Abstract

Based on the background that has been stated, the problem formulation is How is the paving block marketing system at CV Mekar Jaya Pekanbaru? From the formulation of the problem, the research objective was determined, namely to determine the paving block marketing system at CV Mekar Jaya Pekanbaru. To complete the data, the authors use types and sources of data, namely primary data that comes from respondents' responses. Secondary data, namely data obtained by collecting materials in connection with sales data, sales price lists, and distribution channels. While the data collection techniques are; interviews and questionnaires. From the research results, it can be concluded that based on the results of research regarding the product, the overall response of the respondents obtained a total score of 1220. This means that the marketing of paving blocks at CV Mekar Jaya seen from the product is considered very good. From the research results obtained a total score of 704. This means that the marketing of paving blocks at CV Mekar Jaya seen from the price is considered good. From the overall responses of the respondents, a total score of 337 was obtained. This means that the marketing of paving blocks at CV Mekar Jaya, seen from the promotion, is considered quite good. From the overall response of the respondents, a total score of 754 was obtained. This means that the marketing of paving blocks at CV Mekar Jaya, seen from the product, is considered quite good

Abstract

As time goes by, the earth has undergone many changes, many of which have happened, from natural changes to human lifestyle. Many natural disasters occur as a result of the development of human lifestyles, such as floods caused by littering and piling up. Littering is one of the causes of flooding, therefore it is necessary to build awareness of society, especially children as the next generation. The purpose of " Design of Educational Recycling Waste Management Video Games For Children " is to provide an understanding of waste and be able to find out the products of reusing inorganic and organic waste to children. The benefits of designing interesting video games can stimulate children's psychology in understanding the cleanliness of the environment and provide education that waste can be used. The research method in this design uses the Research and Development method which is used to produce a product and test the effectiveness of the product. The results obtained are that there is a significant difference in children's understanding of waste when playing video games and before playing so that the use of games as educational media can be said to be effective.

Abstract

The development of the industrial world, especially the automotive industry in Indonesia, has experienced quite a significant development, this is indicated by the number of requests which each year increases, in line with the needs and demands of the community for adequate transportation facilities. Indonesian people, especially in the city of Tembilahan, are now more fond of automatic motorbikes than the duck type. The type of duck motorbike is a type of small motorcycle that is built on a frame which mostly consists of a large diameter pipe. There are several factors that researchers see that occur in the field, especially in purchasing products, namely the lifestyle in the environment and the existing popularity. The results of the study: Lifestyle has no effect on purchasing decisions with. Popularity influences purchasing decisions Lifestyle and popularity influence purchasing decisions as a whole. And the path analysis obtained an indirect effect of lifestyle on brand experience through purchasing decisions, namely -, 125%, while the indirect effect of popularity on brand experience through purchasing decisions is 7.14%.

Abstract

Human resources is one of the factors that affect production in a company, Because without human company could not go on, In fact it is now up to the present time the individual human being at main asset an enterprise in administered a set of production activities, This was because human beings have thought and your moral understanding, a feeling, energy, the level of knowledge, and creativity to accomplish a purpose a public social security agency. Maximum performance can be influenced by the work safety and health. This study attempts to know how big the influence of work safety and health on performance employees on PT. Wijaya Karya Nayumi Sam Tower Malang Project. The research was conducted between January 2018 and up to May 2018. Methods used is the quantitative method, technique data collection used is a study literature and spreading the questionnaire shown to an employee on PT. Wijaya Karya Nayumi Sam Tower Malang Project As many as 65 people. Sample selection in a non probability sampling techniques saturated sample. A method of analysis of data used was a validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression, t test and f test and the coefficients of determined. The research results show that simultaneously variable work safety and health simultaneously influences employee performance at Nayumi Sam Tower Malang project As much as 50.4% while the rest is influenced by the other factors that not investigated in this study. Abstract

The objective In this research are to know what are the indicator of good performance, what are the CSF, KPI & KGI for ?, how do we measure and compare both of them? The Methodology used for this research is based on framework released by IT Governance Institute but it is being modified (minor changes) for a certain purpose. Based on our analysis the average IT Maturity level of fourteen IT process at MIS Department PT. XYZ is 2.83 more higher than the result from ISACA survey among 47 US company only 2.62. The IT management of PT. XYZ should not make their self satisfied with this result, as multinational company they have to aware for improving regarding their IT governance. Our research also provided & equipped set action plan & methodology for management to achieve the better IT Maturity Level. There are some recommendations for the IT management in order to achieve the better namely: 1. IT Maturity Level Management have to perform continuous improvement, especially for some IT process such as DS1 (Define Service Level) the lowest maturity rating, DS4 (Ensure Continuous Services) the second lowest maturity rating, PO9 (Assess Risk) & PO10 (Manage Project) the third lowest maturity rating. 2. Management also have to consider for doing the full step methodology in the next assessment. 3. Management have to consider for develop performance measurement tools, this tools will help management to manage IT resources & process for aligning with the business objective

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of going concern on auditor switching on property and real estate in 2016-2019, to determine the effect of company size on auditor switching on property and real estate in 2016-2019, to determine the effect of KAP size on auditor switching on property and real estate 2016 - 2019, to determine the effect of profitability on auditor switching on property and real estate in 2016 - 2019, and to determine the effect of going concern, company size, KAP size and profitability on auditor switching on property and real estate. estate 2016 - 2019. The results of the research show that simultaneously going concern, company size, KAP size and profitability do not affect auditor switching, and partially going concern, company size, KAP size and profitability have no effect on auditor switching
