measure Hadith Bukhari's ability to explain the Isim ma’rifat found in the Quran resulted in (376/1764)x100% = 21%. Hence, Hadith Bukhari can only explain 21% of the Isim ma’rifat (??) present in the Quran

Abstract

Quranpedia is a website built to facilitate its users in searching for root words and verses containing the exact root words by following the structure of Wikipedia. This research employs the black box testing method to assess the functionality of the Quranpedia website. The results of the black box testing indicate that the website achieves a success rate of 94%, with an intuitive interface that aligns with the presentation of the Al-Quran. Additionally, this study involves root word testing to evaluate the accuracy of the search results for Quranic verses that share the exact root words. From these tests, an accuracy level of 85% is obtained. The findings of this research demonstrate that Quranpedia successfully fulfills its primary goal by providing a reliable and comprehensive reference source for the Muslim community. With an engaging interface and an ongoing commitment to improving accuracy, Quranpedia is expected to assist the Muslim community in deepening their understanding and appreciation of the sacred book, the Al-Quran.

Abstract

DISPARBUD of East Sumba district is a government agency engaged in tourism and culture. Information and technology systems (IS/IT) are very important tools to support the achievement of the local government's vision and mission. However, until now the tourism development process at DISPARBUD has not been optimal because not all activities are supported by good use of IS/IT and have an impact on performance activities that are not yet effective and efficient. Therefore it is necessary to use good IS/IT. This study aims to make IS/IT strategic planning at DISPARBUD. This study uses the Ward and Peppard method approach which includes SWOT analysis with the addition of the IFE-EFE matrix which is used in evaluating internal and external factors, value chain analysis, Critical Success Factors (CSFs) method and McFarlan Strategic Grid which will produce an overview of IS requirements /IT which can then be formulated as strategic planning within the next 4 (four) years

Abstract

The Ahead website as a means of employee information used at PT. Adhimix Precast Indonesia, currently the use of the website has not been optimally carried out by employees, the constraints that are often experienced by employees are having difficulty logging in to access the website, there is no absence data, working hours, and the number of employee leaves that have not been integrated with the Ahead website so there is no need to open another website to do attendance. For this reason, researchers conducted an analysis of employee satisfaction as users of the Ahead website service on website quality using the webqual 4.0 method which focuses on 3 dimensions of webqual 4.0 namely Usability, Information Quality and Interaction Service Quality. to measure user satisfaction (User Satisfaction). This study used a statement instrument based on the webqual 4.0 dimension, using a questionnaire distributed to 71 respondents who were taken based on a random sampling sample from a population of 245 active employees. Data processing uses SPSS version 29. The results of the F test state that there is a joint influence of the 3 dimensions of Usability, Information Quality, Interaction Service Quality on user satisfaction, with a P-Value or significance of <0.001, meaning that the Probability value is <0 ,05. The results of the t test show that the Usability variable has no significant effect on user satisfaction, with a T_(Count ) value of 1.445 (T_Table value < 1.996), the influential variable is the quality of information. the interaction of the value of T_(Calculate) is 4.685. The results of the coefficient of determination test showed the effect of the 3 dimensions of webqual 4.0 on user satisfaction by 89.10%

Abstract

Analysis of the website Membership.perpusnas.go.id as a means of information used by members of the National Library of Indonesia. Therefore the researcher conducted an analysis of member satisfaction as users of the membership.perpusnas.go.id website service on website quality using the webqual 4.0 method which focuses on 3 dimensions of webqual 4.0 namely Usability, Information Quality and Interaction Service Quality, to measure user satisfaction (User Satisfaction). This study used a statement instrument based on the webqual 4.0 dimension, using a questionnaire distributed to 43. Data processing in this study used SPSS version 26. The results of the F test stated that there was a joint effect of the 3 dimensions of Usability, Information Quality, Interaction Service Quality on user satisfaction, with a P-Value or significance of 9.007, meaning that the Probability value was > 0.05. The results of the t test show that the Usability variable has no significant effect on user satisfaction, with a p-value of 10.658 (probability value > 0.05), the variables that have no effect are the quality of information (p-value of 9.552), and the quality of interaction services (p-value of 9.007). As for the results of the coefficient of determination test, it shows that the influence of the 3 dimensions of webqual 4.0 on user satisfaction is 76.10%, and the remaining 23.90% is influenced by other factors not used in this study.

Abstract

Al-Muttaqin Islamic Junior High School is a junior high school that still uses the Education Development Contribution (SPP) payment system by recording and recapitulating on SPP cards and payment books, but such a system is prone to damage and loss, causing data insecurity, besides that it also makes the payment process relatively long. The design of the user interface or user experience can influence users because of its attractive appearance and is expected to provide solutions to make it easier for officers in SPP payment services and to be able to make payment transactions that can be made. The target audience in this design is aimed at school treasurers and student guardians. The purpose of this study is to find out the stages of the tuition payment system process at Al-Muttaqin Islamic Middle School and then design a solution to the problem. In this study, the UI/UX SPP design was carried out at Al-Muttaqin Islamic Middle School by applying the stages of the Human Centered Design (HCD) method, namely understanding and specifying the context of use, specifying user needs, creating solution designs, and evaluating solution designs by conducting usability testing of designs. The results of the usability effectiveness test got a score of 90%, on learnability got a score of 92%, and on the satisfaction test (SUS) got a score of 87.8%, from the results of the test data it was declared successful. The process of recording and paying SPP will be faster, will reduce recording errors, record repetition, lost data, and make recording results more accurate

Abstract

An information system audit is carried out to ensure that the system used for attendance in agencies is running well, using the Cobit 5 framework located at UPP PKB Samsat Jakarta Timur, because it is not yet known to what extent the capability level of the attendance system is, is there monitoring, evaluation in managing operations in the attendance system, and there is no evaluation of the level of security and performance of the attendance system. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the attendance system monitors and evaluates environmental controls, assessments, and restoration of independent certainty, evaluates the level of security and performance of information systems in this case attendance. The method used is using the domain from COBIT 5, there are 3 domains used in this study, namely DSS01 Managed Operations, DSS05 Managed Security Service and MEA01 Monitor, Evaluate and Assess Performance and Conformance. By making 85 questions and distributing them through a questionnaire to 13 respondents, the results obtained were that the MEA01 domain got a maturity level value of 2.90 with a Fully achievement score, got an Established Process level capability, and a GAP value of -0.10 from target level 3. DSS01 got a maturity level value 2.03 with a Fully achievement value, getting Managed Process level capability, and a GAP value of -0.97 from target level 3, only slightly above the expected target. For the lowest domain, DSS05 gets a maturity level value of 1.44 with a Fully achievement score getting a Performed Process level capability, and a GAP value of -1.56 from target level 3

Abstract

At PT Bank DKI, there are problems with Standard Operation attendance, there are still deficiencies, operations using the application in an orderly and correct manner, and there are no warnings when we are late for being absent from work. In addition to the drawbacks, there are also advantages where if we apply for leave, we can go directly through the Jaktem application, here employees can directly connect to Hcis for the process of submitting leave. Based on the results of the research that the author has done regarding auditing employee attendance information systems at PT Bank DKI with the COBIT 5 framework, the implementation of auditing with the subdomain used has reached the target level expected and reached the target, the results of the calculation of the GAP or gaps show that for the DSS01 and MEA 01 domains, the expected target level has been reached. That is above the target level 4, namely DSS01.01 manturity level 14.32, target level 5 and gap value 9.32 DSS01.02 manturity level 14.50 target level 5 gap value 9.50, DSS01.03 manturity level 14.47, target level 5 gap value 9.47 DSS01.04 maturity level 14.46, target level 5 gap value 9.47 MEA01.01 maturity level 20.3 0 manturity level target value 5, gap value 15.30, MEA01.02 manturity level 20.49 manturity target 5 gap value 15.49, MEA01.03 manturity level 20.80 target level 5 gap value 15.49, MEA01.04 maturity level 20.80 target level 5 gap value 15.80, MEA01.05 maturity level 21.14 target level 5 gap value of 16.14, from the audit result rating scale included in level F which indicates that the Fully achieved value has been achieved where there is a complete and systematic approach and full achievement
