Abstract

One of the social assistance programs routinely provided by the government to Beneficiary Families (KPM) to overcome poverty problems in Indonesia at this time is Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT). The Pekanbaru City Social Service itself in distributing BPNT still experiences obstacles, such as the provision of assistance that is less targeted due to the absence of a system that is able to determine the recipient of aid appropriately. This research applies the Fuzzy C-Means Clustering method to analyze KPM data using MATLAB tools. This algorithm allows overlap between data groups and classifies KPM based on their characteristic patterns. This algorithm takes into account the membership level of each data in each group, thus providing more flexible results and not categorizing data rigidly. The results of the application of the FCM Clustering method in this study form two clusters, where the first cluster contains 331 data while in the second cluster there are 351 data. Testing the results of FCM clustering conducted using the Silhouette Coefficient method produces an average coefficient value of 0.426653079. Based on the value of the test results that have been carried out, the FCM algorithm is considered capable of forming clusters on BPNT data

Abstract

Ornamental Fish Menteng is a website that provides information services located in Sumenep Menteng. With the Menteng Ornamental Fish website, website visitors can get information on the ornamental fish they are looking for to visit, with information and recommendations and prices for ornamental fish. In this review, the authors dissect the satisfaction level of using the ornamental fish menteng website with a comparison of the Heuristic Evaluation method and the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method to find the usability level of the ornamental fish menteng website. Where in the Heuristic Evaluation method a score of 9.118 is obtained while the End User Computing Satisfaction method obtains a score of 9.292. From a comparative analysis of usability levels, the authors get recommendations in an effort to improve websites. What needs to be considered, among others, are the Aesthetic and Minimalist Design variables, the Helping users variable and the Timeliness variable.

Abstract

In the era of globalisation, the impact is felt in various fields, including the epidemiology of infectious diseases, which has decreased, and non-communicable diseases (NCDs), which have increased. One of the most prevalent NCDs is diabetes, with a prevalence of 1.74% in the population aged 15 years and over, according to a doctor's diagnosis. According to the Depok City Health Office, diabetes is among the top 10 non-communicable diseases. The number of diabetes patients in all health centres in Depok is around 27,000 people. With this background, it is important to develop an application using online analytical processing (OLAP) techniques that displays data from each sub-district in Depok City. This application helps to retrieve data and information on how to prevent and manage diabetes, as well as provide useful information for diabetes patients. Based on the test results, the application accuracy is 80.85% when tested using the Web Application Penetration Testing (WAPT) method, and the average time required to retrieve service data is 0.030168182 seconds, and the average time required to retrieve patient data using the sequential search method is 0.025498182 seconds

Abstract

This study aims to implement the design of an IaaS-based private cloud service using the OpenStack platform at SMA Negeri 1 Warungkiara. The data collection method used is qualitative, allowing researchers to gain in-depth understanding of issues related to IT infrastructure management in schools, particularly concerning file storage and network security. The research results demonstrate that adopting private cloud services effectively addresses these issues and provides significant benefits in IT infrastructure management. Previously, SMA Negeri 1 Warungkiara used conventional methods for file storage, which had limitations in storage capacity and data security. However, by using IaaS-based private cloud services, the storage capacity at SMA Negeri 1 Warungkiara can be significantly increased, and data security and network performance are improved. The contribution of this research lies in developing IaaS-based private cloud services that suit the needs of SMA Negeri 1 Warungkiara and providing practical guidance in the implementation and management of these services. Practical recommendations resulting from this research include involving all relevant parties in the implementation process, improving communication between involved parties, and ensuring user engagement in utilizing private cloud services. Furthermore, the development of theories in technical, management, and security aspects is also suggested to support further advancements in private cloud services. Subsequent research can involve evaluating performance and user satisfaction in implementing private cloud services in educational settings, by adding examples of webserver and dafodik implementations

Abstract

The Information Systems Study Program at Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University as a higher education institution has used information systems that play an important role in operations to support productivity and increase efficiency. The Information Systems Study Program currently has two systems to support operational activities, such as the IRAISE system and the SITASI system. However, these two systems have not been able to provide important data such as achievement data, organizational data, research, publications, seminars & workshops, dedication and intellectual property rights data carried out by lecturers and students. Even though the data is useful in the operational activities of the Information Systems Study Program. The problem that happens is the absence of well-organized information. This is because there is no computer program that acts as a data center that can manage, accommodate and organize this important data, so that if there is no data center system, data collection will take a long time and data recording will be repeated. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out analysis and design before building a data center information system. The data center system must be able to meet the needs and be easily understood by users, therefore a User Centered Design (UCD) method is needed which is an approach in development that focuses on end users. The purposes of using the UCD method  to help determine the relevance of the system interface display based on user needs.

Abstract

The lungs are organs in humans that run the respiratory system (breathing) and function as an exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide. To detect lung sounds, a stethoscope is needed as a tool to listen to sounds in the lungs. This technique is commonly called auscultation. This article aims to modify the Cardionics digital stethoscope medical device by adding Bluetooth Wireless so that it can be recorded in a software program called LabView. The sound produced from the Cardionics stethoscope is connected to a Bluetooth transmitter type, and the signal will be received by a Bluetooth receiver type that has been connected to MyRio. MyRio will then be connected to LabView software to display a graph of the Lung sound signal. This research will make it easier for doctors to analyze the patient's lung sounds.

Abstract

Direktorat Jenderal Anggaran (DJA) is an organizational unit within the Ministry of Finance with the task of providing an information system related to budgeting performance. The dynamics of policy changes that have occurred recently have resulted in changes to the information system that has been developed by DJA. DJA has socialized the existing business processes and systems, but many users still ask questions through the DJA customer service channel which can only respond during business hours. This research will propose a solution for optimizing these services by creating a chatbot based on Natural Language Processing using the Rasa Open Source framework, which will be installed on one of the DJA's core systems, namely the Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Application. The chatbot will spontaneously answer user questions related to the application. The data used in this study are Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) data, knowledge base Kemenkeupedia, Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and Performance Monev Application data taken via the API (Application Programming Interface). The results of this study are Chatbot FAQs embedded in the performance monitoring and evaluation application. The intent prediction test produces an accuracy value of 0.986, a weighted precision value of 0.973, a recall of 0.986, and an f1-score of 0.980 then the response prediction produces an accuracy value of 0.980, a weighted precision value of 0.986, a recall of 0.980, and an f1-score of 0.980. This shows that the chatbot is able to identify intent very well and respond appropriately to the user.

Abstract

With advances in information technology, the banking industry has experienced major changes in providing banking services. The Core banking system is the basis for modern banking operations, enabling banks to integrate important functions such as account management, transaction processing, risk management and financial reporting. However, based on the results of observations and interviews, application users still feel uncomfortable when using it. Therefore, researchers have developed several ideas and solutions as a guide in designing the Core banking system application user interface. One of the ideas and solutions generated is to focus on improving the user experience by updating the appearance of the application to make it more attractive and responsive, as well as arranging a more efficient navigation menu layout. This research focuses on the application of Design Thinking as a comprehensive thinking approach to achieve the desired solution. This research was conducted through several stages of Design Thinking, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. The results of the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) show an average value of 2.23. Four parameters in the "Excellent" zone, the other two in the "Good" and "Above Average" categories. Overall, this research shows a good improvement in user experience

Abstract

Technology can be said to be the key to support and improve company management. One method of managing information technology that is widely used is IT governance which is contained in COBIT. The device used is the COBIT framework provided by ISACA. Audit of e-learning service evaluation information systems at the Cibinong Representative Syifa Budi Foundation. The measurement in question is whether it is running well or not, the authors use an approach using the COBIT 5 Domain MEA and EDM framework with the COBIT 5, it can be concluded that the evaluation of e-learning services which had not been audited before, after there was research, it has reached the expected target and level. The results obtained from the calculation of the questionnaire data processing when viewed from the rating scale are included in level F that is, it has achieved a Fully achieved value and from the rounding scale the capability model condition mapping index is at level 4, namely Predictable Process, where the average data value of each sub domain, EDM 01 sub-domain manturity level is 996% and MEA 01 manturity level is 952%, has been successful implemented and has achieved the goals planned by the company

Abstract

The rapid development of the world of technology and communication cannot be separated from web service providers who always provide various information. One example is text data taken from Twitter. Twitter is a social media and micro blogging service that allows its users to post realtime messages. This message is popularly known as a tweet, by using it, users will find it easy to follow trends, stories, information and news from all corners of the world. Problems regarding the construction of the Jakarta-Bandung fast train (KCJB) which required large funds, not to mention the transfer of the route from Jakarta-Surabaya to Jakarta-Bandung which resulted in a large increase in funds. So that it raises a problem such as differences of opinion and statements of approval and disapproval of the construction of the Jakarta-Bandung fast train. The method used is Naive Bayes because it has a high probability or opportunity value for classifying data, for weighting using TF-IDF calculations, and testing data using a confusion matrix. The solution to the problem is sentiment analysis, grouping and at the same time helping data from predicting the tweet data. . The purpose of this study is to analyze the sentiments of Twitter users towards the construction of the Jakarta-Bandung fast train using the Naive Bayes method by calculating the value of the KCJB tweet data which has a total of 2390 data which after going through the cleaning process becomes 2007 data. After processing with 673 negative sentiment results, 668 positive sentiment results, and 665 neutral sentiment results, 71% accuracy, 73% precision, recall
