Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the ethics of God's servants related to the calling and duties of church ministry based on Philippians 2:21-21. First, servants of God in carrying out church duties sometimes tend to forget or ignore that they are called and chosen by God to serve souls wholeheartedly and with high ethics. Many servants of God who do not show ethical attitudes that match their status as a servant of God are found so that it becomes a stumbling block within the church as a community of believers, as well as outside the church as an environment that can be reached to Christ. In this paper, the descriptive qualitative method is used, by collecting data through the Bible and other literature books such as journals, interviews, and documents related to the topic of discussion, such as social media and Youtube. As a result, a servant of God is ethically obliged to have the nature of loyalty to God who has called him. Second, a servant of God is ethically obligated to be an example in God's entrusted to service. In conclusion, a servant of God is essentially an ethical human being because he is called by God, the Source of Ethics; the servant of God needs to grasp the essence of his calling by realizing that serving is an honour and grace in God's call. Thus, he is required to show an ethical attitude: a servant of God is ethically obliged to have the nature of loyalty to God who has called him. Second, a servant of God is ethically obliged to be an example in the service God has entrusted to him.

Abstract

The notion of Translanguaging is not something new in the context of EFL classroom but, both lecturer and student may not be familiar with the basic concept and how it is implemented in the classroom, that is why this paper is presented as argumentative essay focusing to explore the basic notion of Translanguaging from the perspective of lecture and students. It tried to explain about challenges and opportunities of bringing about Translanguaging to classroom practice. From the theories and several studies discussing about the implementation of Translanguaging, it is found that several findings support the practice of Translanguaging, while others found its drawback so that it is worth investigating to see on the lecturers' and students' perspectives. Since Translanguaging changes the way people think about second language learning, it needs to be viewed by students as both a threat and an opportunity. Lecturers, on the other hand, must see it as a university-wide theme applied to Translanguaging through active and collaborative learning.

Abstract

As the use of mobile banking continues to grow, attention must be paid to the security of financial transactions. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of security levels on the intent of users of mobile banking. This study uses the widely used Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to investigate user acceptance of information technology. By distributing an online survey, we used mobile banking to collect data from 100 respondents. The data analysis was processed using a SmartPLS application with structural equation modeling (SEM) methods. The results of this analysis show that the security of mobile banking has a significant positive impact on the perceived usefulness of mobile banking. However, security is not the main reason users use mobile banking. This means that customers will continue to use mobile banking, regardless of security. In addition, security does not significantly affect the ease of use of mobile banking. The study also found that the benefits of mobile banking have a significant impact on user intent. Abstract

This study aims to observe the effect of the Gini Ratio with factors of education, income, unemployment, and poverty in OIC member countries. This study uses purposive sampling in collecting data in the form of 24 OIC countries between 2010-2019. The data were observed using a random effect model after the Chow and Iju Hausman tests were carried out. The results show that only poverty has a significant effect on the Gini ratio. Poverty which is certainly caused by inequality in income received against expenditure causes a serious increase in poverty which in turn affects the Gini index number. Factors such as income, primary school education, and unemployment have no significant effect on the Gini ratio.
