Abstract

Education has an important role in the process of developing students' potential, with a special emphasis on the role of mathematics, especially the subject matter of flat-sided spaces. Although efforts have been made to improve the quality of education, there are still problems, especially related to students' desire to learn mathematics. The importance of learning media that is interesting and easy to understand has become a major concern. In this case, the human body structure media, which is centered on the material of human body recognition which is one of the discussions of Biology lessons in grade VI SD / MI. This Research and Development study uses the ADDIE model. Validity by media experts and material experts is required during the development process. The results showed that this media, can bring changes to student learning outcomes so that they can experience an increase from before. The creation of human body structure media can be considered as a fun innovation. This media also has the potential to improve speaking skills and learning activeness and can be applied in the world of education.

Abstract

This research applies classroom action research (PTK) where the action process in implementing learning carries out two cycle stages, namely cycles (scale I and II). Each time it contains the process of preparation, implementation, observation and planning. The research subjects were 20 class IV students at MI Darus Sholihin for the 2022-2023 academic year. Furthermore, the aim of this research is that researchers want to find out whether the application of the jigsaw type learning model can provide a significant increase in changes in students' learning outcomes, teaching materials that always save energy and their use, science subjects. Then, to show curiosity about the results of students' learning achievements, a process of evaluating student learning outcomes based on Bloom's taxonomy is needed. From this review, it is clear that the implementation of the jigsaw type teaching model has experienced an improvement in each cycle, as evidenced by the previous cycle (period I) the students' learning scores only obtained an average of 64.95 with a percentage of 53% and in the cycle (period II) the average score was 80. 1 with a percentage of 94.73%, resulting in an increase in the average score of 15.15 (41.73) students who had completed and met the classification standards (criteria) determined by the researcher.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve student motivation and learning outcomes on the material ''roman numerals'' by applying the snowball throwing learning model in class IV MI Raudlatul Ulum Tigasan Kulon Leces Probolinggo. This study included classroom action research. Grade IV students of MI Raudlatul Ulum were the subjects of this study, which consisted of 20 students. There are 2 cycles in this study, which apply several methods including: observation, interview, test, and documentation. By applying this learning model, students are more enthusiastic and motivated when participating in learning, students also respond well to the use of the learning model. In addition, the use of the snowball throwing learning model increased student learning outcomes as seen based on the average score of students from the beginning of cycle I from 70.5 to 81 in cycle II, the percentage value of student completeness also increased from the beginning of cycle I from 55% to 85% in cycle II. The results of the study proved that there was an increase in motivation and learning outcomes of Mathematics material ''roman numbers'' in grade IV students of MI Raudlatul Ulum Tigasan Kulon Leces Probolinggo for the 2023/2024 school year.

Abstract

Education is something that must be obtained by all Indonesian citizens without exception from the lower classes to the upper middle classes, for this reason the government requires twelve years of study or up to high school. This is in accordance with the educational goals of the Indonesian nation as stated in paragraph 4 of the 1945 Constitution. As educators, we must be able to adapt to the times and do the best for our students, especially those at the elementary school level. The aim of this research is to improve the reading skills of grade 1 students at MI. Darus Sholihin, Boto Village, Lumbang District, Probolinggo Regency using PTK research (Classroom Action Research). Data collection techniques used observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of this study showed that between cycle 1, among others, children's accuracy in playing letter cards was 68.05%, children's accuracy in sorting the alphabet was 64.02% and children's ability to arrange letters into sentences was 67.01%, while in cycle 2, children's accuracy in playing letter cards was 97.01%, children's accuracy in sorting the alphabet was 95.07% and children's ability to arrange letters into sentences was 98.05%. So there was an increase between cycle 1 to cycle 2 using the Letter Card Game Media.

Abstract

Mathematics is one of the subjects at school that plays an important role in everyday life. Mathematics learning can be connected to its application in technology and life so that students can view mathematics as a meaningful science. Learning difficulties occur because students consider mathematics to be a difficult and scary subject. This qualitative research aims to determine the difficulties in learning mathematics with time unit material experienced by students, the causes of difficulties in learning mathematics with time unit material. When teaching mathematics, a person's character and disposition can be fostered or developed. This happens because studying mathematics can improve concentration, develop abilities, express opinions briefly and think rationally in making perfect decisions. Low learning is evidence of difficulties in students' learning, in this case the teacher is a responsible person who should be able to understand the difficulties experienced by students.

Abstract

The research purposes (1) to identify and describe the data regarding the marketing strategy of education only by MI Al-Wathoniyah 22 Bekasi (2) to describe the SWOT analysis of the marketing strategy for the education services of MI Al-Wathoniyah 22 Bekasi. The method used in conducting this research is a qualitative method. Research data collection is interviews, observations, and document studies. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and finally drawing conclusions. The results show that MI Al-Wathoniyah 22 Bekasi has implemented a marketing strategy for educational services based on market determination, market position and 7p mix. The school has programs that are the flagship of this school so that enthusiasts from the community are quite enthusiastic and the programs owned by the school are an attraction in itself. Not all schools have superior programs owned by MI Al-Wathoniyah 22 Bekasi. The services provided by schools to users of educational services are also quite good. The cooperation that exists between the school, students, and guardians of students is well established so that educational services in schools can run well. MI Al-Wathoniyah 22 Bekasi should further improve its promotional mix by utilizing all existing facilities to be able to attract service customers, attracting enthusiasts not only focusing on quantity but also paying attention to quality. In this way, the achievements of the school will increase even more.
