Abstract

Pancasila Education plays an important role in shaping national and state awareness among students. However, in reality, there are still students who do not understand and practice the values ​​of Pancasila in their daily lives. This study aims to analyze the learning of Pancasila Education to increase the awareness of nation and state of students at STKIP Bina Mutiara Sukabumi. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with students and lecturers, observations during the learning process, and documentation studies of academic materials and policies related to Pancasila Education. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that interactive Pancasila Education learning, discussion-based, and linking theory to social reality can increase students' awareness of the importance of national values. Students become more aware of the concepts of unity, tolerance, and responsibility as citizens. The findings of the study indicate that innovative and contextual learning contributes to strengthening the understanding and implementation of Pancasila values ​​among students.

Abstract

Educational psychology plays a crucial role in developing students' emotional intelligence, which includes the ability to recognize, understand, and manage emotions effectively. The background of this study is based on the importance of emotional intelligence in enhancing academic achievement, building healthy social relationships, and supporting students' psychological development. This study aims to analyze the role of educational psychology in fostering students' emotional intelligence through theoretical and empirical approaches. The research employs a qualitative method with a literature review. Data collection techniques involve literature analysis from various relevant sources, while data analysis is conducted using a descriptive-qualitative approach. The results indicate that the application of educational psychology theories, such as emotional development theory and social learning, contributes to the enhancement of students' emotional intelligence. The study findings reveal that educational psychology-based learning strategies, such as experiential learning and self-reflection, can improve emotional regulation skills. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the effective implementation of educational psychology can foster students' emotional intelligence, positively impacting their emotional well-being and academic performance.

Abstract

This research is an experimental study that aims to determine the differences in science learning outcomes after applying the Number Head Together (NHT) learning model to 8th grade students at Makassar Frater Junior High School. This research is experimental using a pre-post test design. The population in this study were all students in grade VIII of SMP Frater Makassar, while the sample used purposive sampling technique totaling 29 students who were taught with the Number Head Together learning model. The results of this study indicate that the average learning outcomes of students taught before the NHT learning model were 69.48 and the average learning outcomes after the application of the NHT learning model were 79.66. Based on the results of the paired T test, it shows that the tcount value = 3.38 and obtained the Sig value level of 0.002 <0.05%. Thus it can be concluded that H1 is accepted, meaning that the application of the Number Head Together (NHT) learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Class VIII Students of Frater Junior High School Makassar.
