Abstract

A web-based Academic Information System (SISFO) has been developed using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method to increase efficiency in managing academic data. This SISFO includes various important features such as student data management, class schedules, student attendance, and grade management. With easy access for administrators, teachers and students, this system allows them to quickly and efficiently obtain the academic information they need. It is hoped that the implementation of this SISFO will make a significant contribution in increasing the efficiency of education management as well as provide significant benefits for all parties involved. This research has succeeded in developing a web-based Academic Information System using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. The developed system includes important features such as student data management, class schedules, student attendance, and grade management. In this system, users such as administrators, teachers, and students can easily access and obtain the required academic information. Implementation of this system is expected to increase efficiency in education management and provide significant benefits for all users involved in the education process

Abstract

As we know, today's website has become a necessary development for an organization, agency, commercial company, and so on. Web-based applications are applications that can be accessed via a web browser when connected to the internet or intranet network. This application is also software or software that uses programming languages ??such as PHP, CSS and other programming languages. The website is considered effective as an alternative media for marketing as well as providing information to the public, in addition to this online sales and ordering information system, it is expected to improve service to consumers. In this research, an E-Commerce/Online Shop will be developed, the online shop itself is an application for purchasing goods and services through the Internet. Through shopping via the Internet, a buyer can see in advance the goods and services he wants to spend through the web, which is facilitated by the seller. In this webside research I use xampp, with the PHP programming language and use the Agile Software Development method, this method is an approach to systematic and sequential software development that starts at the level and progress of the system throughout Planning, Design, Analysis, Implementation, Testing, Reviews, Releases and applications will be used for farmers for future business

Abstract

Sentiment analysis is conducted to measure public opinion tendencies towards ongoing or past events. One of the cases analyzed in this study is Online Loans, commonly known as "Pinjol" in Indonesian. The research data regarding Online Loans was collected from the Twitter social media platform using the keyword "Pinjaman Online." The analysis method employed in this study is Naïve Bayes. Prior to the sentiment analysis process, text data was obtained through crawling from the Twitter API using the Rapidminer application. The data was then subjected to text pre-processing. Subsequently, the data underwent TF-IDF weighting. The results of this research demonstrate the tendencies of positive and negative sentiment conflicts within each tweet discussed by Twitter users regarding Online Loans. The conclusion drawn from the sentiment analysis using the Naïve Bayes classification algorithm with data obtained from Twitter concerning Online Loans is as follows: Out of the 2931 data used, after undergoing text pre-processing, a total of 2912 data were available. Among them, negative sentiment accounted for 68.61% with 1998 data, while positive sentiment accounted for 31.39% with 914 data. The sentiment analysis of Twitter users regarding Online Loans achieved an accuracy rate of 80%.

Abstract

Women's empowerment is an effort to empower women to gain access to and control over resources, economic, political, social, cultural, so that women can organize themselves so as to be able to build capabilities and self-concept and ultimately improve the quality of life for women. Based on BPS data for 2020, the number of women who are heads of households in Indonesia is 11.44 million and some of them are at a low level of welfare. Meanwhile in Depok City, based on data from the Depok City Disdukcapil in 2020, there were 61,369 female family heads, 13,006 divorced and 48,363 divorced. In view of the significant increase in the number of PEKKA group members (Women headed households), of course it is not enough to manually record and manage this data, but there is a need for an information system that can facilitate data recording and recording as well as data analysis as information for policy making. The objectives of making the application for the empowerment of female heads of households include: Formation of a database for empowering women heads of households in sub-districts including their dependents, history of training, history of assistance, data on domestic violence, and other important data. Abstract

Information technology, which is developing very rapidly, can have both positive and negative impacts. With the application of this information technology can bring added value in the development of the business world. Due to the progress of the business world and the increasing needs and competition between businesses that are getting bigger. Companies are competing in using information technology to advance business and also service to customers to create a good corporate image and to outperform the business competition of other companies. The development of information and computer systems can be applied and used as a reference in designing software systems, namely Point Of Sales (POS). This point of sales software is often applied to manage store buying and selling data. Hoops Frozen Food store is engaged in selling frozen food, but Hoops Frozen Food still uses a manual sales system because the purpose of this research is to serve as a guide in designing and implementing a point of sales system that is useful in speeding up buying and selling transaction services, calculating inventory and also support the shop's business. Programming this application uses the Laravel Framework and for the database uses MySQL. The method used in the design is Agile Development and Scrum Framework to support the Hoops Frozen Food business. From the results of the analysis and evaluation of the point of sales system at Hoops Outfit, it is good at speeding up buying and selling transactions, demonstrating incoming and sold stock and also providing sales and purchase reports at stores. service to customers.

Abstract

The SMA Tunas Markatin website aims to provide an effective media of information and publications for students, teachers, parents and the general public. To achieve this goal, the User-Center Design (UCD) Method and System Usability Scale (SUS) are implemented to improve user experience and user satisfaction with websites. In the UCD phase, a website-based approach. Initial user studies are conducted to understand the needs and preferences of potential users to collect data, conducted through interviews, observations, and surveys, to gain an in-depth understanding of user needs and goals. The results of this evaluation become improvements and refinement of the design. The System Usability Scale (sus) method is used to measure the level of user satisfaction with the website. Following the launch of the website, users are provided with the SUS questionnaire which consists of structured questions that measure the user's perception of the overall usability of the system. The collected data is analyzed to assess the level of user satisfaction. Based on the findings from user studies, an interactive prototype design is created and iterations are carried out involving the users. The design evaluation process involves usability testers, who provide feedback and input regarding structural information navigation, layout, and elements of the main research problems, solutions (methods) of solving problems encountered, research objectives and research temporary results which can be in the form of numbers/proportions according to research needs

Abstract

Warpitong application is an online sales application that contains information about baliem cultural accessories products. In the application users can make transactions, contact sellers and more. The power of online business lies in its unlimited suggestions. Unlimited means covering not only one region or demographic group, but also all groups in society at large. Anyone connected to the Internet is a potential market. This can be seen from the number of online stores that continue to emerge and increase every year, both on a small scale and nationally, even international standard online stores. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system for the purchasing system, the purpose of which is that the new system developed can solve problems and help manage information, so that the information produced is more accountable and responsible. To achieve this goal requires precise methods such as using Model view presenter (MVP) and Collaborative filtering algorithms. The model view presenter (MVP) is a derivative of the model view controller (MVC) architecture pattern, and is  mostly used to build user interfaces, while collaborative filtering algorithms aim to prioritize different customer and customer reviews with testimonials. Based on the results of whitebox testing, testers can submit program testing to the remommed item program once. The purpose of the Collaborative Filtering algorithm  in this study is to provide product recommendations to buyer users who have not seen similar products, prices and categories but there is no choice determined by the buyer user. Based on previous interests from users who have similar interests. From the results of using this technique to determine recommendations, products, prices and categories in the warpitong application, based on the Collaborative Filtering  algorithm using an item-based system

Abstract

Climatebase is a website that provides job vacancies all over the world. The large number of user interactions every day on the website makes the Climatebase website must provide good interaction and usability in terms of user interface to its users. Based on observations and interviews conducted with Climatebase, the results are that Climatebase provides evaluation recommendations on the job board feature based on evaluations from users and Climatebase. Based on the results of the initial usability evaluation on the Job Board feature on the Climatebase website, a severity ratings value of 1.13 was obtained with three problematic usability aspects, namely Consistency and Standard, Help Users Recognize, Diagnose and Recover from and Help and Documentation. The results of the usability evaluation on three aspects received Severity Ratings in the range 1.67 to 2, including minor repair problems in low priority, therefore the focus of this research is design improvement. Evaluation was carried out using the heuristic evaluation method and redesigning the user interface using the principles of Human Centered Design. The results of the redesign on the Climatebase website get a severity rating of 0.84 including the Cosmetic problem category, no need to fix it unless there is additional time.

Abstract

Several companies still use books as media for sales, ordering, and data collection of material stocks in today's technology-filled world. The media in this book may be lost, torn, or wet, preventing data from being saved. This research aims to build an e-commerce system for easy and fast selling and ordering of goods, enabling data collection of material stocks, and providing additional features for employee attendance management. The method used for designing this e-commerce system is Extreme Programming (XP). Starting from the stages of system planning, design, coding, and testing. The object of this research was conducted on business owners of Gunung Kidul Young Coconut Fuel, with test results of 95.30% of 25 people who use the e-commerce system to make buying and selling transactions easier so that they become more systematic

Abstract

This study aims to develop a decision-making system for determining tuition fees using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The SAW method is a multi-criteria decision-making technique that calculates the weighted sum of decision alternative attributes. This system is designed to assist school administration in making decisions related to the determination of tuition fees for students, which is a crucial source of funding for school operations. The system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database. This study utilized descriptive research methods and data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed using the SAW method to determine the weight of each attribute and rank the decision alternatives. The system's performance was evaluated using black-box testing methods, and the results indicated that the system exhibited excellent accuracy, reliability, and efficiency. The testing results showed that the developed system can assist school administration in making decisions related to the determination of tuition fees for students. The use of this system can simplify the decision-making process and reduce errors in decision-making, thereby enhancing school operational activities
