Artikel Ilmiah Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (AKASIA) Jurnal yang menyajikan tulisan ilmiah hasil dari pemikiran dan penelitian perkembangan terkini. AKASIA diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Fakultas Teknik dan Informatika Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika yang merupakan jurnal peer review dan open access. Abstract

Abstrak - Sistem terkomputerisasi menjadi era baru dalam perkembangan teknologi. Banyak perusahaan menggunakan sistem komputerisasi untuk memudahkan dalam menjalani bisnis. Salah satunya adalah penggunaan sistem aplikasi akuntansi. Hal ini dinilai efektif dalam menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang tepat dan akurat. Toko Ace Hardware masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam pencatatan data keuangan. Terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pencatatan secara manual seperti kesalahan pencatatan dan proses pembuatan laporan yang lebih lama. Program accurate accounting merupakan program akuntansi lokal yang dibuat untuk menerapkan pembukuan, dengan aturan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Fitur yang dimiliki Accurate Accounting seperti pembuatan database perusahaan baru, data rekening, data saldo awal, pengolahan transaksi hingga penyajian laporan keuangan, dapat meminimalisir resiko kesalahan pencatatan. Toko Ace Hardware membutuhkan sebuah aplikasi suatu sistem informasi sebagai penunjang, dan memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan bagi customer. Penggunaan accurate acconting merupakan solusi yang terbaik, untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang ada pada Toko Ace Hardware, serta dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan pengolahan data keuangan yang akurat, efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada perusahaan Toko Ace Hardware.

Abstract

CV Ciremai Cipta Mandiri (Binatuku Laundry Advisor) is a company engaged in trade and services. The system for calculating financial reports is still carried out using the Microsoft Excel application starting from collecting transactions, recording transactions by entering cash in and cash out to other financial reports, this can cause errors when recording transactions in progress, inaccurate financial reports and delays in finding data required. Manual processing can cause weaknesses in Accounting data processing and cause errors in the recording process and the accuracy of reports that occur can result in errors in future financial statements. In this case CV Ciremai Cipta Mandiri (Binatuku Laundry Advisor) requires an Accounting system or software to make it easier for owners and employees to process detailed and complete company financial data, so that company owners can find out the amount of income and expenses in each period. One of them is the use of Accounting-based computer applications or software in processing financial data using Zahir Accounting Version 6.0, which is the best solution to overcome the problems that exist in this company. A computerized system is better than a system that still uses regular records, therefore with the Zahir Accounting software it is hoped that an effective and efficient activity can be achieved that can support the activities of this company.

Abstract

Abstract - Information technology is a tool used to transform data into meaningful information and facilitate a more productive, efficient and simple workforce. How is the development of this accounting information system in terms of information quality, internal control and daily accounting operations? What is still recorded in the books are errors in accounting calculations and stationery purchases. Using the Microsoft Excel program to help with assignments often causes various problems. Additionally, Laravel seeks to improve software quality by lowering development, startup, and maintenance costs, as well as user experience in using applications. to offer expressive, simple, and efficient syntax. The following are several approaches that the author uses, namely direct observation (Observation). This technique is used to search for and collect information that will be used in processing accounting data. Next, a literature review where the author collects the data and information needed to complete the assignment. Lastly, through consulting academic sources and books. Conclusion The conclusions of this research include making data processing easier from a system that was originally manual but has now switched to being more automatic, increasing accuracy and reducing data collection errors, fast procedures, and more effective business transactions.

Abstract

The type of research used is a type of statistical quantitative research. The population used in this study are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There are 46 banking sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, the sample was determined using the purposive sampling method with predetermined criteria so that there were 32 samples of banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, stock movements that experienced ups and downs caused by Covid-19 and shares that were still active according to the brand name during the research period, namely 2021. Data collection techniques were accessed by accessing the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange www.idx.co.id and the website of each company, namely share price data used were share price data. In proving and analyzing this, it is necessary to test the normality of the data and test the hypothesis. Data processing begins with Microsoft Excel and then with SPSS version 22. The results of the test (t) show that Covid-19 has an effect on the prices of banking shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the results of the test (t) show that profit and loss has no effect on the prices of banking shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, test (f) shows that Covid-19 and profit and loss together have a significant effect on the prices of banking shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

KPN Ikhlas is a Civil Servant Cooperative that provides various services to its members, one of which is a savings and loan service. KPN Ikhlas membership is open to all permanent employees in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of West Kalimantan Province which is located at Jalan Sutan Syahrir No. 12 Pontianak. Using the right system development method, namely the Extreme Programming (XP) method which can be used with small to medium sized teams, has the advantage of dealing with frequent changes, being able to adapt quickly to changing needs, and overcoming problems with change through fle ible designs and features. Constraints encountered in one of the data that is still offline. The data processing system is not fully computerized. The risk of miscalculation in savings and loan transactions. General journal reports are still recorded manually without structured arrangements based on the period. There are no special records for saving, borrowing, installments and taking transactions. Delays in the preparation and reports of financial withdrawals. Switching from a manual system to a computerized one will be safer and easier because the process of filling in data must be in accordance with standard forms that are made so that data is stored safely. This system is used to support ongoing data management and in making transaction reports to run quickly so as to minimize errors in inputting report data.

Abstract

Warung Kopi Rakjat is a company operating in the trading business which provides various types of drinks. Currently Warung Kopi Rakjat has a problem, namely the sales recording system which is still manual by writing down transactions using books, many obstacles are faced such as transactions that are not recorded, sales recaps take a long time and financial reporting is often late. This problem is the background for this research to change manual transaction recording by implementing accounting software, namely Zahir Accounting Version 6 Build 13, in managing financial data. Using Zahir makes it easy and has many advantages in its operation, namely using Indonesian, a user guide that is easy to follow and other facilities in Zahir. By using Zahir, companies will certainly gain benefits in managing financial data, storing financial data. And obtain comprehensive financial reports in a short time with correct data.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, penggunaan aplikasi teknologi informasi di sekolah sudah menjadi kebutuhan yang sangat penting. Namun cara lama dalam memproses data penilaian siswa masih menggunakan sistem yang belum terkomputerisasi (manual) sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk memproses penilaian siswa dan sering terjadi kehilangan data. Karena alasan tersebut diperlukan aplikasi E-Rapor yang dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan data secara cepat serta memudahkan para guru dalam pengisian rapor. Aplikasi E-rapor adalah aplikasi berbasis website yang dirancang untuk mengolah skor pengetahuan, skor keterampilan, serta skor sikap yang sudah dilaksanakan oleh guru agar menghasilkan nilai akhir dan deskripsi secara otomatis berdasarkan keahlian murid Dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini penulis menggunakan model proses Waterfall. Analisis proses digambarkan dengan ERD untuk menggambarkan hubungan antar entitas dalam sistem e-rapor. Perancangan fisik sistem e-rapor ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MYSQL. Dengan adanya aplikasi E-Rapor berbasis website diharapkan dapat mempermudah pekerjaan guru dalam hal menginput nilai rapor dengan cepat dan lebih efisien.

Abstract

Abstract-Currently, business development can no longer only rely on conventional systems, but must also use systems that already utilise information technology that can provide online sales services. So that business development will be faster, more efficient and effective. Therefore, in this study the authors discuss the design of a web-based sales programme at CV.Buana Jaya Utama Jakarta. The aim is to expand the company's marketing reach, collect and analyse customer data, and facilitate the management of stock items. Some of the problems faced by the company include limited marketing reach, sales process efficiency, stock management, limited data analysis, and system integration. The research methods used include observation, interviews, and literature studies, using a spiral system development model. The scope of this research is limited to stock management, buying and selling transactions, and point of sale system. The web-based sales programme to be designed will use the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework. The programme's access rights will be divided into user and admin to facilitate purchasing, reviewing item data, managing stock items, and confirming purchases. Abstract

The rapid advancement in information technology is evident through the continuous updates in both software and hardware, impacting the performance of computer systems. The role of computers involves the processing, storage, and display of data. Every organization or business entity always requires human resources, referring to employees in this context. Autumn Petshop is a business specializing in the sale of pet food and accessories, and it employs individuals who work at Autumn Petshop. Therefore, a study was conducted on Autumn Petshop regarding its payroll accounting system. The utilization of a web-based payroll accounting system offers several significant advantages for the company as it can enhance the ease and speed of the payroll process for Autumn Petshop employees.

Abstract

An application that is common nowadays in many institutions, service companies that use it, because information technology is developing so quickly. The aim of this paper is to implement the use of accounting applications to reduce errors in recording large amounts of financial reporting at PT. A True Business Friend. As for PT. Sejati Business Friends really needs a change in the information system to support and make it easier for finance employees to work. For this reason, we created an implementation regarding a financial recording system using an accounting-based application at PT. True Business Friends which until now has not been computerized. So there are many obstacles faced by PT. True Business Friends in financial reporting where there are often differences in the amount of income and financial expenditure which can be detrimental to PT. A True Business Friend. So, to overcome the problems above, we suggest that there is a need for changes in managing PT's financial system. A True Business Friend. Namely implementing Zahir Accounting version 5.1 to support operations, especially in recording large amounts of finance in financial management. By implementing Zahir Accounting, the financial reporting system becomes more accurate and minimizes errors in recording financial reports..
