According to present curriculum, every unit of elementary education conduct 4 (four) evaluation stages. The first stage is the first midterm evaluation which is done at the first quarter year. Second, the first semester evaluation is done at the second quarter year. Third, the second midterm evaluation is done at the third quarter year. The last is the second semester evaluation which is done at the fourth quarter year. The first midterm evaluation, the first semester evaluation and the second midterm evaluation are done to see the students’ ability in learning. Moreover, to determine the students’ success or failure in learning process at each grade is the score of the second semester which is compared to their minimum passing grade. If the students’ score is higher than the minimum passing grade decided, the students are determined to be successful. In contrary, if the students’ score is lower than minimum passing grade, they will be determined to be failed in learning process.by considering the above condition, the writer is interested in designing a system which can predict the potential failure of students earlier. This system is built by analyzing the first midterm score, the first semester score and the second midterm score by using Nearest Cluster Classifier (NCC) Method. By the result of this prediction, parents and teachers still have time for about 3 months to help and guide students who are predicted to be potentially failed in learning process.

k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN) is one of the most popular machine learning methods to date. k-NN determines the similarity of data or objects based on the proximity of the distance between data to a class or label or other data group. The distance measurement method on k-NN is considered ineffective because it gives the same weight for each characteristic. The majority vote in determining the data class is also considered problematic because it ignores the closeness between the data and allows multiple majority classes. To solve this problem, the Local Mean Distance Weight k-Nearest Neighbor (LMDWkNN) method emerged. This method is considered capable of providing better accuracy results than k-NN. In this study, we will look at the accuracy results of the LMDWkNN and k-NN methods on the Air Pollution Standard Index (ISPU) data. In this study, 80% of the data was used as training data and the rest was used as testing data. Furthermore, an evaluation will be carried out using the 10-fold cross validation method from the training data so that the best k value will be obtained. The value of k will be used to make predictions on the testing data. The results of this study show that LMDWkNN is able to provide a better accuracy value than k-NN with a more competitive k value. Where the LMDWkNN method found an average accuracy value of 0.9748 while the k-NN was only 0.9371, which means that the LMDWkNN method increased the accuracy value of 0.0377.

Deteksi tepi merupakan proses untuk menghasilkan garis batas (boundary) dari suatu objek yang terdapat pada citra. Deteksi tepi merupakan tahap awal dalam melakukan segmentasi citra. Deteksi tepi memiliki beberapa operator, diantaranya operator Robert, Canny, dan Frei Chen. Ketiga operator ini memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda, untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk membandingkan ketiga operator tersebut dalam mendeteksi tepi citra. Parameter yang digunakan adalah MSE, PSNR, dan Running Time. Jenis citra yang dideteksi adalah citra format bitmap dan jpeg. Berdasarkan percobaan pada lima citra *.bmp dan lima citra *.jpg, diketahui bahwa operator Canny memiliki nilai MSE terkecil yaitu 20699.12 dan memiliki nilai PSNR terbesar yaitu 5.209796. Operator Canny merupakan operator terbaik dibandingkan operator Robert dan Frei Chen.

Cryptography is the art of encoding to keep messages from being easy to read, or commonly called secret messages. There are two main concepts, namely encryption, and decryption. Encryption is the process by which the information sent is converted into a form that is not recognized as the initial information by using a certain algorithm. Decryption is the opposite of encryption which is changing back the disguised form into initial information. In data encoding, namely document encoding with the RC6 method, it is carried out to secure the document into a file that cannot be read by others so that the data can be said to be safe, the data will be changed in content and format so that only those who have the key can return the data into data. readable start. In the design in building the document data security encoding application, supporting applications are used, namely sublime text and the xampp database so that the application built is web-based.

The selection of new employees is an initial process before the employee and the company enter into a cooperation contract. Selecting manually or without digitizing will harm the company in terms of accuracy and time efficiency. On that basis, the author feels that it is necessary to create a system to determine the application criteria to pass the administration so that they can follow the next process. There are many techniques to improve the accuracy of decisions that can be used, one of which is by using so as to increase the accuracy of the decisions taken. One of the algorithms used is the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm. The application of the K-Nearest Neighbor Method into a Data Mining which is used as an application that can predict the graduation of the temporary employees BPJS Kesehatan Recruitment, Gunung Sitoli by adjusting the criteria and using weights so that it can be used with this method.

The rapid advancement of information technology can help in measuring the level of customer satisfaction. The level of customer satisfaction is one of the important things to note because customer satisfaction is very influential on the success of a business being run. This study aims to build an application to measure customer satisfaction with the services provided by sellers at Toko Lunas. Measuring the level of customer satisfaction using the Fuzzy Associative Memory (FAM) method. FAM is a model used using an artificial neural network, where the network structure is interpreted with a set of fuzzy rules. FAM has the advantage that it can improve the ability of intelligent systems to learn and adapt to environments with variations in data that are incomplete and precise. The test is carried out based on 5 assessment criteria in measuring customer satisfaction with services, namely assessment, responsiveness, empathy, direct evidence, and assurance that can help measure customer satisfaction. The application is built based on desktop programming which can be used by entering the value provided by the customer. The results showed that the implementation of the system can provide information about the level of customer satisfaction with the services provided by the seller at Toko Lunas.

Persediaan obat pada sebuah klinik sangat penting untuk menjaga terpenuhnya kebutuhan konsumen. Permasalahan timbul karena dalam penginputan persediaan obat masih banyak klinik yang menggunakan cara manual, hal ini perlu diatasi agar tidak terjadinya penumpukan obat yang ada maupun menjaga stok obat yang kosong. Oleh karena itu, data mining dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis persediaan obat. Algoritma Apriori diperlukan untuk melihat jenis obat mana yang sering dicari konsumen dan melihat sejumlah atribut misalnya jika konsumen membeli obat A maka akan membeli obat B juga. Analisis apriori untuk menentukan syarat minimun support dan confiedence. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini didapat dari nilai minimum support 10% dan confidende 50%, dimana jika membeli Roverton 30 mg, maka akan membeli Oxicobal 500 mg dengan nilai support 18,18% dan Confiendence 100% dan jika membeli cefradpxil 500 mg, maka akan membeli Cefixime 100 mg dengan nilai support 18,18% dan confiedence 66,67%.

Transient ischemic attack (TIA) does not cause permanent brain damage. a transient stroke occurs quickly / briefly within minutes or hours. At this stage, transient ischemic attack (TIA) will mostly attack adults between the ages of 20-45 years. To overcome the Transient ischemic attack (TIA) stroke at the Trianda General Hospital, currently, there are still several obstacles that hinder patients, including because some people do not care about their health, lack of public knowledge about Transient ischemic attack (TIA) stroke, lack of medical personnel. at the Trianda General Hospital, as well as the limited working hours of doctors. The expert system is a doctor substitute system. With the existence of an expert system, it is hoped that it will support patients to directly identify the symptoms of stroke that are felt and know the disease they are suffering from. The existence of this expert system does not mean replacing or eliminating the position of an expert or doctor who is an expert in a particular field, especially in the field of neurological diseases at the Trianda General Hospital, but this expert system will greatly support the role of doctors to diagnose diseases in carrying out further examinations so as to facilitate and speed up the performance of doctors at Trianda General Hospital in diagnosing early mild stroke or Transient ischemic attack (TIA) using a dempster shafer.

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dikaitkan dengan pentingnya proses pengambilan keputusan. Saat ini banyak developer yang menawarkan berbagai kriteria perumahan mulai dari harga, lokasi, desain, maupun cara pembayaran. Sehingga konsumen harus lebih selektif dalam memilih perumahan yang diinginkan. Oleh karena itu, Sistem pendukung keputusan dibangun untuk membantu orang dalam menentukan pilihan. Terdapat berbagai faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam memilih perumahan diantaranya, harga, luas tanah, DP, lokasi, dan fasilitas. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Metode digunakan untuk menentukan perbandingan antar kriteria dan antar alternatif sesuai dengan pilihan pembuat keputusan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa urutan perumahan yang disarankan adalah Perumahan Taman Bunga Wisata dngan bobot akhir 0.30144, Perumahan Taman Rampah indah dengan bobot akhir 0.27617, Perumahan Graha Sergai Indah dengan bobot akhir 0.23899 dan Perumahan Villa Sentosa dengan bobot akhir 0.1836.

Seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi khususnya dalam bidang kedokteran akan menghasilkan peralatan medis yang akan semakin canggih dalam menangani penyakit atau melakukan deteksi lebih dini penyakit agar lebih cepat mendapat penanganan. Implementasi metode Certainty Factor pada sistem pakar ini digunakan untuk menghasilkan tingkat kepercayaan dalam diagnosis penyakit. Adapun analisa data penyakit mata pada manusia menggunakan dua data penyakit yaitu Glaucoma dan Katarak, serta memiliki 13 Gejala yang timbul. Sistem pakar diuji melalui 2 tahap pengujian yaitu pengujian pada admin dan pengujian pada pengguna (user). Pada pengujian admin, fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan. Pada uji pengguna, responden memberikan kriteria persentase yang baik dengan nilai keyakinan mencapai 88,02% jika dikategorikan pada nilai keyakinan mendapatkan nilai yang “yakin”. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa sistem mampu memberikan nilai kepercayaan dalam mendiagnosis penyakit mata pada manusia berdasarkan gejala.
